Impossible to see all the changes
Hello, I'm always french and doesn t understand "difficult words in english" !! So, my problem is that when I do some changes on my pages, some are ok when I publish, and on other pages, the same changes are not modified after publishing... I don't understand because it will be simpler if no change was taken,or if the same changes did not function... but it seems to be like some pages are taken from the old folder, and some, from the new....
If you can tell me why, my site is my book nd I really need it to find jobs!! :-(((

I worked on a project a few days ago and went to share - export movie.
Today, i opened the FCP again, to make some changes, and when i enter to the project, it shows me as one big clip.....i dont see it says compound clip....and i tried anyways pressing break appart clips...but nothing....could it be that i made it compound before exporting it..? if so how can i recover the un-compound version >?
I tried to import the saved .mov file, but it opens the same....as one long clip...

Can't see all the drop down menu items in Thunderbird
I have a MAC OS10.8.5. and Tbird 36.1. I have been searchING for strategies to increase the font size on Tbird. I added the "theme font size and changer". THIS improved my situation a bit.
I upgraded my MAC from 10.6.8 to 10.8.5. A few weeks later I noticed that I can not see all the contents in the drop down windows.
I disabled the "theme font size and changer". I deleted the localstore.rdf. No results either time.
Attached is one of the windows. When I am typing in the "To" field, the auto-fill only lets me see barely 1 email. When I go into preferences on Tbird, the windows for preferences are cut off.
How can I restore the windows so I can see everything?Please check your graphic driver is up to date.

Help > Restart with addons disabled
If this fixes the issue then it is possible that one of your addon extensions is causing the problem. You would need to restart in Normal mode and then disable addon extensions until you locate the one causing an issue - maybe it needs updating. -

windows 8/iphone 5s/latest IOS
I've synced my iphone with my pc and backed up too and when i go into music on my iphone i can see all the tunes listed on there including album covers etc but when i go to play one of the tunes nothing happens or sometimes the phone goes kind of crazy and seems to scroll through every album (visually) on the phone and then stop?! still without playing any actual music?
In the apple store they told me to un-sync music and then re-sync which i did but this hasn't worked. although when i had un-synced and went into my phone to check whether music had been removed it was still there (but still didn't play as described above)
so really i want to know either 1) how to properly delete all the songs from the phone and then re-install them or 2) just get them to sync properly!
Other info - i transfered itunes to a new pc recently and up until just now, i couldn't play these tunes on itunes on my PC, they opened in some terrible microsoft thing - but i just changed the file associations inside windows and now they play great - just not on my phone as described above - maybe this has something to do with the problem?
Also, this only applies to music copied from cd-> itunes on pc 1 ->itunes on pc 2-> iphone. songs purchased from itunes store work fine

Not true. The music and pic sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
You really should transfer everything from the old computer, or your backup copy of your computer. Since you do not have access to the old computer, then use your backup copy of the old computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy of your computer ( not good), then you would have to transfer itunes purchased as described earlier. Any other itunes content would be lost.
You can e-mail photo library pics to yourself, but they will not be of the original quality.
Before syncing, enter at least one unique contact and calendar entry on the computer. When you first sync, then you should get the option to merge the data. -

I need some help with the music app in ios 7...
In ios 6, I could choose an artist from the "srtists" view and it would show me all his albums as a list. Now, in ios 7, when I choose an artist, it shows me every song underneath every album, making it impossible to see al the albums at once! Is there anyway to minimize this view so I could see only the albums' titles as a list?

This is all about the experience and accessibility. I don't even mind if the new desing is beautiful or not, but if I find myself, like you, avoiding looking for my music, my experience becomes frustrating. I have about 35 albums of a single artist and I used to love going over them and choose the right thing for me, especially being on the road a lot, and now I have to think twice about even entering his name.
I really hope Apple will take those kind of things into consideration when they issue updates for ios 7, and maybe also give us back the goole search which was embeded into the spotlight search (which is really not that big of a request).
And for your 4s - get the new iphone, it's MUCH better -
With journaling, I have found that my computer is saving a large amount of data, logs of all the changes I make to files; how can I clean up these logs?
For example, in Notes, I have written three notes; however if I click on 'All On My Mac' on the side bar, I see about 10 different versions of each note I make, it saves a version every time I add or delete a sentence.
I also noticed, that when I write an email, Mail saves about 10 or more draft versions before the final is sent.
I understand that all this journaling provides a level of security, and prevents data lost; but I was wondering, is there a function to clean up journal logs once in a while?

RozAre you using Microsoft word? Microsoft thinks the users are idiots. They put up a lot of pointless messages that annoy & worry users. I have seen this message from Microsoft word. It's annoying.

When you copy information via edit > copy, command + c, edit > cut, or command +x, you place the information on the clipboard. When you paste information, edit > paste or command + v, you copy information from the clipboard to your data file.
If you edit > cut or command + x and you do not paste the information and you quite Word, you could be loosing information. Microsoft is very worried about this. When you quite Word, Microsoft checks if there is information on the clipboard & if so, Microsoft puts out this message.
You should be saving your work more than once a day. I'd save every 5 minutes. command + s does a save.

on syncing photos to my iphone from my mac (snow leopard) (iphoto), just 2 or 3 per event retain the edited verisons, the rest are shown in the original version. I'm confused by this. Is this a bug? Is there a way to see all the photos on the mac-edited version on iphn?

I solved my problem,
Definitely a bug in syncing through itunes.
- Connect Iphone with MacBook Pro through USB
- Go to iphone on itunes, photos, deselect photo synchronization.
- Sync (all pics will be removed from iphone)
- Close itunes, iphoto, disconnect iphone
- Select in finder: (home)-pictures-iphoto library.
- Sec click on iphoto library and choose "show package contents"
- Delete iPod Photo Cache
- Close finder
- Empty trash
- Reconnect iphone
- Allow photo synchronization again and everything works smooth.
After this, changes made in iphoto are instantaneously reflected in iphone photos.
Once every hundred photos, one gets detached from iphoto and then changes are no longer reflected (buggy) :-(
In this case I erase the photo in iphoto, sync, go back to iphoto trash, reestablish the photo from the trash and sync again.
Hope this improves. Still have to try cloud though.

Recently we have upgraded to OBIEE 11G and we have created new users and assigned groups in the new 11G.
Generally users sholud be able to see all the dashboards and subject areas with the default BI Author and BI Consumer roles.
But in our 11G system users cannot see all the subject areas with the above groups, only if we give the BI Administrator role the they can see all the subject areas and dashboards.
We cannot give BI Administrator role to all the users....Please advise.

Songs that you purchase from the iTunes Store are simply files. They only sit on the computer where you purchase them, until you copy them to another computer.
That is how it works. There is no web site where you can play all your files. It's primitive I know, but there may be changes coming. -

It's clearly not impossible, just different than you expect. Create your playlist as you want it to appear in the Current tab (meaning don't dump every single song from your library in there, just the ones you want) and then save the playlist.

Hi All, I am executing transaction code XD03 with a particular Customer number.Then i go to 'Regional Market' in tab 'Marketing' and push on the match code for 'Regional Market'.
Now it says 'the number of entries is restricted to 500'.But the total number of regional market is more than 500.
How can I see all the regions when dropping down?

Are you aware that probably Google mail, has interfered in Lightbeam's page size ?
I am no longer able to see all the Graph Sign's in the centre of the page because they are now in majority, so almost completely, vertical down the horizontal line. ( although, Reset Zoom level is adjusted to 100% )
Can you reset the page size for me, and also the Graph Logo's back to the centre of the page again. Please.

My touch screen now, from my laptop, is extremely more Sensitive for Static load of my hands, resulting in trouble during the writing process, ... because, now the writing cursor, jumps away unexpected if my hand comes near to the Touch Screen.
