Impossible to delete a video HELP ME

Question

okay so i converted meet the parents on my itunes 2 mp4, i connect my ipod 2 my itunes and then all of a sudden itunes says that there was an error and itunes automaticly just shuts off and my ipod doesnt update. i tried 2 delete the video but if i do anything 2 it, my itunes just turns off. i cant right click on it and click clear or my itunes just turns off and i cant press delete on my keyboard or the itunes just turns off everything else is fine except for this one file. i play it and it works fine. and ive tried uninstalling itunes and installing it again but the movie is there AGAIN! and its still the same, i cant even get its info, rate it at all or my itunes will just turn off. can anyone help me with this? is there any other way to delete?

Here is my workflow:
- open file explorer in Windows 8.1
- look for something.pdf I want to check in any dir;
- click on it: opened by Adobe reader (default)
- read and decide what to do
- close Adobe reader (red X upright corner)
- as needed try to suppress in file explorer it by selecting the filename and punch the 'Supp' key (french kbd) or del (Intl kbd)
This is where it says 'impossible to delete, file used by another program"
Same if I try to rename or move: conclusion: the handle take a good while before closing.
Now I find that it takes about 20 to 30 second to close the handle, then "DEL" or "RENAME" work
But any time I try DEL or RENAME this delay starts again running:
But 20 secs is too much and makexs it difficult to concentrate on the job.
What I do now:  remember (paper, immortal paper, paper everywhere!) what I want to del and do that at the end of my session
Hope Adobe will have a look at the issue!
