Impossible d'installer Photoshop elements 12 sur windows 8.1

Apres 3 tentatives d'installation de Photoshop Elements 12 sur Windows 8.1, des que j'ouvre l'Organizer celui ci s'arrete subitement de fonctionner

  • Installer Photoshop elements sur un nouveau PC sans CD d'installation

    Je viens de changer d'ordinateur et impossible de remettre la main sur mon cd d'installation de photoshop elements 7.0 car j'ai déménagé depuis. Je vois bien ma commande et mon numéro de série dans mon espace personnel mais comme je l'avais reçu par la poste, impossible de le télécharger à nouveau. pouvez vous m'aider s'il vous plait ?

    I tried to install Photoshop elements 8 on my Windows 7 computer, but the installation gives a failure after a certain time. A file "...cab" is not working and may be corrupt ( exact failure code I can give, if necesary). Is there any possibility to get this file or the program Photoshop Elements 8 as download file so that I can complete the installation? Thank you in advance for your answers.

    I just got the same problem already some time ago when I tried to install this programm in my computer. At that time (March 2012) the program crashed my computer, I had to reinstall all the Software completely including system software. The program I purchased in December 2011 from Amazon together with a Reflecta crystal Scan slide scanner as bundle, so I thought it will work.
    I will try to install the program from the download link you gave me, in case it does not work, what can I do next without having to buy a newer version?

    I am curious did you have this installed previously or did you just purchase a copy of Photoshop Elements 8?

  • Problème installation photoshop elements 12 - 'specified path is empty'

    Bonjour,
    IMPOSSIBLE de réinstaller photoshop elements 12 - je l'ai télécharger hier via la fnac, j'ai tout installé, le logiciel a fonctionné et ensuite impossible de le démarrer... J'ai donc décidé de tout désinstaller afin de l'installer une nouvelle fois mais impossible, le message suivant s'affiche : 'specified path is empty'.
    J'ai pourtant :
    - supprimé les fichiers dans "programme files"
    - Tenté de le désinstallé via "programmes et fonctionnalités" mais Photoshop n'apparaît pas
    - J'ai supprimé les fichiers via Exécuter/regedit
    - J'ai aussi téléchargé "Revo uninstaller" mais il ne trouve pas le programme Photoshop
    J'ai biensur redémarré à plusieurs reprises mon ordinateur...
    Pourriez-vous m'aider, svp ???!
    Je ne peux pas utiliser Photoshop et j'ai acheté la licence hier...

    Pouvez-vous suivre les instructions ci-dessous s'il vous plait :
    Exécutez le Microsoft Fix It outil et réinstaller.
    Accédez à l'outil Microsoft Fix It.
    http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/fr
    Cliquez sur Exécuter maintenant.
    Suivez les instructions à l'écran.
    Exécuter Photoshop Elements installer à nouveau.
    Faites moi savoir si cela fonctionne.

  • Cannot download registered Photoshop Elements 13 (Windows English from store)

    I cannot download the product  Photoshop Elements 13 (Windows English) and Adobe Elements 13 (Windows English) bought yesterday and registered to my account because the only options provided are for upgrades from trial versions. It is of course impossible to speak by phone to my regional store in Ireland as they do not provide telephone support for my products so I am having a very circular and unsatisfactory  customer service experience. How can I resolve this fundamental isssue?

    Yes. Microsoft advises that version 8 of PSE will work with Windows 8. The best option is a new computer with W8 and then do a clean install of Elements. Some difficulties may arise if upgrading the operating system on top of existing software. In those circumstances make sure you have your original disks or your download package, in case a re-install is necessary.
