Impossible d'initialiser

Bonjour,
J'ai installé Photoshop avec un compte d'admin, et je tente de lancer avec un compte utilisateur qui n'a pas les droits admin et j’obtiens ce message :
Pourriez vous me dire comment régler ce probleme pour que je puisse lancer photoshop avec un compte standard ?

WIN and MAC (pre cc):
first, try updating adobe application manager (WIN:http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773  MAC:http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=170&platform=Macintosh)
next, if that fails and installing from a dvd, copy the disc contents to a desktop directory and try installing from that directory by clicking setup.
MAC:
if the above fails,
Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type  exactly ~/Library and click on Go
Then open Application Support > Adobe folders
Trash AAMUpdater and OOBE folders.
Now click on finder and hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad.
This time type /Library and click on Go.
Make sure to remove tilde (~) symbol.
Then open Application Support > Adobe folders.
Trash AAMUpdater, Adobe Application manager, OOBE folders.
Navigate to Finder > Applications > Utilities
Trash  Adobe Application Manager folders
Run CC cleaner tool (http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html)
check if Adobe Application Manager appearing.
If yes, clean it.
Then install Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=170&platform=Macintosh
if the above fails,
1. Try to Create a new user account in Mac with Administrator Priviledges.
2. Login to the New user, Navigate to Mac HD> Application> Utilities> Adobe Installer folder, Locate products like Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and un-install them
3. Navigate to User Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
4. Navigate to Mac HD> Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
5. Start the installation again.

if the above fails,
rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old
to find OOBE:
64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
if the above fails,
check your log file for more specific info, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-installation-install-logs-cs3.html

(regretter peut-être de l'avoir installée, les 30 jours risque de pas tenir le coup)

    Hi DanielDL,
    Please open the finder window click on go and choose go to folder and type /library and press enter.
    Navigate to Application Support/Adobe/color and rename the folder settings to settings.old
    Then try to launch Photoshop and check if the issue persists.

    J'ai téléchargé Photoshop sur mon mac via creative cloud à plusieurs reprises et à chaque fois que je lance le programme une boîte de dialogue s'ouvre et mindique un message d'erreur. "Impossible d'initialiser Photoshop en raison d'une erreur de programme". Que faire? Pourriez-vous éclairer ma lanterne?

    J'ai téléchargé la version d'évaluation de photoshop et de lightroom.
    Seul Lightroom fonctionne, pour photoshop, impossible de l'ouvrir et le message "impossible d'initialiser photoshop en raison d'une erreur du programme" apparait.
    Je suis MAC OS X 10.9.3

    Bonjour, une petite recherche sur le forum avec le message d'erreur vous aurait conduit sur ce sujet : Mac probleme avec Creative Cloud et Photoshop. qui recommande soit une désinstallation avec l'outil "CS Cleaner Tool", soit, en semaine, de contacter un agent par chat : Contacter l’assistance clientèle.

    je viens de souscrire à l’offre d’Adobe pour les photographes : s’abonner pour LR5 et PSHP CC pour 12 euros par mois.
    Une fois les téléchargements effectués avec Adobe Application Manager, impossible d’ouvrir Photoshop CC. Le lancement est interrompu par le message suivant :
    Impossible d’initialiser photoshop en raison d’une erreur de programme.
    Est-ce que Adobe peut m’aider sur ce point ?
    Je précise que mon Imac est un Intel Core 2 duo, 4 Go Ram, système  OS X Lion 10.7 et je n’ai aucun logiciel pirate, tous légaux.

    I have same error
    but I have an Intel core 2 duo as well..In the technical requirements of Photoshop it says "multicore processor suporting 64 bits ".. my processor supports 64 bits and intel core 2 duo isn't it a multicore processor?

    I cannot even start PS CC, showing (in French), "impossible to initialise photoshop because of a program error" at lauching.
    Tried to reinstall, still nothing.
    Tried to chat/contact Adode, unfortunatly not available...

    Do you have any 3rd party fonts or plugins?
    Did it work before?  If so reset preferences.  Start PS and immediately hold down ctrl/alt/shift (option/cmd/shift) keys and if fast enough you will get a reset window.

    Mémoire  4 Go 1067 MHz DDR3
    Graphisme  NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 256 Mo

    Thom60 did you receive any error messages during the installation process?  You can find information on how to review your installation logs for error messages at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.

  • On Mac OS 10.9.5 : impossible to initialize Photoshop because of an error of the program

    I downloaded Adobe PhotoShop CC and Lightroom 5 (paid version). Lightroom 5 seams to work but Adobe PhotoShop gives an error message "impossible d'initialiser Photoshop en raison d'une erreur du programme" (sorry it's in French, in English this could be "impossible to initialize Photoshop because of an error of the program". Not any additionnal error code or comment.
    I tried to uninstall, dowload and install again, but I still get the same message after the new install.
    Has anybody experimented this problem ? Thanks for your kind help.

    Thanks for tour suggestion, but unfortunately  it does not work. I get a dialog box about virtual memory and the disks I want to choose for, but I cannot trash the prefs. I changed the disks to see and I still get the same message.

    Essayez ceci :
    Va dans : MAC HD/bibliothèque/Application Support/Adobe/Color/
    Renomme le dossier "Settings" en "SettingsOld".par exemple .
    Relancez Photoshop .

  • Photoshop CC 2014 - Problem at launch

    Hello, I'm new on this forum and with PS.
    I'm working on an Imac with an OS X 10.9.4 version.
    I installed Creative cloud and Light Room 5 which are working fine.
    I installed then Photoshop CC 2014 but when opening it appears the following message "Impossible d'initialiser Photoshop en raison d'une erreur du program" which means "Could not initialize Photoshop because of a program error".
    I tried the following solutions :
    1- Reinstall the program
    2- clean up with CC cleaner tool
    3- restart in safe mode
    any solutions ?

    Installed CC, payed for Photoshop, downloaded the programme, did update and when I want to start working it says:" impossible to initialise PS error in the program". Deinstalled the programme and downloaded everything again: same result. I work on a recent iMac with OSX version 10.9.4 What can be the matter?

    reset your preferences by holding down option/cmd/shift during pse startup.  you'll see a confirmation dialog if done correctly.
