ImportSecurity.cmd I get an error when launching

Does anyone know what this means?

Make sure the right syntax is used.
Open a command prompt, navigate to the location where the utility is present, and use the below syntax to run the utility.
ImportSecurity.cmd [-f:<passwordFile>] "appname,user,<delimiter(SL_COMMA/SL_SPACE/SL_COLON/SL_SEMI-COLON)>,<run_silent>,<SL_CLEARALL>"
[-f:<passwordFile>] - optional, in case you would like to give the password in a file. Else, it will prompt you and you can enter the password.
appname - application name
user - user name
delimiter - one of SL_COMMA/SL_SPACE/SL_COLON/SL_SEMI-COLON, specify the one you have used in your sec file.
run_silent - optional, incase you would like to avoid any prompts and messages.
SL_CLEARALL - Optional, clears the security that is present before importing.
