j'ai depuis au moins 6 @ 8 mois un problème avec Adobes Reader toutes les versions 7, 9.1, 10.
Lors de l'installation d'adobe, il modifie les icônes des logiciels dans la barre des tâches et le menu démarrer pour l'icone de Adobe
J'ai téléchargé un logiciel gratuit qui gère aussi les formats PDF mais n'a pas la fonction pour se substituer à Adobe.
J'ai des problèmes avec mon fournisseurs internet qui m'envoie mon compte car sa facture n'est pas lisible si ce n'est pas Adobe reader.
J'ai tenté d'utiliser un logiciel d'un appareil photos Olympus et encore impossible de charger les photos contenue dans l'appareil.
Je commence à me demander ce qu'il faut faire pour trouver la solution?

Oui, dans ma deuxième réponse, j'ai donné un Hyperlien (un lien internet) vers un fichier d'aide: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/860/cpsid_86069.html
Au sein de celui-ci se trouvent, dans la solution 1, deux hyperliens (liens internet), qui pointent respectivement vers des fichiers pour vista: Win Vista et 7: Win 7
Ceux-ci sont des fichiers .ZIP qui contiennent des fichiers .REG.
Il convient de télécharger le fichier qui correspond à ce que vous utilisez.
Il faut donc décompresser le fichier .ZIP (double-cliquer suffit sur vista et 7) qui correspond au Système d'Exploitation utilisé, afin d'accéder au fichiers .REG qu'il contient.
À ce moment, on peut effectuer un clic droit sur ce fichier REG et sélectionner Merge (en Anglais) ou Fusionner (en Français), afin que le fichier REG remplace automatiquement la portion de la base de registre défectueuse.
Il ne faut donc pas naviguer dans le registre, ni créer de clé soi-même, c'est tout simple et sans danger.
J'espère que mes explications le sont aussi, car je ne vois pas comment expliciter plus encore la marche à suivre...

vous avez «re-installé" déjà? Qu'il devient un peu compliqué. Il serait nécessaire que vous devez utiliser "Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool".
Voici un conseil pour que (L'ordre varie en fonction de vos besoins individuels. S'il vous plaît lire tous mes premières propositions, afin que vous puissiez mieux choisir la première étape.
1 Peut-être que vous avez d'activer / désactiver, donc s'il vous plaît jeter un oeil là:

2, Parfois, nous savons maintenant, le "fichier opm.db" est le coupable. Dans ce cas, vous devez le supprimer.
3. Parce-que vous avez déjà essayé "de désinstaller et re-installer".
Soyez prudent avec (de) l'installation aso. par (de) l'installation par vos propres ressources. Autant que je le regrette et aussi étrange que cela puisse paraître, je crains que c'est un défi pour Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool d'Adobe.
Parfois - quelles qu'en soient les raisons - CC ne "veulent" pas de travailler. Dans ce cas, vous devriez CC supprimer complètement et réinstaller par l'aide d'Adobe Creative Cloud outil de nettoyage. (Un essai de désinstaller par des ressources propres ne suffit pas!)

in a first instance, i tried to do the upgrade of my adobe creative cloud destop, but i received the error number: A12E1.
so, i see on the support site that i've to uninstall the cc, use the cleanup tool , reboot my desktop and download again the creative cloud destop.
now i've the errore code 50

Not guaranteed, but you can do a clean boot (How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista) and run the installer again without uninstalling first.

I would recommend you to try the below mentioned steps :
1. Restart Windows
2. Download Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool
3. Run Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and choose option 3 and then option 1 to complete the cleaning process.
4. Once done please rename OOBE folder from these locations:
Windows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Local\Adobe
5. Restart Windows
6. Download Creative Cloud
7. Run Creative Cloud file (CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe).
Hope that one way or another you are over the ”Creative cloud desktop failed to install” problem.

if there were a widespread problem with compatibility between dw cs6 and win 7 64bit, there would probably be more people posting about the problem.
in the english version of dw cs6, stopping at 25% is when the help files are being installed and opening task manager and closing that process allows installation to complete. in the french version, i'm not familiar enough to know what's being installed at that 51% point.
i recommend you try adobe support and see if they know what's being installed at that 51% point and can help you get past that, http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html

En ce qui me concerne la version de mon photoshop est 12.1 et je prends bien soin d'ouvrir Adobe EXt Manager en mode administrateur.

il m’est impossible d’installer OSX LION sur mon MACPROPour essayé d’installer OSX LION
j’ai :
- supprimé ma partition RAID0 et créer une partition normale
- Installé OSX SNOW LEOPARD + mise à jour 10.6.8
- Lancé l’installation de OXS LION
Et la quand mon MACPRO reboot l’installation ne se fait pas automatiquement. Il y a seulement le BOOT de l’installation OSX LION avec tous les outils connues (disque de démarrage, utilitaire de disques etc.). J’ai la fenêtre centrale qui apparaît avec les options suivantes :
- Restaurer à partir de Time Machine
- Ré-installer Mac OSX
- Aide en ligne
- Utilitaire de disques
Je suis bloqué ici car je n’ai trouvé aucun moyen de continuer l’installation….
je suis reparti sur un disque vierge et tout reistallé toujours pareil
Quelqu’un connait-il la solution ?
