bonjour des que j'essail de me connecter au cloud il me deconecte je n'arive pas a recuperer le produit que j'ai acheter

  • Creative Cloud Connectionがアップデートできません.Mac OS X 10.7.5

    デスクトップに「ファイルを同期できません」というアラートが出るので、Creative Cloud Connectionのアップデートを試みました。
    アプリケーション&サービスのページから、Creative Cloud Connection をダウンロードします。
    ダウンロードしようとすると、ダイアログが出るので「アプリケーションの起動」を選択。
    すると、Adobe Application Managerが起動するので、そこでCreative Cloud Connection
    の「アップデート」を選択。すると、半分インストールした所で
    続行するには、次のアプリケーションを終了してください:
    - Adobe Creative Cloud Connection
    [アップデートをキャンセル][再試行]
    と表示され、ここから先に進みません。(再試行を押しても同じ)
    ちなみに、このアプリは立ち上がっておらず、実行中なのはAdobe Application Managerだけです。
    もちろん、このアプリを使ってインストール中なので、これを強制終了するとインストールは中断します。
    バックグラウンドでCreative Cloud Connectionが起動しているのでしょうか? それとも、名前は違いますが、同じソフトなのでしょうか? 同じなら自分をアップデートするのは難しそうですが……。
    アップデートのしかたを教えて下さい。

    の設定をすべてオフにしてからアップデートすると、最後までできました。
    これ常識?
    だいたい、勝手に同期していいなんていつ許可したんだろう。
    したんでしょうね、たぶん。これからはオフにしておこうっと。
    (ここは不思議なところですね。勝手に英語はカタカナになるんだ)
    インストラクションはちゃんと書きましょうね。

    I try to install Flash Builder 4.7, but I have problem to connect Creative Cloud after I down load it.
    I did delete the contests of the OOBE folder and relaunch the Creative Cloud app as following link

    Je viens d'installer Creative Cloud sur mon ordinateur (ordinateur portable fonctionnant sous Windows 7). J'ai créé un compte mais il m'est impossible de parvenr à me connecter en lancant le logiciel Creative Cloud. Je n'ai pas de Firewall et j'utilise Windows Security comme antivirus. Lorsque je lance creative cloud, il commence à mouliner et fini par me dire systématiquement que j'ai été déconnecté.
    J'ai réinstallé le logiciel mais sans succès.
    Une solution?

    J'ai testé le couple Lr et Ps CC et en étant satisfait je souhaite continuer à travailler sur ces logiciels.
    Je me connecte alors mon compte creative cloud et au vu de l'offre spéciale "Photo Creative Cloud" je désire m'y abonner.
    Cependant, j'ai toujours le message "L’abonnement à Creative Cloud n’est pas encore disponible dans votre pays ou région".
    J'ai essayé sur un abonnement Ps uniquement.. même message.
    Comment dois-je procéder ?, les abonnements Creative cloud ne sont pas disponible en France ?

    I am able to install the Windows Adobe Creative Cloud application fine on Windows 7 box but the application fails to establish a connection with Adobe server/-s.
    We use a proxy with Websense as our network security solution. Proxy configuration script is set in Internet Options. We have not tried to whitelist anything as per http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/proxy-authentication-support-creative-cloud.html as the errors suggest the application does not even connect to the proxy server/Websense at all.
    Please see below snippet from that DLM.log file that contains the error messages - please have a look. Could anybody tell me what it means or advise how to resolve this please? I don't see the Adobe Creative Cloud tool to have any options where manual proxy settings can be setup to try that.

  • Adobe creative cloud in desktop not opening because internet connection is absent

    Adobe creative cloud in my desktop (I have a mac) is not opening because it says that the internet connection is absent even though I am connected to the wifi and internet is working. It was working few days ago bot now not anymore. I tried to turn off and on internet and my laptop, I tried to look for other questions similar to mine but did not found anything. I dont know what to do because I'm afraid to do a real mess!  Please, help me urgently...
