Impossible de commander un livre à partir de Aperture

J'utilise Aperture 3.5.1 et OS X 10.9. Le process de commande me retourne un message de refus de carte de paiement. J'ai ré initialisé la carte sur mon compte AppleStore. Le problème est le même. Je précise que la acrte de paiement est accepté pour tout autre paiement sur Apple Store autre qu'un livre ou une photo Aperture. C'est dommage. J'ai déjà posté une remarque sur le sujet il y a un mois.

J'ai une réponse à t'apporter ! J'ai réussi à régler le problème (comme quoi tu as bien fait de poster !).
J'ai appelé l'apple store et ai demandé l'assistance technique Apple Care. J'ai ensuite prononcé "Aperture" lorsqu'on m'a demandé pour quel produit j'appelais.
J'ai eu une super assistance technique, la personne a cherché la solution à notre problème puis m'a recontactée lorsqu'elle a pensé l'avoir trouvée. Il m'a ensuite accompagnée dans les manips sur l'ordinateur, en utilisant un partage d'écran.
En fait, j'ai créé un nouveau compte pour commander le livre photo, et celui-ci n'était pas tout à fait complètement renseigné (ils demandent énormément de choses qu'on n'a pas toujours besoin de remplir pour d'autres commandes sur l'app' store par exemple). Je t'invite donc à vérifier que ton compte est bien complété:

Puis dans mon compte/voir le compte/réglages du compte/mise à jour des paramètres de la caisse express
Si tu rencontre toujours des problèmes après ça, contacte l'assistance technique ils t'aideront sans doute aussi bien que moi (j'ai appelé Velizy 2).

Message d'erreur pour commande de livre sur Aperture

J'essaie de commander un livre sur Aperture en m'identifiant avec mon compte Apple habituel que j'utilise pour iTunes et j'ai au final un message d'erreur marquant "mode de paiement non pris en charge dans ce pays" (je suis en France)... Hors je n'ai aucun problème de paiement sous iTunes, est-ce normal ? Peut-on commander des livres Aperture en France ? Les cartes VISA ne sont-elles pas prise en compte ? Merci pour votre aide. Impossible d'acheter un livre !

j'ai conçu un livre de 100 pages avec Iphoto'1 et veut l'acheter. Impossible car le message suivant apparaît depuis deux jours : "Une erreur est survenue lors de la communication avec l’Apple Store en ligne. Veuillez réessayer." Que faire ?

J'ai essayé toutes les solutions proposées ici pour commander un livre de 100 pages. Remarquer au passage que les informations de l'apple support signalé par Nidalmy sont obsolètes depuis la dernière version d'iphoto…(possibilité cependant de vérifier son fichier PDF par le menu "imprimer").
Première commande de qualité si médiocre qu'Apple m'a remboursée…
Deuxième commande du même livre iphoto : "an error caused the image file to be unreadable or unprintable"…
Remarque : à chaque fois, l'assemblage et le téléchargement se sont faits sans le moindre message d'erreur.
Contacté, le service technique d'Apple reconnaît un problème de corruption lors du transfert des fichiers iphoto.
Il faut, selon eux, en attendant une solution sur laquelle "les ingénieurs d'Apple travaillent"
1) ne pas se connecter par wifi mais par éthernet (pb de vitesse de transfert)
2) redémarrer son mac en appuyant sur la touche schift pour désactiver les extensions,
3) commander son livre sans ouvrir d'autre application qu'iphoto…
C'est ce que j'ai fait aujourd'hui. Je vous dirai si la troisième fois fut la bonne.

I need to fire an powershell command through app part as soon as i have submitted details or form on the list.
As powershell command requires inputs, i have created list and a form into it, i mapped the column with the powershell input, but the commands is not running or firing, please help.

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to run a Powershell command when submitting a form on the list to create mailbox for user.
As your environment is Office 365, I suggest you can create a web service to call the PowerShell Command using C#. Then in the office 365 list, you can create a remote event receiver to trigger the web service to
achieve it.

Impossible d'ouvrir un livre

Le produit est installer sur un Mac, lorsque je veut lire un livre, une fenêtre s'ouvre " Autorisation nécessaire, cet ordinateur n'est pas autorisé à ouvrir le livre car cet élément requiert une autorisation avec un ID de fournisseur" Lorsque je rentrer mes ID j'ai un message d'erreur : "Le compte fournisseur spécifié n'est pas associé à l'élément que vous essayer d'ouvrir. Veuillez réessayer. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Je ne possède q'un compte... Comment faire pour lire les livres ?
Depuis quelques jours je possède un nouveau Mac, Est-il possible de lire les livres sur les deux ordinateurs ? comment ?

Error message: "The specified provider account is not associated with the item that you try to open try................." comes when you try to open a book whose authorization does not match with current ADE authorization.
You need to enter authorize ADE with same credentials that was used to download the book.

Impossible d'imprimer fichiers pdf à partir d'Adobe Reader sous Mac OSX 10.6.2

L'imprimante (Canon MP610) n'est pas en cause car j'imprimais très bien quand j'avais un Power PC Mac OSX 10.4.
Le message d'erreur est toujours le même (malgré les dernières mises à jour Adobe reader 9.3.1 que je viens de faire) depuis deux mois que j'ai ce nouveau Mac:
Error:pstopdffilter/pstocupsraster failed with error 13
Vu le nombre de fichiers qui sont maintenant à imprimer sous pdf, cela est très handicapant. Je contourne le problème en convertissant le fichier sous jpeg quand c'est possible mais cela prend du temps...
Canon m'a confirmé que cela n'avait rien à voir avec l'imprimante et les logiciels de gestions d'impression et me demande de me retourner vers Adobe.
J'ai pu voir sur de nombreux forums que le problème est rapporté par pas mal de gens mais que personne n'a encore trouvé la solution. Quant à Adobe, ils semblent complètement sourds aux questions qui arrivent sur leur site...

C'est visiblement un problème de rasterisation dans le RIP à cause d'un filtre.

then use option + command Delete to force quit Aperture.
Force quitting is to be avoided if possible, since it can corrupt the Aperture Library and the User preferences file or other settings.
If Aperture seems to be stuck and unresponsive, quite often it is a deadlock in the graphical user interface, but the application itself still may respond to the "Terminate" signal, send by other processes:
Select the Aperture Dock icon, ctrl-click and select "Quit!
Select "Restart" from the  Apple-menu.
Or use the Terminal to send a Terminate-Signal:
Launch "Activity Monitor" (from Applications > Utilities) and find the Process ID of Aperture (PID, in the first column)
Open a Terminal and type in:
kill -TERM Aperture's PID
Only if all these safer measures don't work, then use Force Quit on a database program like Aperture, but be prepared to run an "Aperture Library First Aid" afterwards, if you see signs of a corrupted library.

Il m'est impossible de déposer un avis sur l'Apple store à partir de mon iphone 5 (iOS à jour) pour évaluer une application.

Impossible de changer un texte à la volée

J'ai acheté un template hier sur un site américain
et je n'arrive pas à modifier un des textes pour qu'il soit
rempli par Action Script, soit en allant chercher dans un fichier
texte soit même en mettant dans une layer dédiée que
j'appelle "actions", dans la frame 1 la ligne :
pouet_mc.pouet_txt.text = "coucou";
j'ai rendu le texte "dynamic" (il était "static" avant),
le texte fait partie d'un movie clip que j'ai nommé pouet_mc.
Pourquoi est-ce que cela ne fonctionne pas ?
J'ai du rater quelques finesses !

Aperture previews/Can't see Aperture library in other apps.

This isn't really a new problem for me, but I decided to ask now to see if it can be fixed somehow. I use Aperture 3.4.5, OSX 10.8.4. The problem is that Aperture doesn't show up under the Media tab when in other apps. For instance, in Mail if I try to attach a picture. It shows iPhoto and Photobooth. But I get an error when I click on Aperture that tells me I need to turn on sharing to iLife in the preferences of Aperture. But this is turned on. Still no access to the Aperture library. Same thing in iTunes. Now, since my Aperture and iPhoto libraries are linked I can just choose the photos I want to attach from the iPhoto library. But I want to choose the Aperture library!!
But it won't let me. I cannot add projects/folders to my iPhone or iPad in iTunes either. I get the same turn on the sharing message. And I have this turned on.
I've seen a few other people with this problem in searches I have done but I have not seen any solutions...
Help?!?

So your Aperture library is in fact a previous iPhoto library.
Correct. When I purchased Aperture, I imported from my iPhoto library. And I guess they are shared.
I am still not quite sure about the state of your iPhoto/Aperture library. Depending on when you bought Aperture, you may have imported the iPhoto Library into a new Aperture Library; then you now have an Aperture library, or you may have simply opened the iPhot Library in Aperture, keeping it an iPhoto Library. The Finder can show you what it is.
Select your library in the Finder and use the Finder command "Get Info ⌘I". The Info panel will show you the type of the library.
Disclose the "General" brick in the panel. The "Kind" will either show "iPhoto Library" or "Aperture Library".
Then disclose the "Name & Extension" brick and look, if your library has a filename extension - aplibrary or photolibrary. Uncheck "Hide Extension" to see it.
If your library still is "Kind iPhoto Library", then you never imported your Library, you only used it in Aperture.
Or if you want to use iPhoto and Aperture with separate photo libraries, import your current library into a new Aperture library. Open your now empty Aperture Library in Aperture by double-clicking it. Then use the command "File > Import > Library" in Aperture and select your iPhoto library. This will import all events, albums, etc. into your empty Aperture Library and craete a copy of the iPhoto library, but now it will have the kind "Aperture Library" and the Media Browser should show it in the Aperture section and not the iPhoto section. Only make sure, that you unhide all photos in iPhoto, before you do that. Aperture cannot unhide photos that have been hidden in iPhoto.
My question here is if I go into my new Aperture Library, and import from iPhoto again (and I guess make them not shared?) Will it then *copy* my iPhoto library, which is 240GB. Then I would have 2 240GB folders??
I appreciate the help so far. Right now I'm doing the generate preview thing again, which is taking awhile. But I'm guessing that since my iPhoto and Aperture libraries are linked and shared now this won't matter much. I will still only see iPhoto listed in the Media Browser..
Let's talk about that part of your question when we know for sure, if you already imported your iPhoto library or simply opened it in Aperture. If your library is an Aperture library with an imported iPhoto library inside there may be additional complications.

Aperture allows you to store your Images' Originals on any directly connected drive (must be formatted "Mac OS Extended, Journaled"), and gives you the option and the ability to move your Originals any time you want.
So get an external drive, format it correctly, select the Images whose Originals you want to move to that external drive, and move them using the command "File➞Relocate Originals".
An Image's Original must be on-line in order for you to be able to make adjustments, export, or print that Image. When the Original is off-line, you are still able to change the metadata, and view and share the Image's Preview.
If you are uncertain about the parts of Aperture, my User Tip is as good a place to start as I know .
Here is the topic as covered in the well-done Users Manual. Note that the User Manual uses the terms "Master" and "Original" synonymously, and that it confuses users by refering to referenced and managed _Images_. Image's are not, themselves, referenced or managed. The Original of each Image is a file (the one you imported); that file is the item that is either referenced or managed.

Macbook - moving Aperture 3 Library

I've read countless threads and articles on this but remain a bit confused.
My MBP is too full with Aperture 3 RAW masters. So I plan to move them off the hard drive to, most likely, a FW 400 external HDD.
There seems to be two ways (for what I want to do).
1) Close Aperture. Seelect the Library File and copy it to the external HDD then double click if from Finder so Aperture notes the new location.
2) Export inviduals projects as libraries.
Questions I have:
a) Does option 1 lead to the creation of a Referenced Library (e.g. is not on the Mac HD) or is that a seperate process?
b) For importing photos I presume the external HD has to be connected?
c) Or do you import locally then export the project to the library when connected?
d) Will I be able to view any of the library pics when the HDD is not attached.
I thought I 'got' the managed v referenced thing but the more I've read the more confused I've got.
Essentially I just need the disk space back and the least confusing and problematic way of doing it.

ApertureSpeak is not really clear on this but:
-- The Library contains your Thumbs, Previews, Versions (edits), and all of the pointers to hold things together.
-- If your Master images, the files that came out of your camera (or scanner), are physically inside the Library, it is called a Managed Library and you are said to have Managed Masters.
-- If your Master images are not inside the Library; that is, they are either in different Folder(s) or on physically different drives, then you are said to have a Referenced Library with Referenced Masters.
But wait, there's more! You can have your cake and eat (most of it) too! You just have to decide what you want to do - do you always want to "see" one unified Library (which is what I do) or do you want separate Libraries? In other words, do you want many smaller libraries or are you merely trying to save space on you laptop?
If the former:
-- Create a new Library wherever you want and Export Projects as Libraries to populate it.
-- If you put the new Library on an external drive, you will only be able to "see" it when that drive is connected.
If the latter:
-- You can simply relocate the entire Managed Library to the external drive. You are very likely to see a severe performance hit, especially if that drive is USB 2.0 or FW400. Even FW800 will be slower, unless, of course, your internal HD is so full that it is already gagging. And, of course, you won't be able to see any part of Aperture unless the external drive is connected. Bad news all around.
-- The better solution, what I (and others) would recommend, is to use the Relocate Masters command to move some Projects to your external drive. Do this until your internal HD is at least 30% empty. Now when you open Aperture you will "see" your entire library. As Lónie noted, you can still do lots of things like e-mail and slideshows will all of your images. But you will only be able to Adjust images when the external HD is connected.
Assuming that you clean out more space on your internal HD and use a FW400 drive, you will probably notice a real performance increase. The only delays are likely to occur when you first read a full resolution file into memory. (So be sure you have as much RAM as possible.) And this happens a lot less often than you think.
