Bonjour à tous,
Je suis chez le fournisseur d'accès Orange.
Depuis ce matin, impossible d'envoyer des e-mails via Mail.
J'arrive en revanche à les recevoir

J'ai contacté Orange qui m'annonce que plusieurs personnes qui sont sous Maveriks 10.9.2 ont le même problème.
Impossible de se connecter à ce serveur SMTP. Vérifiez votre connexion réseau et l'exactitude des informatiosn indiquées dans les préférences du compte. Vérifiez également que votres erveur prend en charge SSL. SI ce n'est pas le cas, décochez la case "utiliser SSL" dans l'onglet Avancé des préférences de compte.
La dernière mise à jour du 27/02/2014 prévoyait justement de résoudre un problème de non réception dans Mail de nouveaux e-mails de certains fournisseurs.
Quelqu'un a t'il une solution?

j'ai très exactement le même soucis depuis ce matin et avec Maveriks qui ne posait aucun soucis jusqu'à hier soir

Hello! My problem is this: The timing of my blackberry curve 9800 no longer results! When I want to synchronize, after a few seconds the following message appears: "Impossible de se connecter au serveur Microsoft Exchanger, veuiller entrez un mot de passe valide" ... Intellsynch reinstalling my problem went away for a while, then returned. I'm too busy to constantly repeat the steps. We do not have Microsoft Exchange Server.

French Bouygues bloque les serveurs SMTP.

Je poste sur le forum d'Apple car je ne sais plus quoi faire et surtout comment faire.
Depuis la sortie de l'iPhone chez Bouygues le 29/04/2009 je n'arrive pas a envoyer un simple mail.
Pourquoi ?
LA simple et bonne raison est que Bouygues bloque tous les smtp sauf quelques gros FAI et le sien.
Mes mails (avec mon site) sont hébergés chez un gestionnaire de sites et donc possède son propre serveur SMTP. Donc quand je paramètre mon compte au niveau du courrier sortant je mets smtp.xxxxxx.com et mes mots de passe. Mais rien n'y fait.
J'ai déjà téléphoné chez mon prestataire et il m'a expliqué que Bouygues télécom bloquait les serveurs SMTP. Mon collègue a le même iPhone que moi mais sur Orange et tout fonctionne parfaitement.
J'ai bien sur contacté le support Bouygues, ils m’ont bien évidement raconté, a plusieurs fois, des histoires a dormir debout et que la seule solution était de mettre leur serveur smtp (smtp.bouygtel.fr) mais le souci c'est que TOUS les utilisateurs de mobiles, qu'ils soient Apple ou non, utilisent ce serveur.
Délai entre envoi et réception entre 2h et 4h quand les mails arrivent :-\
Y-a t'il des solutions a mon problème ? Des gents sont-ils dans le même cas que moi ? Apple peut-il appuyer ma demande ?

Thus when I parameter my account on the level of the outgoing mail I put smtp.xxxxxx.com and my passwords. But nothing n' there made. J' already telephoned at my person receiving benefits and it m' explained that Bouygues telecom blocked waiters smtp. My colleague has same the iPhone that me but on Orange and all functions perfectly. of course i have contacted the support Bouygues, they obviously told me, has several times, of the ****-and-bull stories and that the only solution was to put their waiter smtp (smtp.bouygtel.fr) but the concern c' is that ALL the users of mobiles, qu' they are Apple or not, use this waiter. Time between sending and reception between 2:00 and 4:00 when the emails arrive: - \ Y-a t' it of the solutions has my problem? Are races in the same case as me? Can Apple support my request? I have been getting this above error on my mail server from last
4-5 days. I am getting complaints from end users that the users can't
send any mails using Outlook but I did check with my test user I can
send mail by using webmail.
The Failed MX lookup Errors also getting in my logs the error detail given bellow.

I tried stopping and starting msg service using stop-msg and start-msg to sort out this above problem but no result. :(
When I do check the tcp_local queue it has been growing every day as well the tcp_notification queue also.

This queues are increasing day by day.
One more thing is that I cant see a service/channel called CONVERSION running on my server when i do use this command.

Well I am feeling a bit silly now because that was all I had to do. In the past Workgroup Manager had always opened right up to the list of my users, I never even thought to click on that but apparently that was all that was needed.
I still am not sure how the iChat Server preferences changed themselves on me, but it is not the first time I have had weird "settings" issues with our Snow Leopard Server.

the smtp server is the property of the mail provider and running in their server room
talk to them
and make sure the ports required by the mail providers smtp server are not blocked by your firewall or by your router or by your isp

2) Activez l'option reglage automatique

"Could not connect to this SMTP server" error box.

I suspect this is common, but what do I do? I get an error box when I attempt to send outgoing mail from Mail. Connection Doctor tells me under smtp.mac.com:budsteetle "Could not connect to this SMTP server. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the Account preferences." I have made not changes in my account, so this appears to be an Apple problem. I can send mail OK through MobileMe on my old .Mac account. Ideas? Usually, the Outbox empties eventually, so far it has been 1/2 a day.
