Impossible to get a live person on phone or internet i

VOD channels picture is wavy and then i get an error message.  How does one get help here????????????  I pay for this premium channel.  What's with verizon.  Gotta get out of this service fast.

I had the same issue and was able to solve it on my own with these steps.
On the STB with the issue press
MENU > CUSTOMER SUPPORT > In-Home Agent > Set-Top Box Auto Correction.

    I may have fixed the issue myself after a couple of hours. Thank you for your help and responses. I can't believe these companies make it so difficult to contact them for assistance to use their sites. That's why I rarely use them anymore. I've had so many issues with all 3 of those companies that I should just give them all up for good...it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE....I'm frustrated that everyone wants you to listen to their longwinded voice messages and then go to their website.....Not everyone has access to your website dopes...You're supposed to make clearing up issues as easy as possible for your customers to keep them happy - this one is not happy at all. Thanks again for your answers guys. They weren't the answers I wanted, but figured you had the right information....unfortunately, it's the world we live in now.

Please, if you still need to speak with a live representative feel free to send us a private message with your name and mobile number so we can contact you.     To answer your original question, in the future if you wanted to speak with Customer Service over the phone you can call 800-922-0204 or dial *611 send from your cell phone. You can follow the prompts so you are routed to the appreciate department or you can just hit "0" until you are directed to a representative.

    Sorry, Mozilla doesn't offer telephone support for Firefox. It's this forum or IRC, ''when it is open and staffed''.
    Google stopped updating their Google Toolbar for Firefox - it's dead. Yahoo hasn't come up with an update for Firefox 6, AFAIK. Check with Yahoo support for details.

    I am trying to port an old number to Verizon and apparently need to speak with a representative directly to do so.  I have listened to every option (I mean . . . I think?  There are a lot of menus to go through over and over) and I only ever get sent to an automated response which then directs me back to a previous menu.  If I push "0" or "#", I get "Let's try that again" and it repeats the menu.  If I try it enough times, it says "We are sorry you are having trouble.  Thank you.  Goodbye" and disconnects. 
    The only workaround success I have had was using VW phone with a business account to get a rep and then get transferred over.  Except that I then got disconnected after being on hold for 10 minutes. 
    Am I missing something?

    Your right...it's not good when you can't get a live person on the phone without having to reach out to people blogging their frustrations over the same thing. Absolutely the WORST customer service auto attendant EVER! To hang up on a caller because they dialed zero is just inexcusable. It tells me Verizon Wireless could care less if I received help.
    Well thanks to Jeremy1129 I was able to finally reach a live person over the phone. And I'm sure those people hate their jobs because don't you think I expressed my complete dissatisfaction with trying to reach a live person over the phone.
    Verizon is just too **** big.

    In 2013 I got a prepaid phone for my 84 year old mother and put $100 on the account. She passed away in late March 2014 and I have been trying to cancel the phone ever since. I went to my local Verizon store and was told nothing could be done until the account was 6 months old (June 2014). I went back last week and now they tell me I have to call Customer Service for Prepaid phones to handle the account. I CANNOT get a live person to answer the phone. The automatic customer service is horrible and it keeps hanging up on me. Can anyone tell me HOW to talk to a live person???

You can try calling our 1-800-922-0204 number to speak to our post paid department and have them transfer you to a live person in the Prepaid department. Additionally, our store reps can call Prepaid to get a live person. Keep us posted.

    IF that is the only iDevice activated for that recipient, then no. It should not successfully send as an iMessage if the phone is powered off or has no data connection. If you have Send as SMS turned on, it should automatically fallback to SMS after a few minutes. Of course, they won't get this until they power on their phone, assuming they have a text messaging plan with their carrier.

    well the reason I wanted to talk to someone live because it would take forever to explain everything on here But anyway, here goes. I have an HP Pavilion Notebook with Intel Core i5-323om CPU @2.60 GHz and 8 gb ram 64bit. I am trying to run Lightroom 5.7 on my laptop and having major issues. I use an external hard drive for the storage of my photos. When I try to use Lightroom I run into many issues: Flickering of the screen, freezing up, slow, the loading circle just goes round and round lol. If I go to the washroom or leave the computer for even a minute it freezes up. I have to keep pressing Ctr/alt/delete to bring it back when it flickers. I have to constantly exit out of the program and restart it to be able to edit even just a couple of photos and then it starts acting up again.
    I have tried un-installing and re-installing, updating everything on my pc, changing compatibility settings, updating development settings, I even took the laptop into have it looked at and they did all kinds of updates etc...and still couldn't figure out why it wasn't working for me. I have gone through the lists of troubleshooting for LR problems and there just seem to be nothing that works.....I have made new catalogues, moved them, tried using the software on my pc without the EHD, etc etc.......I have tried EVERYTHING...I think.....so I was looking for some answers as to why this is happening....
