Importing the material directly to Depot through Import PO

Hello,
We are Importing the material directly to Depot.
We are directly procuring material to Depot through Import PO.
We are creating the Import PO from Depot with Inventrising Conditions , then we will go for MIRO for Customs,
We are cleared the Customs through MIRO
While GO for MIGO to Create RG23D entry, system is not Popup the Commercial Inv no ,so in MIGO we are not getting any duties.
Plz can you suggest how to go for Import the materail in Depot with Import PO.

If you for some reason must have many different folder make sure that you put the newst photo in the last folder so one can easily find a photo when I don't want to copy all photos to, let' say, my friend computer.

Solution discovered. Faulty connector cable. Tried a different one and it worked.

Can no longer save edited photos. get messages - "Nothing was imported" "The file or folders selected to import did not contain supported file type.

This is for Microsoft SQL Server, not for Oracle.
If you get "out of memory" it's not a database logfile problem but a memory problem.

I have iMovie '11, and I am unable to access mpeg HD video files that I want to edit. The files are fine (I can open and watch them using VLC), but I cannot seem to import the files into iMovie. File Import does not work. Any suggestions??

More detail: I have a bunch of mpeg HD video files that were shot on a SONY HDR-HC3 Handycam camcorder. I would like to edit these into a single video production. I can access and view the mpeg files using VLC (Quicktime does not work with them). However, I seem to be unable to get the mpeg files to interface with iMovie '11 -- I cannot use the File --> Import command, nor can I drag-and-drop them into iMovie.
Is there something anyone might suggest to get this to work? Or are these files incompatible with iMovie? If so, I assume I must purchase a different video editing software program (e.g. Adobe Premeir Pro). Suggestions???

Yes, I tried that.   The files were ordered by their original numbers as imported from the camera, but I batched them through Phocoshop to downsize all of them into a more manageable file size.   I opened that destination folder from quick time from where it said select image sequence.   I clicked on the first one and opened it.   The result was a large image with an arrow indicating a movie was ready to go.   When I pressed the arrow, though, I realized it had only imported that one frame so there was no movie.   The files are Jpgs and are about 450 KB each.
    To your knowledge are there any links to iMovie tutorials or quick time tutorials that may address this situation? Maybe there will be one I haven't looked at yet.

1) Error when trying to import any photointo iPhoto

Well if the problem is at Quicktime level you'll need to reinstall the OS.

Import of material groups into hierarchy not possible (note 432339)

Dear All,
I am trying to replicate material groups (DNL_CUST_PROD1) from R3 system. Prior to this our SRM system configured as standalone and Material Hierarchy is already defined. When I am trying to replicate the material groups in SMQ2 I am receiving status as "sysfail" and further I am getting above message. In the message the OSS note also mentioned. In the OSS note they have given following solution
Error message "Import of material groups into hierarchy &1 not possible":
In transaction COMM_PRAPPLCAT, you specify that the hierarchy specified in the error message is to be used for application 'Purchasing' (02). This means that the material groups would be created in this hierarchy. Delete this setting in Transaction COMM_PRAPPLCAT. If hierarchy R3MATCLASS already exists, assign
hierarchy R3MATCLASS to application 'Purchasing'. Then the material groups are created in hierarchy R3MATCLASS. If you want to import the material groups into the hierarchy specified in the error message, you can also keep this hierarchy
assigned to application 'Purchasing' and deactivate the error message. Error message "Import of material types into hierarchy &1 not possible". You can do this in Customizing under 'Customer Relationship Management -> Master data -> Basic settings -> Define system message characteristics'.
My problem is I am not able to find out the path given in the OSS note ( i.e, Customer Relationship Management u2013 Master data) . Any one can help me in this regard ?

Is there any interface to import the XLIFF file into BO Translation Mgr?

Hi,
In BOE XI 31 SP2, is there any interface to import the XLIFF file into BO Translator Mgr?
Since the client has 6 kinds of language and 200+ different reports. That means in order to maintain report multi-lingual, the client needs to maintain 1200(6*200) XLIFF files. Because importing all the XLIFF files one by one into BO Translator Manager manually is effective less and cannot meet the needs, the client would like to import the XLIFF files in batch through code.
So is there any Interface or Command Line to import the XLIFF file into BO Translation Mgr?
Any suggestion is appreciated.

Normalisation of text string on import through import manager

Hi There, we have just uncovered an issue with our workflows where a submitted file that contains 'special' characters in a description field (text string) will cause the jobs to fail. Is there a way i can tweak the normalisation feature in the import manager to remove these special characters, while leaving 'normal' characters (such as spaces, commas and other punctuation) in tact?

Hi Adam,
The failure is happening at the import stage and not the workflow stage ,As your import of records are triggering the workflow action(Trigger action being record Import).The records may not be getting imported rightly and so the workflow failing.
But as far as i know the Text data type in MDM allows special characters entry without much problem.
Try the following:
- Check to see if the charater length of this special characters holding field is sufficiently large it could be the problem that the length of the incoming charaters are more than the length mentioned in the console settings and so truncation of charaters are causing the failure of import.
- Check to see if values of all other fields especially the date and numeric fields if any are holding correct data .
- Lastly if you find out that the special charaters are the only cause of the failure then you will have to perform the normalization of the values and save the settings in the map and then use this saved map.Try to accomodate all the possible charaters faults.You can normalize the Field by right clicking on it and say value conversion filter >Normalize.If your values are lesser you can normalize them at the value level itself using the right click.

I am getting an unsupported format error when trying to import the.aaf file.

When I select File > Import > File, and then select my .aaf file, nothing happens.
When I select File > Import > Pro After Effects and then select my .aaf file, it imports the files, then I get an unsupported format error for .mov files.
Help!

Which video in the tutorial does this step apply to (i.e. importing the AAF file)? Are you importing from the sample files that accompany the tutorial? Finally, can you post a screen shot of the error message you're getting?
Also, please confirm which version of After Effects you're running, as well as the operating system.

I created EO,VO by extending the Seeded EO,VO respectively, Substitute the BC4J also.
i import the files using jpximport
its successfully imported, and i'm facing error while opening the application under that responsibility.
when i try to open the cash forecasting application it shows error.
i mentioned the some part of the error below

i checked the error in google and metalink for the following no.
JBO-30003 is generally either a simple misconfiguration in the bc4j.xcfg file - e.g. the JDBC connection information is wrong. Or the database is simply not available.
but i checked those settings also. every thing is working fine.
please any one help me to solve the issues.
whether i need to extend AM file also.

As per Oracle recommendation your path should be
/xxi/oracle/apps/xxi/oracle/apps/ce/schema/server/ -- in case of custom application
/xxi/oracle/apps/pos/oracle/apps/ce/schema/server/ -- in case of extensions.
where xxi is your company name.. don't say xxi as such..
If your company name is microsoft, then micro.oracle.apps... ...
But it doesn't got anything to do with your error... Please execute the following command
ls -lrt $JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/xxi/oracle/apps/ce/schema/server/
and post the results.

Need information to help
what version of iPhoto? Is OS X 10.8 as you state correct for the OS? Has it ever worked? What has changed since it worked? Will Image Capture ( in your applications folder) import the photos? How are you importing - USB to the camera? USB card reader? built in card reader?
Any other clues that would help a total stranger who can not see you or your computer assist you?
