Hi! Impossible to configure the sync settings in Android (Google Nexus 7). Synchronization can only enable or disable. And you can not set up synchronization in detail.

You are using an external C-series as both a local and external spam quarantine? Interesting, I didn't think that was still supported but I will assume that it will still work and answer the cluster issues.
You can configure an external spam quarantine at the cluster level but local spam quarantines are locked down to machine level. Since you don't want all machines to have the same setting it doesn't make sense to define quarantines at the cluster level. Stick with configuring quarantines at the machine level to reduce complexity. Your description of the existing config is already a bit circular.
You configure the reference for accessing a quarantine at the Network -> IP Interfaces screen. if you want to point one box to the other that's where you would do it.
It's not clear that you actually got the boxes out of sync but I would break the cluster and re-form it, keeping in mind cluster config items on appliances after the first get overwritten, but that's what you want.
Since spam quarantine settings are not normally changed very often, setting them at the machine level should only be a on-time job.

I am new to BPEL and going through Order Booking Tutorial (using 10.1.3.4 version of opmn ) .
I have a problem in 'Designing the Database Adapter to Insert Data' Chapter.
I have installed Oracle 10g Express Edition and BPEL Process Manager on my local system.
In the Example it has been asked to create a daabase connection with Third Party JDBC Driver. Instead I have created a database connection with Oracle(JDBC) Driver.So i didnt have to register any third party driver.
I cud access the Order/OrderItems table as well .
I Deployed the same on the server.But while running the process I get following error--

I have checked several post on this error but every post talks about third party database.I have used Oracle Database only so why/What shud I change anything in oc4j-ra.xml?? This is my doubt .

I can't find the 'sync settings' in the mail settings to limit the number of emails stored on my ipad.

That option depends on what kind of mail account it is. On an Exchange account, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Tap the account and you should see "Mail days to sync." If that option isn't there, you won't be able to change it. You could always clean up your inbox on the server.

DM 6 -Impossible to configure Organizer Sync

First time poster - Long time BB and DM user.
As usual, BB Desktop manager is a second rate sync tool. I just installed DM 6.x on a XP running PC and was "successful" installing it.
The issue - and just a little one - I cannot "configure" the Organizer to sync with outlook. I have tried several times using the configuration wizard and every time i check a box (Address, memo etc) it takes me through the steps and when I click finish, it congratulates me, then flashes and clears the checked box that I selected at the start of the process. When I click Sync- it informs me that there are no boxes clicked. no matter how many times I run through the process - there is no progress.
Help - I need to get this working as I need to update my outlook with the data on my BB asap.

This issue may be cause by an issue with your Intellisync folder, complete the following steps this may help resolve your issue:
1. Close Desktop Software 6.0.
2. Delete the Intellisync folder from c:\documents and
settings\<username>\application data\research in motion
3. Open Desktop Software 6.0 attempt to reconfigure synchronization
options.

"Option's value is unacceptable" while configuring the sync settings for Outlook

I was wondering if someone could please help me with this error message:
"Option's value is unacceptable. Please check option properties"
I receive this message when trying to configure synchronization settings for Microsoft Outlook 2007 in Desktop Manager 5.0.1.
It does not matter whether I select Calendar, MemoPad, Address book or Tasks I get this error message.
I am aware that there is a BTSC article on this problem which simply states the IMAP Profile is corrupt. I have only had this problem since moving to Windows 7 from Vista. When moving to 7 I copied across my PST files. Outlook reads them fine but DM is throwing a hissy fit. I used the Microsoft Outlook PST repair tool and that fixed some errors in the file but DM still wouldn’t read it. I have also imported the PST file again into Outlook but no joy there.
Interestingly I have also created a brand new PST file in outlook and DM still gave me the error message. I don’t see how a brand spanking new PST can be corrupt. This leads me to believe my current PSTs are OK and DM is the problem.
I have tried uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling DM and have also tried deleting the RIM folder in the roaming folder in AppData to no avail.
I have Googled this issue and came across a few posts in this forum but couldn’t find anything that helped.
If anyone has ANY suggestions that would be great. My calendars work fine on my computer through Outlook, the problem is without being able to sync them they are slowly getting more and more different!

What saddens me is that this problem still exists after 3-5 years of this problem first being introduced. I have tried the above and several other options posted on BB Forum, all to no avail. I have being enduring the inability to sync my BB and life together for nearly a year now. Talk about frustration and aggravation in tryng to sync my Outlook and BB calendars manually. I even went and upgraded my BB Curve 8330 to a BB Curve 9330, only to have the same problems when syncing.
But today I googled the internet once again to finally find the post that had the answers and resolved my issues! A TREMENDOUS THANK YOU to Matt Seitz and his live journal entry at http://seitz.livejournal.com/3593.html.

Blackberry sync with Outlook fails if no mail account is configured
It surprises me how software that is published by and widely used by major corporations can be so badly written.
I recently tried installing Microsoft Outlook and RIM Blackberry Desktop Manager so that I could sync my Blackberry with my PC. When I tried to configure the Blackberry Desktop Manager to sync with Outlook, I received a cryptic "Option's value is unacceptable" error message. It would have been nice if the software told me which option, what the value was, and why that value was unacceptable.
After much searching, I finally came across an article from RIM that explained this was because my Outlook e'mail (MAPI) profile was invalid. That was probably because I hadn't configured Outlook to access e'mail. I use Yahoo! Mail's web (HTTP) interface and didn't want to use Outlook (or any other POP client) to access my mail.
But apparently Desktop Manager requires that Outlook be configured with an email account, even if I don't plan to access email via Outlook. So, I dutifully added my Yahoo Mail account to Outlook, and simply told Outlook to never access it.
But that wasn't good enough. I then received an error from Outlook: "The operation failed. An object could not be found." Once again, the error is cryptic. What operation failed? Which object was not found?
A Microsoft article explained that the only cure for this error was to configure a whole new user profile in Outlook. I did that, and finally my Blackberry would sync with Outlook.
After creating a new user and linking it to an email, I too was able to finally sync my BB 8330 and my BB 9330 with Outlook. Hallelujuh!!!

Where is the "Sync Settings Now" button?

I have just upgraded from CS6 to CC, thus new to the Cloud. I was able to create a folder on the Cloud and upload a file to it. On the far right is "Desktop Sync Settings", when I click on it I get another window telling me I need to open my desktop application and click "Sync Settings Now".
I have looked through the desktop application and the only buttons (under Assets) are "Open Folder", "View on Web" and "View Archive". I also checked Photoshop and Illustrator and I'm not seeing it.
Am I looking in the wrong place?
I'm using Win7 64 bit.

You can get more information about using sync settings in each of the desktop applications here: Creative Cloud Help | Sync application settings with Creative Cloud. In general, though, you can find "Sync Settings Now" option on the menu item for your Adobe ID under the Edit menu.

How to synch Apple Mail with Android (Google Nexus One)

I use Mail on my MacBook and have a Google Nexus One phone.
I'd like to get email on my phone (I know, I should go buy an iPhone but can't afford one right now).
To complicate things slightly, I use 5 email addresses and have Mail set up with 5 inboxes. The ideal would be to replicate this set up on the Nexus One...

please help with this; when installing the Service Control Management Suite Subscriber Manager scms-sm, and at the secound step where you have to determine the system memory settings, there are several attributes to be considered:
the maximum number of the subscribers
with or without qouta manager
number of VSAs used
so, my question is about the memory configuration parameters versus the number of VSAs used, since you must multiply with certain values, set already on a table on the Cisco website, but as shown in the example under the table these values are multiplied to all the attributes except that the example dosn't show the value of the temp-size memory;
so please confirm this to me:
the temporary memory size "temp_size" is not related to the number of VSAs implemented!

The best way to cache, index and query that amount of data in Coherence is to use a number of stand alone JVMs (i.e. com.tangosol.net.DefaultCacheServer s) to 'manage' the data. Then access (query) that cache from your application servers instances. For an indexing and querying example take a look at this FAQ item

Trying to use HPLJ 1102w as a wired network printer. How do you configure the network settings?

I have an HPLJ 1102W and I want to use it as a wired printer on my LAN. The trouble is, the easy setup utility is geared toward wireless networking and the ethernet interface will not get a DHCP address from the LAN. In order to get an IP address, I have to go through the wireless networking configuration settings. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to use this printer as a wired network printer?

Create MSI to configure the Wifi settings

I have a scenario where multiple users must have their Windows 7 laptop Wifi settings configured as per a specified configuration. We don't have a AD environment, hence the configuration cannot be done through GPOs.
I tried playing around with the "netsh" command and found that the Wifi profile can be exported and imported to the wireless adapters, using the following commands:
Export:
netsh wlan export profile name="CorpSSID" folder=c:\
Import:
wlan add profile filename="c:\wlanconf.xml"
A simple batch file can create this profile on any machine, provided the xml is shared and is located in the right folder. The intension is to make this easier for the end user. So was looking around to see if there are any easy ways to create a .msi that
would contain the xml file, and on clicking it would create the Wifi profile on the system. May be there are other better options, suggestions welcome.

Cannot edit email address in sync settings in android firefox. BUG

If the email address is incorrect, I think I have a space in front, you cannot verify and firefox will not let you edit or delete until it is verified. I am left in no mans land.

You can delete the account from this link [about:accounts].
However you will need to create a new account with the email with no space in front in order to receive a verification email.
This is expected. At this time you cannot edit the account name after it has been created.

Sync Settings works on the Mac, but not in Windows

On my Mac (Mountain Lion), the Sync Settings screen in Preferences is bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. I can choose any of the options. But on my Windows 8.1 machine, the Sync Settings options are all checked, but grayed-out. The Sync Now button is also grayed-out. Where it says "Signed in as", it's blank; it doesn't show my account name. But when I click the Manage Account button, it takes me to my CC page (creative.adobe.com/files) and I can see my stuff.
I just updated all the CC apps, but these options are still grayed-out. Anyone know why?

Always arrange pictures on your page. Select them and used Send backwards (button under). Do this till the button is grey. Now your pictures are under the text. Otherwise there is a mask over the text.
