Impossible to respond at your demand on itunes store, your connection as been rejected
When i try to update an app or download an app, it said this.... (excuse me i speak french )
Help me please !
Has anybody come up with an answer for this? I just re-installed mine on a new computer. Clicked on the itunes store and got that message that says no internet connection. This is extremely irritating!!!!!!!
Hi,
Can anyone help me? I am trying to connect to the
itunes store but for some reason everytime i try i
get a pop up message which either says -
'itunes could not connect to the itunes store. The
network connection timed out' Make sure your network
settings are correct and your network connection is
active, then try again'.
This also happens when I disable my Norton. If Norton
is not disabled then the same thing happens but i get
the same message saying the connection was refused.
This is very strange because i am using the new
version of itunes 7 and i have been able to download
music with no problems until this weekend!
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have already
removed and re-added itunes 7 into the list of
trusted programs on Norton but this has not helped! I
have turned the computer off and back on several
times and this has not helped either. I have also
tried to run the network diagnostics using itunes
however when i try this an error occurs each time and
itunes closes! I can connect to the internet.
I have run out of ideas and am getting more
frustrated! HELP!
Thanks Jane x

Mac server or Windows server? Have you checked her permissions/access vs another user not having the issue?

ITunes Store - Network Connection Reset
Greetings, I have now been unable to connect to the iTunes Store for the last couple of days now but have been able to previously download apps etc. Now I continuously get the error message:
"iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. The network Connection was reset. Make sure your network connection is active and try again."
This is completely frustrating me as wish to download the new App "Spore" but cant. Can access the internet fine as am writing this help request. Have also completely reinstalled over the top the latest iTunes, which I was already running the latest version, still didnt fix the issue. Also reset my Keychain to no avail. So decided to do a complete remove of iTunes and reinstall it, which did and still no change.
Have searched and searched for a solution but have yet to find anything that works.
Please Help

I keep getting a message that says "we cannot complete your iTunes store request. Secure network connection was rejected. There is a problem in iTunes. Please try again later." I never got this message on our PC, but recently bought a MacBook Pro and now I get this message. I'm the only one using the computer. I also get a similar message intermittently on my iPhone as well. Anyone have any idea what would be causing this? I tried syncing my phone with iTunes to see if that would do the trick, but the music didn't even transfer over to the macbook. Any help would be appreciated.
iTunes match is a subscription that you have in when you were still in the UK. According to the terms & conditions you'll need to wait for the susbcription to end before you can change your country to iTunes Store USA.

Itunes store wont connect to the internet?
Itunes wont connect to the itunes store. The error message it gives me says "Itunes could not connect to the iTunes store, make sure your network is active and try again." I can use the internet fine, and all programs can connect but itunes. I have the most recent version of itunes. Also the weather widget wont update or connect to the internet. I'd greatly appreciate any help! This is stumping me and just leaves me frustrated
Same problem here! Except--for reasons I won't go into--I use a VERY OLD version of itunes (6.0.1) and I don't ever want to update it. (I would use iTunes 4.0 if I could find it!) It's always worked fine until 11/01/2010. My Mac is a Powerbook G4 running osx 10.4 (Tiger) and I don't wish to update the os either. ADVICE>> Whatever you do, DON'T SIGN OUT OF YOUR iTunes ACCOUNT if you are still signed in. It won't let me sign back in. Of course, that means that I have lost the ability to play some 200 songs. And of the 200 or so iTunes I purchased from the iTunes store, I bought most of them with this laptop! At least on my Mac Mini, I stayed signed in so the songs still play, though I can't connect to the store with the mini either. Luckily, I backed them up to another (Windows) computer which can still connect to my account, so I will burn 10 or so CDs and re-load, re-title and load back into this laptop. Thanks a crapload Apple! I will never, ever buy anything from the itunes store again. With Amazon mp3s, CD Universe mp3s and even Walmart mp3s, you don't have to deal with this crap! Enough with this "Protected AAC" BS. If I buy a song, IT'S MINE! Not just on 5 computers (I have 5 desktops and 2 laptops--and that's just at home!) I'd rather rip from cd, vinyl and reel tapes than deal with all this! Crap and BS wasn't my first choice of words either!

Itunes store want connect. WHY?
Hello Apple haters, For some reason i can only connect to itunes store sometimes. My internet connection is great so that is not an issue. Messages like we could not complete your request . an unknown error occured (-1200) or (0x80090318). Typing a songs name into the search bar even when on the rare occasion Im connected to the store is sure to come up with one of those messages. Please help before I send apple headquarters a nicely wrapped turd.

Keep getting a message in iTunes that "network connection has been reset"
cannot process info or something like that. Any clues as to what might be the problem or is there just an iTunes issue tonight.
I'm sorry i can't be of help but i can relate because I'm having the same problem.
The error message occurs when I login to buy music and says:
"We could not complet your iTunes Store request. The network connection was reset. Make sure you network connection is active and try again."
I'm having no internet problems at all... maybe this error is due to the recent patch/update? i bought music a couple days ago and was fine, and now I can't log in. HELP! -
ITunes store no connect with apple application support 2.0.1
I have found that my store wont connect when I installed the latest Quicktime. After several trial an errors i pinpointed it down to the latest apple application support. Store works fine with the old version of 1.5.2. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a loss of store loading all of a sudden. It might be this problem.

For some reason (Firewall / Internet security programs?) the Apple iTunes installation program doesn't install all the necessary components.
There is a way to manually unpack the installation program to it's 6 different components and install each component one by one.
(Advantage: you don't need to uninstall or deactivate your security programs)
Best thing to do is:
1) Download the iTunes installation program (directly from the Apple website
http://www.apple.com )to your desktop,
WITHOUT INSTALLING the iTunes application.
2) Download he WinRAR decompression/unpack utility (for example from:
http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-32-bit/3000-2250_4-10007677.html?tag=recommended Downloads )
and install it on your desktop for easy use.
3) Unpack the iTunes installation program, using WinRAR by rightclicking the
iTunes installation program and choose 'Open with WinRAR'.
Don't bother with the message from WinRAR about files beïng corrupt
(these are probably the unreadable 'Apple Mac' files).
4) You'l see that the original iTunes installation program consists of 6
different installation programs.
4 utility programs (necessary for iTunes to work correctly)
- Apple Application Support (Version: 1.3.2)
- Apple Software Update (Version: 2.1.2.120)
- Apple Mobile Device Support (Version: 3.2.0.47)
- Bonjour (Version: 2.0.3.0)
and 2 main programs
- Quicktime
- iTunes
Copy these 6 programs to your desktop with WinRAR,
where they will appear unpacked.
5) Install each program one by one IN CORRECT ORDER:
- First the 4 utility programs, one by one.
- Following this, install QuickTime.
- Install iTunes as last.
6) Check the Windows installed programs list to see if they're all installed.
You can check the versions of te programs by clicking the information toolbar
for each program.
Good Luck..! -
Itunes store wont connect to internet
When i click in the Itunes Store it says " Itunes could not connect to the itunes store. An unknown error occured (11333)." Then it says "Make sure your newtowrk conneciton is active and try again."
What do i do???im having this problem rite now as well.. i just got my iPod touch and none of my album artworks were coming up.. turns out you need the Itune store to do that; so I go to the iTunes store and it won't connect, saying i should check my network... My internet has nothing wrong with it, I don't have any additional firewalls or anything like that, Windows Firewall is disabled, and has iTunes as an exception neways.. This is seriously annoying, I did all of the things the above link asked me to do and none of it worked... this is really an annoying problem and if someone has any info they could share it would help a BUNCH. thanks..

ITunes Store not connecting when iPhone is plugged in
My iTunes Store connection works fine when I launch it from the shortcut. However, when I plug in my iPhone and it launches iTunes, I cannot seem to access the iTunes Store. None of the images are showing up and when I try to click on a link, I get an unknown error (-1004).
Has anybody else seen this issue and know what the fix is? Thanks.Hi gusbl,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
The behavior you're describing can be caused by connection issues or other software conflicting with iTunes.
