I encounter a problem that is increasingly recurring, at the opening of a PDS Photoshop CC.
After working on a file and then close Register one, he can not open and displays a incompatibility message me with the same software that I was used to create it.
I work on a PC with Photoshop CC, but the same problem has occurred on a Mac with Photoshop CS5.
Yet I shall endeavor to select "maximize compatibility" every time the question is asked me.
Anyone know it and the problem (we can always dream) how to recover the files in question?

First i was trying to save on a shared cloud. Later, i save my files on an internal hard drive and then copy them on the cloud, but when i, or the persons that access the folder on the cloud, try to re-open the file there, the problem is coming back.

If yes, this issue occurs if one or more of the following conditions are true:
An object in the on-premises Active Directory has an SMTP address that's the same as the SMTP address of the object that's reporting the problem.
An object in the on-premises Active Directory has a mail attribute that's identical to the object that's reporting the problem.

I got a new update. I installed it and it said that some of the features were not installed because they incompatible with this version of Fire. I figured "Okay" and continued. When Firefox opened it said I have the "Newest" version. Great, then how come some of the features are not compatible with the "Newest" version. That makes no sense!
It is possible that because of changes made to firefox, some other software used with Firefox may no longer be compatibile (for example some toolbars) or it is possible the software may work with Firefox, but the software does not recognise the version of Firefox.
First of all check the add-ons are up-to-date. Downloading, installing and using the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/ Compatibility Add-on] may help to allow such Add-ons to be run for testing, and hopefully some may actually work.

When using the quick selection tool sometimes gives me the following message "Unable to perform this operation because the available RAM is insufficient." Actually I do not understand because thanks to a software that gives me real-time active memory available, I know that this is largely sufficient (more than 1GB of available). Besides, I need only close the file. psd and I reopen the message to disappear In short .... I do not understand and I find it annoying!!

I have a workbook with a set of scheduled refreshes (powerquery via the gateway from web api). I've modified it by adding a new source from the azure marketplace. I've successfully added it to the DMG
I've uploaded the new report and I'm able to browse it successfully in powerbi
But when I try to schedule a refresh I get the following error against all the data connections

Jakub @ Adelaide, Australia BlogI don't think that's it. I deleted all the powerview reports and worksheets containing pivot tables/charts, and the refresh worked with the function.invoke() call.
The only reason that's in there is because the execution stops there when I dont have it and i have to manually click an 'invoke' button. If there's a way to get around that i'll happily try that instead.
Hmm.. i think I found it, but i'll need to do some testing next year after the holidays to verify
I had added two text boxes (name and desc) to one of my worksheets. I was able to test connection/schedule and run a refresh once I had deleted them.
Weird, because o365 excel services had no problem displaying the worksheet containing the text boxes, but it looks like workbooks that contain text boxes don't work on a scheduled refresh

I saved my Form Central spreadsheet file once as a excel file but Forms Central will not allow me to save the file a second time as an excel file. I am informed that I cannot complete this action because the file me be open in another application, but it is not open in another application. What is the problem, and how do I solve the problem. First check the version of the document with Jongware's script "Identify.jsx" (ExtendScript/JavaScript).

If it is CS 5.5 or above, you need someone to open it in the version the script says and export an IDML representation from that. Another way would be to install a 30days version of CS6 or above (CC) and do it yourself.

I got a new ipod touch for Christmas.
Today I was going to put music on it, i was told there was updates.
So I went ahead to do them.
My Ipod is stuck on the screen with the usb cord pointing to the itunes logo.
In Itunes i'm told :
Itunes has dected an ipod in recovery mode. You must restore this ipod before it can be used with itunes.
Turning the ipod off - the same screen appears when it's back on.
When I click restore ipod and after restore and update is clicked ; Extracting software loads up at the top.
When its done this is the message I get:
The iPod 'iPod' cannot be restored at this time because the ipod software update server could not be contacted or is temporarily unavailable.
I've been looking up trying to figure it out myself and have read making sure a setting in Lan Settings in Internet Properties has ; Automatically detect settings checked. I still get the same ipod message.
I've tried holding the power and home key to turn it off, then powering it back on. But that doesn't work.
I installed itunes today, so its up to date - I checked.
I don't know what else to do.

What version of iPhoto? Assuming 09 or later...
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

It doesn't sound like the PDF was password protected (or Adobe Reader would prompt you for a password). Instead, it sounds like that file may be marked locked by your operating system. Are you on Mac OS or Windows? In either case, here are instructions for removing the lock icon from the file:
Remove the Lock Icon from a Folder in Windows 7 (check Microsoft's website if you have a different version of Windows)
On Mac OS, select the file in the Finder, and choose File > Get Info. Then, just deselect the Lock checkbox.

Why does Reader XI download email attachments to my Download folder before I am able to print them?
After last update my Reader XI automatically downloads email attachments (.pdf) to my Downloads folder. I then have to open that file in order to print it. Before, the attachment would open in Reader and I could print from that direct.
