Importing Flash Vectors to Illustrator. Issues with Missing Lines. Please Advise.
So I have done many hours of animation in flash over the years. And what I am trying to do is import some of the characters I have created in Flash into Illustrator and convert them to PSD. This is for a print project that I am working on. The reason I want to get the images to photoshop is so I can add some effects and coloring techniques I simply can not do in Illustator or Flash.
Here is the method I am using.
1) Select the vector image in Flash and Export Selection to Adobe FXG.
2) Open FXG in Illustartor
3) Export to PSD
4) Open in Photoshop and Color.
The problem I am having is the line art that was drawn with the pencil tool in Flash simply vanishes when imported to Illustartor. Also a lot of the line art that was draw with the pencil tool is gradient filled or the image I am trying to export may have multiple color Pencil Lines. So just trying to outline the images in AI does not provide the look or effect I want.
Does anyone have a solution to this, or have any tips for me.

FXG is a bust. Never worked right in the first place. The rest would require much more specific details like a sample file perhaps, screenshots, how the characters are animated and whatnot. FL and AI simply use completely different vector engines, so there may be all sorts of issues at play here.

there is no need of group key.
if any of these 3 are done, payment will be done in total.
1.In setup all company codes for payment transactions , DESELECT seperate payment per business area check box
2.In setup paying company codes for payment transactions , DESELECT seperate payment for each reference check box.
3.In the Vendor Master got to payment transactions tab and below the payment method , there will be individual payment checkbox. DESELECT that check box.
try again with first two with DESELECT options , i will check out with DME.

The "From" column in my Yahoo! e-mail account is blank. I trouble-shot it with them to no avail and they determined it was probably an issue with Firefox. I have similar message but for me the Verizon guys said they unlocked it and when I actually connected to iTunes using Verizon sim card and then did the restore as new iphone then everything worked well and at the end i saw the message "Congrats, your iphone is now unlocked" and then I did the set up as new iphone for my kid.
Once new apple ID was set up, then I removed the verizon SIM and then inserted prepaid t-mobile sim card and after the phone booted up then I got the same message like above...."not supported"
What do i do now? I think the phone is unlocked right?
Also do I need to insert Verizon SIM card and do restore as NEW and this time do not set up the iphone but change the SIM card and then set up or ?
I am confused and other threads were talking that if you get congrats message then u shd be good to use other SIM cards....please help!!! -

Your earlier phone must have been originally intended for sale in another country and must have been purchased from somewhere other than an authorized Apple retailer. Phones that are intended to be sold in the UAE have FaceTime permanently disabled. The option is not there and cannot be made to work.

After a PC crash I managed to restore my iTunes Library only partially.

i want to downgrade my 2011 mac mini server to mac os x i have the disks but the mini willl not reboot the apple changing to a circle with a line please help-
bpruse, I may be completely off-track for your issue, but I had a similar situation where I wanted to downgrade a Mac Pro from Server to plain OS X and it would not boot from the OS X install disk.
I was attempting to use a full-install OS X.6.x disc with an earlier SL version than that which originally came installed on the Mac Pro. After two or three hours of fiddling, I figured it out and used the discs that came with the system.
However, I don't know how that would work in your case if this is the mini server-version. I'm sure the disks would only have Server on them. Worse-case scenario, find out which X.6.x the OEM disc is installing and get an OS X disc with a new installer.

We have a situation with missing orders from a custom LIS structure. We have little documentation on how LIS works and little understanding. The target S*** table collects new orders when entered. This has been working for as long as we know but last weekend we found a missing order.
Are there rules stored somewhere on what and how an order should be extacted to the target table? Can someone provide an overview on how this works?

As i Mentioned in my earlier post, the same coding working fine in Quality server --> Printing multiple lines in script output.
But now, I have the same reqt. in another window.
So, I did the same coding.
But, this time it's printing the last line of the internal table in all the lines.
This is happening in Quality Server only.
The only difference between the previous internal table and this int. table is:
1. The first int. table content is printing in MAIN Window. ---> working fine
2. The second int. table content is printing in VARIABLE window. ---> NOT WORKING.
Can any one tell me what's the issue with this ?

Copy Excel Chart into Illustrator: Problem with dotted lines
Copying an excel chart (2010 and/or 2013, Windows 7 Ultimate) to Illustrator CS6 works okay if line chart lines are solid... but if they are dotted, then in Excel 2010, the dotted line becomes jumbled, and in Excel 2013, the dotted line converts to a solid line... is the only solution to this to save the exel chart as a pdf, or is there another workaround?
Essentially, I am creating a chart in excel and adding a few notations and graphic elements in illustrator for professional publishing...

I finally broke down and bought a MacBook Pro, installed CS6 and Office 2011... and voilà... dotted lines copy from excel to illustrator just perfectly... this is a bit like copying data from Visio to Word, etc... these programs render graphics in very different ways... other than the Mac solution, I also tried the Libre Suite (open source)... which also worked perfectly to copy excel data with dotted lines to illustrator... so, until MS and Adobe actually collaborate together to provide value to its customers, the alternative seems (1) open source, (2) buy a Mac... -
Major Issues with iPod Touch - Please help!
Hi, I am having major issues with my iPod, and nothing seems to be going right. It all started a few days after I got it for Christmas. I would wake up, and my iPod would be completely discharged even though it had a full battery and was turned off. I woke up one night and found that it came on all by myself. I sent it into iPod, and they sent it back saying nothing was wrong. Since I got it back today and within six hours, I have had four software crashes to the point where I have had to uninstall iTunes and restore factory settings four times. I am now on my fifth crash, but this time, the screen won't even come on. It keeps saying that it is in recovery mode. I simply went to turn it on! Does anyone have any suggestions? Personally, I think there is a short, and that I need a new a replacement. However, it doesn't seem like Apple is very supportive of the idea. I go through all of their steps over and over and over, and the same thing happens! What is going on? Please help.
Mariesounds like, for the charging problem anyways, that you are just putting ipod into "Stand by" mode... press and hold the power key for about 10 seconds and an option to power off will actually come on.. if u just press it and let go, it just goes to stand by.. i have noticed stand by drains my battery
also, it doesn't sound like a short to me... the charging i am pretty sure is bc you are only putting it into standby however, the rest sounds like software.. did u try and restore using itunes or did you just reset the factory defaults?? Plug it into itunes and click restore under the ipod menu...

Strange issue with iWeb site, please help

Until recently, I've been keeping an iWeb blog of my time in India. Nothing too complicated, just stories and photo albums. However, recently something strange has happened, and the website is no longer displaying correctly. It looks fine in iWeb, and when I publish it in a folder and open it locally, everything is fine. However, after uploading it to my hosting provider, it looks like this:

I'm using the 'darkroom' theme, but as you can see, something is clearly wrong. It is not displaying the menu correctly, the layout looks strange and it isn't loading any of the articles. The other pages are accessible if you navigate there directly, but there you have the same problem.
It looks like, for some reason, the CSS and javascript elements cannot be loaded, although I have no idea why this might be the case. They are all just static files, and it worked fine until about a week ago.
Although I'm an IT professional, I have literally no idea what could cause a problem like this. I went with iWeb because I wanted to use an 'easy' solution and not over-engineer something for once
Usually what I'd do in a situation like this, is just purge the whole site and re-upload it. However, since I'm traveling around, I don't have fast internet access anywhere and the site is now so large that it would take forever to completely re-upload. This is also the reason why I can't troubleshoot it properly myself...
Any help (or even words of encouragement :-)) whatsoever would be extremely welcome. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Forgot to mention what I already tried myself;
- deleted the HTML and XML files and let iWeb do 'publish changes'. Everything was re-uploadeded, but issue remained.
- Deleted the 'Scripts' folder on the remote host, and manually re-uploaded from locally published folder. No effect.
- Tried randomly changing layout items in the hope that any potentially corrupted files might be overwritten after publishing. No effect.Hi Roddy, thanks for your reply. It wasn't just me though; a lot of other people from back also reported the same issue. I was also getting the same thing from behind a wired connection. You can still see and experience the issue yourself if you look here.
I've since 'resolved' the issue by getting a .Mac trial account. A friend helped me move the whole blog over there, where the site works as it is supposed to:

Therefore the issue has to be with the hosting. Right now I'm suspecting it might be some obscure configuration issue with the hosting company's server. Maybe something like too low a setting for Apache's 'MAX REQUESTS'. This might cause issues with all the javascript going on in the iWeb pages, loading elements back and forth. I'm in contact with the hosting provider, and will let you know what I find. Might be useful for future reference. -

You are facing a Bug .
The Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) defect is referenced as <<Bug 6518478>> <ODIFILEAPPEND DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED>.
When Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) OdiFileAppend/SnpsFileAppend tool is used with -HEADER parameter set to 1 or higher, the resulting file is incorrect and a backslash ("\") character is automatically generated between the appended files.
This Bug is fixed in ODI 11gR1
If the generated file is to be used as Source Datastore in an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Integration Interface, to work around the behavior:
1. Appending the files using the OdiFileAppend/SnpsFileAppend tool without the -HEADER parameter (or use "-HEADER=0").
2. Then, in your Integration Interface, apply a Filter to the corresponding Datastore in order to remove the unused headers.
