Impossible de telecharger photoshop elements 4.0

Bonjour,
J'ai un ordinateur portable DELL c'est un PC sous Windows XP SP3.
J'ai eu un souci informatique et j'ai été obligée de réinstaller certains logiciels.
Dont Photoshop Elements 4.0, quand je rentre le numéro de série il me demande d'insérer le CD, alors que le CD est déjà dans le lecteur.
Pouvez vous m'aider, svp, merci.

Voici mois que j'ai acheté photoshop element 11 et celui ci depuis 3 jours ne veut plus s ouvrir, j'ai tout essayé et impossible. Merci de bien vouloir resoudre mon probleme car si au bout de 6 mois cela ne fonctionne plus c'est quand meme grave.

Depuis 4 heures, je cherche a installer mon nouveau programme photoshop elements 12 sur version windows 8!
alors c est bien un dvd que j ai sur mon pc
Le programme est telecharger dans ma farde telechargements, mais ne veut pas s ouvrir ou quand il s ouvre ,il me demande de le desinstaller....je tourne en rond!
Pas facile ADOBE!!!

Laurence.bostyn if you go to your Programs and Features control panel is Photoshop Elements 12 listed as installed? If so then you will want to look for a short cut under the listed Applications in your Windows 8 Start Screen.

Impossible to buy photoshop elements or speak to customer service rep?

I am trying to buy Photoshop Elements 13 from the Australian Adobe website. The first time I received an email from Adobe saying the order did not go through. I am trying to establish what the problem is. Sales said that there is an 'issue' with my account but only a customer service representative can tell me what it is. In the chat, customer service put me through to sales who put me through to customer service, who then do not answer my request. It is impossible to get through to customer service on the phone as well. It seems amazing that it should be this hard to purchase an Adobe product. I am getting increasingly frustrated as it has been 3 days of trying to purchase the product now. It is very disappointing that customers should have to experience such poor service. Can

there is one in Australia) because their price is always comparable or
even better than anywhere else.

Impossible d'ouvrir PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 8 Code erreur 150:30

Je suis possession d'un logiciel PHOTOSHOP Elements 8 acheté normalement il y a 3 ou 4 ans
Le produit a fonctionné sans aucun problème jusqu'à hier. Depuis vendredi lorsque je lance le produit , une fenêtre s'ouvre disant que "la licence n'est plus valable". J'ai tenté de relancer plusieurs fois l'ordinateur comme demandé mais sans effet
J'obtiens toujours cette fenêtre avec la mention Code erreur 150:30 , me demandant de prendre contact avec adobe support, ce que j'ai fait via la communité car je n'ai pas trouvé pour l'instant d'autre moyen

with elements 8, on macOS mavericks
I followed http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html ci-dessus but the indications seem OBSOLETE:
1/ the latest vesion of macOS mentionned there is 10.7 Lion, I am running 10.9 Mavericks
2/ I still tried to go through the solutions
- solution 1: delete /Library/Preferences/FlexNet Publisher/. I am sorry but this folder does not seem to exist on my machine.
ls or ls -a in /Library/Preferences/ does not show any FlexNet
- solution 2: download the Adobe Licensing Repair Tool. I did go to the site, downloaded the package and double clicked the application "LicenseRecoveryLauncher" to install the repair tool. I got a message saying the application cannot be launched because it is a PowerPC application !!!!!

j ai acheter le programme adobe photoshop element 13. j insere le dvd , il ne démarre pas.
je recherche dans les fichiers mon lecteur pour trouver le set up . le lecteur ejecte le dvd

Acheter la mise à niveau. Éléments 10. Vous bénéficierez d'un nouveau logiciel sur un nouvel ordinateur. Désolé. Il n'est pas possible de télécharger Éléments 7.

Impossible to buy Photoshop Elements 10 online in Croatia

Adobe massively complains about piracy in Central European contries and yet when you try to buy software online they won't let you.
I've been trying to buy PE for a few days now with no success. I'm very annoyed by this and it looks like my only solution is to find some other product.
What annoys me even more is the fact that there is no e-mail support on www.adobe.com to whom I could write and complain about this problem.
This forum is the only similar place I could find and I can now only hope that someone from Adobe will take time to read this and respond with a proper solution.
First I tried ordering online from one of their Croatian resellers. They only sold the outdated P. Elements ver. 9. Another annoyance was the price of cca 100€ which
is a total rip-off compared to Adobe prices online.
A kind Adobe representative told me in chat that it's impossible to order a download version on their site from Croatia (I don't need a DVD shipped, just serial number sent via e-mail - hello?).
He also reffered me to their Europe resellers. Their only official reseller in Croatia didn't have Elements 10 in stock at the time (and they only sell a 100€ boxed version, not download).
While I would still pay that, what I consider to be a rip-off price, I can't order something out of stock. Any other reseller for Europe who offered a download version didn't want to sell as well.
(Same reason as American).
Paying by credit card is my only option at the moment and probably no local stores in my small town have P. Elements in stock.
Besides, why should I bother looking for something all over town when it's so easy to buy software online today, at least from other companies anyway.
Since I don't want to risk trojans and viruses with pirated products, and getting a decent photo editing software for home use is now becomming an urgent matter,
I'm affraid I'll have no choice but to look for some other solution.
Thank you Adobe for treating Croatia like some stone age nation.

so ... if you are working in adobe factory can you please send me a link with a correct AND INSTALLABLE version of the program !
The computer concerned works with Windows 8.1 and 64 bit system
I think this is quite standart and do no understand why adobe sell programs that doesn' work !

2 - impossible to intinalaze Photoshop element because the disk is not available

It is a high order probability that your SQL's report generator is creating the PDF, not Acrobat (which by design and EULA cannot be used in as/with server).
That the report generator outputs to an old-old version of PDF bears this out.
Wiki articles on PDF are very nice for those high level intro summaries.
To know / understand PDF you purchase and study the ISO Standard for PDF (ISO 32000-1:2008).
Rather than "PDF validation" you may want to consider addressing the appearent root cause of the problem(s).
You can change the email2fax application to one that can deal with older PDF versions.
You can change the report generator to one that can output to the ISO Standard.
(Perhaps the in-use application can be configured to output to the current version of PDF (i.e., the ISO Standard).
