Impossibilité d'installer Première Elements 10 sur Mac OS X.6.8

Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à installer correctement Première Elements 10 sur un MacPro sous Mac OS X.6.8.
Dans mon coffret, j'installe correctement Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 avec mon numéro de série.
Lorsque j'installe Première Eléments, le processus d'installation commence mais ne me demande pas mon numéro de série et installe quelques fichiers mais pas le lien de démarrage de P.E.
Sur le site d'Adobe, il est expliqué les problèmes rencontrés et donne des solutions qui malheureusement ne fonctionne pas. Entre autre, il faut un fichier P.E 10 installer Fix qui m'indique qu'il faut insérer le DVD, alors que celui-ci est ouvert en attente des instructions d'installation que devrait m'indiquer P.E. 10 installer Fix;
J'ai installé les dernières versions d'Acrobat Reader et d'Adobe Air et supprimé les polices altérées ou génantes.
Je ne trouve plus de version 10 d'évaluation pour résoudre le problème en la validant par mon numéro de série.

Blank DVD Template in Prem. Elements for Mac

Years ago when I was a Windows user I LOVED using Premiere Elements to import and edit home videos. The editing, chaptering etc was so easy and I I was really happy with the final product. One thing I really liked was when I created the DVD menus etc I had access to a blank DVD template so I could use my own background picture etc. I never cared much for the "themes". Is there a way with the new prem elements for MAC to have a blank DVD template?

As usual and as I remember you to be you are so helpful! What I would like is to have to custom templates. The first would be just a generic background where I could insert my own picture. I don't use video link boxes or anything so I prefer the links to the "menu markers" to be just text. For instance, say I am making a DVD of a theatre performance. I would like a general "play all" button that will play the entire performance. I would also use a "Act 1" button and a "Act 2 button". I do chapter each scene but to avoid having 10 pages of "scenes" I'd prefer the "scenes" to not be accessible from the main menu. Most every DVD from theatre to concerts to home movies I do like this. I only like to have one main menu menu. No submenus. I used to have 1 custom template that did that. The second one would be exactly the same but would offer a "scenes" button in the instance I did want to add a "scene" menu as well. I really, really hope this makes sense.....
And I don't want to come across as crazy, but when I installed the demo on PE9 on my mac, I only have one template called "fun" and I can't change the background image. There is a little dropbox within the menu that I can add a video or pic, but that's only a small hole in the template, the rest of the background I can't change. I'd be happy to take a screen cap if I am not describing it correctly...
Short story long, it sounds like Steve both templates you said are for free on your site will do what I am needing to do. How do I go about downloading them?

Problème de drivers lecteur optique à l'installation de windows seven sur mac book pro 13pouces

windows 7 refuse de poursuivre son installation par bootcamp. Le driver du lecteur optique est manquant et il n'est pas sur le cd OS X.
Je ne peux poursuivre mon installation.
Où puis-je trouver le driver du matshita ou comment poursuivre l'installaiton sans?

What year/model MacBook Pro do you have and have you updated to 10.6.8 yet? (your profile has 10.6.5)
I'm not sure I follow you, your saying W7 doesn't finish the installation or the Boot Camp drivers don't finish installing. Two separate issues.
If your saying W7 doesn't finish the installation because of the missing drivers for the CD, Is it the original DVD/CD player or is it a replacement? Is the copy of W7 from an .iso or is it a retail/upgrade copy? If it's from an iso then you may want to reburn the copy at 2x as anything faster doesn't work well when Disk Utility burns it.
If your saying the Boot Camp drivers aren't installing after you restarted into Windows after the install then try right clicking on the file and install with "Administrator" rights, or install in "compatibility mode".
Windows 7 installer does have a generic DVD/CD driver so it should work. You may have to re-install Windows to get it to work.

Disk 1 downloaded completely. But I can't get any farther than log-on on disk 2 and it ejects woithe following error:

Je viens de réinstaller Première éléments 10 sur un PC Dell équipé de l'OS Windows 8.1 64 bits et, si je peux charger mes anciens projets, je ne peux pas lire les vidéos au format m2ts ni à partir de la timeline ni sur le mini écran de visualisation des éléments. J'ai fait des recherches sur le net sans succès. J'ai réinstallé différents logiciels comme activex comme recommandé mais rien ne change ! Merci de m'aider SVP

Installation adobe photoshop elements & première elements

Je regrette de n'avoir pas acheté Adobe photoshop elements & première élément 12 sur DVD car j'ai des problèmes d'installation.
Photoshop elements ne s'installe pas complètement de ce fait :
– je ne peux lancer l'organiseur ou l'éditeur à partir d'un menu d'accueil
– si j'appelle l'organiseur et que j'appelle l'organiser je vois à l'écran "chargement de l'espace de travail d'Eléments organiser" sans que cet espace apparaisse.
– Si je lance Eléments organiser j'ai un message d'erreur précisant que les "composants requis ne sont pas complètement installé.
– A chaque démarrage j'ai toujours un message d'erreur me précisant "l'impossibilté d'initialiser les services en ligne. Vous devez les réinstaller. Appuyer sur OK pour continuer sans les services en ligne." Que faut-il faire ?
– Je n'arrive pas à désintaller adobe photoshop élément 12 car il n'apparait pas dans la fenêtre de windows 7 configuration de désinstallation d'un programme. Donc je n'ai pas accès à cette fonction de windows.
– Un nouvelle installation avec les même programmes téléchargés aboutit à situation d'échec donc je reste bloqué avec cette installation partielle. Je n'arrive qu'à lancer séparément l'éditeur et l'organiseur à partir de raccourcis que je suis allé cherché dans program files (x86) \ adobe ce qui me donne qu'un vague aperçu des possibilités de ce logiciel avec un fonctionnement incomplet.
Je suis déçu d'arriver à cette situation d'échec car au club photo nous travaillons avec cette version d'adobe photoshopElements. J'avais donc désinstallé la version 10 de que je vous avais acheté avec DVD car je perdais trop de temps à rechercher les correspondances des différentes fonctions lorsque nous travaillons ensemble.
Par ailleurs j’utilise adobe première éléments pour faire les montages des clip vidéo fait avec mon appareil réflexe et je développe pricipalement mes photos RAW avec adobe photoshop lightroom que je vous ai également acheté quand je suis sur mon ordinateur fixe... je suis donc un fidèle client adobe.
En résumé comment puis-je refaire une installation correcte sous Windows 7 64 bits d'Adobe photohop elements 12 que je viens d'acheter et télécharger.

Without some system information nobody can really tell you anything. This could be as simple as some security tool on your end interfering with the install, could be something else. We simply don't know.

Problems running the installer for Elements 11 - Mac

Mac OS10.8.3
15" Retina 2.7GHz 16GB RAM
I have downloaded the installation file for Elements 11 using the Adobe Installer; upon running the installer I get an invalid checksum error. Tried repeated times, same result. Tried disabling checksum check in disk utility, lets me get one step futther to see the installer package contents upon mounting the .dmg. When I run the installer, error message appears as follows;
Failed to initialise Installer
I got a message to install the Adobe Support Advisor, which I did. I ran it, and it did not detect any issues.
Have also tried using disk utility to verify and repair the downlaoded adobe dmg before mounting it - no change in the error when I try to run the installer.
Any advice?

Impossible d'installer lion sur mac pro

il m’est impossible d’installer OSX LION sur mon MACPROPour essayé d’installer OSX LION
j’ai :
- supprimé ma partition RAID0 et créer une partition normale
- Installé OSX SNOW LEOPARD + mise à jour 10.6.8
- Lancé l’installation de OXS LION
Et la quand mon MACPRO reboot l’installation ne se fait pas automatiquement. Il y a seulement le BOOT de l’installation OSX LION avec tous les outils connues (disque de démarrage, utilitaire de disques etc.). J’ai la fenêtre centrale qui apparaît avec les options suivantes :
- Restaurer à partir de Time Machine
- Ré-installer Mac OSX
- Aide en ligne
- Utilitaire de disques
Je suis bloqué ici car je n’ai trouvé aucun moyen de continuer l’installation….
je suis reparti sur un disque vierge et tout reistallé toujours pareil
Quelqu’un connait-il la solution ?

Right now we will not worry about the 12 to 12.1 Update. We will focus on just opening a tryout Premiere Elements 12 project.
Let us go through the list
1. At this time, can you open any new projects? Are you at the stage where you cannot open an existing project or a new one?
2. Did you look at the problem with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
3. Did you delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and, if that did not work, the whole 12.0 Folder in which it exists.
(See post numbered 1 in this thread for details.)
If you cannot open a new project, then we will consider
1. What video card/graphics card does your computer use? Is the card driver version up to date?
2. Are you running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges? Have you right clicked the desktop icon and selected
Run As Administrator to apply it?
Please let us gather the above information together. Depending on the answers we may be heading for:
uninstall, ccleaner run through, reinstall
or
3. If nothing is working, then we might consider creating a new User Account with Administrative Privileges and installing and running
Premiere Elements from there.

J'ai installé Première elements 12 sur mon ordinateur PC (windows 7). Je ne sais pas comment exporter un montage vers un magnétoscope Sony GVHDH700 (cassettes miniDV). Le magnétoscope est bien reconnu par l'ordinateur.

Je me suis abonné à créative cloud. Lorsque j'essaye d'installer une application la fenêtre application manager s'ouvre et elle disparaît immédiatement donc je ne peux rien télécharger. Je suis sur Mac avec Mavericks.
