Impossible de poursuivre l'installation de CS6 depuis le CD dédié

Bonjour,
Un problème très contrariant rend Impossible la poursuite de l'installation de Photoshop CS6 depuis le CD dédié : après avoir accepté le terme du contrat, à chaque fois les lettres que j'essaye de taper pour le code ne s'affichent pas dans les cases appropriées. Suite à différents essais, un de mes aller-retour sur le site Adobe m'a amené à entrer la clef de produit mais ceci me conduit à télécharger Cloud alors que je souhaite utiliser le logiciel délibérément acquis : CS6 !
J'ai déjà eu l'occasion de connaître de nombreux désagréments dans l'usage de CS5 dans l'entreprise où j'utilise régulièrement cette précédente version - mais celà reste du domaine de l'espace de travail et d'autres détails du genre.
Là par-contre, cette acquisition à titre personnel commence à me décourager dès l'installation !!!

PS : je ne trouve pas évidentes les démarches et possibilités de s'orienter sur le site Adobe

Acrobat Pro is in Spanish after English installation of CS6.

I was given a serial number for a Spanish version of CS6 by mistake.I realized this after the instillation I then received an English version DVD and serial number. All corrected except Acrobat Pro remains in Spanish. I then uninstall and re install of Acrobat Pro but, the serial number was rejected.This is strange because the same serial number worked just fine for the full installation of CS6.

Installation von CS6 auf neuem Notebook

Hallo!
Ich habe mir ein neues Notebook (Windows8) gekauft und will darauf CS6 installieren. CS6 läuft derzeit noch auf meinem alten Notebook (Windows7). Dazu folgende Fragen:
1) Läuft CS6 unter Windows 8? Habe irgendwo gelesen, dass es nur eingeschränkt läuft.
2) Ich habe Probleme bei der Installation von CS6. Die Software habe ich aus meiner Bestellung im Adobe-Account auf das neue Notebook heruntergeladen (Dateien Photoshop_13_LS4.7Z und Photoshop_13LS4) und bereits verschiedenes ausprobiert. Aber die Installation bricht immer wieder ab, weil irgendwelche Dateien beschädigt seien. Was muss ich beachten?

Den Rest kann keiner beantworten. Solange man's nicht probiert, weiß man's nicht. Deine beschädiugten Dateien könnten z.B. auch ganz ordinäre Zugriffsprobleme mit UAC und anderen Sicherheitsmechanismen sein...

Installation von CS6 PPrem

Hi,
ich hatte CS6 erfolgreicht installiert. Nach einen Crash installierte ich win7/win8.1 neue, danach wollte ich CS6 wieder installieren. Leider verlangt das Installationsprogramm eine weitere Medium mit der Bezeichnung "AdobeProductionPremium6-mul". Wo bekomme ich das her? Ich kann es nicht mehr installieren.

Ich habe bereits das BS neu aufgesetzt, ich könnte auch keine Zeichengeräte verwendet. Es könnte sein, dass alles wieder funktioniert. Bis jetzt hatte ich noch keine Zeit, ich tue es demnächst. Danke nochmals und frohe Ostern

Das ist einfach nur der Name des Installationspakets. Warum und weshalb weiß keiner, aber vermutlich hast du irgend 'ne andere Adobe Software auf dem System, die irgendeine Komponente in einer anderen Sprache installiert hat, die ersetzt werden müßte. einfach das Cleaner Tool anwenden und nochmal probieren.

Problème installation Encore Cs6

Bonjour,
J'ai cherché déjà un moment et je ne trouve pas la solution pour instaler Encore.

Mais sur la page de téléchargement de première : https://creative.adobe.com/fr/products/premiere aucun choix n'est proposer je ne retrouve pas la fenêtre de navigation pour choisir Encore...
Une idée ou un liens direct pour télécharger Encore Cs6? Ou même première CS6 + encore Cs6 car il me semble que l'outil de désinstalation permet de ne desinstaler que première et de garder encore.

Tout d'abord, bienvenu sur la communauté Adobe.
Concernant votre demande, il faut savoir qu'Adobe Encore CS6 est uniquement disponible lorsque vous téléchargé et installé Adobe Première Pro CS6.
Je vous recommanderais donc de télécharger Adobe Première Pro CS6 qui va installer Encore CS6.
Lorsque vos etes sur le site https:/creative.adobe.com/fr
En choisissant le produit avant de le télécharger vous avez le choix parmi la CS6 et CC comme indique ci-dessous;
N'hesitez surtout pas a revenir vers moi si vous avez d'autres questions.

if there were a widespread problem with compatibility between dw cs6 and win 7 64bit, there would probably be more people posting about the problem.
in the english version of dw cs6, stopping at 25% is when the help files are being installed and opening task manager and closing that process allows installation to complete. in the french version, i'm not familiar enough to know what's being installed at that 51% point.
i recommend you try adobe support and see if they know what's being installed at that 51% point and can help you get past that, http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html

Impossible d'accepter la license AE CS6

J'ai dernièrement téléchargé la version d'évaluation d'After Effects CS6 (souhaitant la comparer avec la version CS4 que je possède déjà), mais il m'est impossible d'accepter les conditions d'utilisation : Quand je clique sur accepter, la boîte de dialogue se ferme et se réouvre (capture d'écran : http://www.mediafire.com/view/?4d1pdj5z211uy5g )
J'ai essayé d'accepter avec le compte administrateur, d'éxécuter After effects en tant qu'administrateur, mais rien à faire.
Précisions :
Windows 7 Pro 64bits

Sur ce genre de problème d'installation, je vous renvoie plutôt sur le support technique qui saura effectuer du dépannage plus précis et suivi. Si vous vous exprimez en anglais (lire/écrire) il existe une assistance par chat très efficace, accessible via les pages d'aide, en semaine. (Sauf si d'ici là, vous avez résolu votre problème…)

Impossibilité d'installer Photoshop CS6 malgré le clean

J'ai acquis Photoshop CS6 mais l'installation ne veut pas s'effectuer.
En effet, il inscrit ceci:

J'ai passé le logiciel App Clean et même Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. A priori j'ai enlevé tout ce qu'il y avait mais il ne fonctionne pas.
J'ai tout de même redémarré l'ordi... Et installation toujours impossible..
Sur mon mac, j'ai déjà Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.
Je ne comprends pas trop. Pouvez vous m'aider ??

Silent Installation InDesign CS6 mit Retail Key

Hallo Community,
ich versuche schon seit etlichen Stunden, Adobe InDesign CS6 mit einem Retail Key im Hintergrund zu installieren.
Der Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition ist für das Erstellen eines MSI Pakets leider nicht geeignet, da es sich hier um einen Retail Key handelt und nicht um eine Volumenlizenz.
Bisher habe ich alle CS4 und CS5 /CS5.5 Produkte über die Setup.exe bzw Set-up.exe lautlos installieren können.
Bei CS6 Produkten scheint dies nicht mehr möglich.
Ich rufe die Set-up.exe mit folgenden Parametern auf:
set-up.exe --mode=silent --deploymentFile="%_deploymentFile%" --overrideFile="%_application_xml_override%"
Wobei für die Variable %_deploymentFile% der vollständige und richtige Pfad zur install.xml beinhaltet und %_application_xml_override% den vollständigen Pfad zur application.xml.override Datei.
Der Inhalt der application.xml.override Datei sieht folgendermaßen aus (Lizenzschlüssel mit X unerkenntlich gemacht)

Dass Problem ist jetzt, dass die Installation nicht serialisiert wird, das heißt die Seriennnummer wird nicht verwendet, stattdessen wird der Trial Key benutzt und InDesign startet in der 30Tage Testversion.
Die application.override.xml Datei wird aber vom Setup richtig erkannt und die Einstellungen wie Unterdrückung der EULA, Registrierungs, Updates funktioniert auch prima.
Auch in der cache.db wird die Retail Seriennummer sauber aufgenommen.
Mir ist bewusst, dass man sich beim ersten Start der Anwendung, sich mit der Adobe-ID anmelden muss, die Seriennummer sollte er sich doch aber aus der cache.db bzw. aus der application.xml im Ordner "\Adobe Indesign CS6\AMT" holen.
Somit, muss ich nochmal die Seriennummer eingeben + mich mit der Adobe-ID anmelden.
Hat jemand schon Erfahrung mit der lautlosen Installation von InDesign CS6 mit einem Retail Key gemacht?
Ich könnte wirklich Hilfe benötigen. Danke.

Das ist schlicht und ergreifend ein Bug im Installer.
