Impression recto verso

In win 7 the printer didn't recognise the module recto verso end it printing Manuellement in stead of auto.

The duplexer must be enabled as described in this guide.

  • How to insert different headers/footers according to recto/verso format in Pages 5.0 ?

I formatted a document on Pages '09 with two different headers and footers because I print it recto/verso. When I opened this document with Pages 5.0 my headers/footers do no longer appeared and when I try to re-put it, I did not find where I could make them different according to a recto/verso format. Previously this function was situated in the section tab of the inspector. Does this function still exist ? If yes, where ?
    Thanks.

    Hi, Alizé.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
You can still format headers and footers in Pages 5.0.  Here is the self help guide that walks you through this process.

  • Printing duplex (recto-verso)

Printing menu does not offert the selection for recto verso. If the printer (HP CP2025) is duplex by default, it prints duplex; if the default is single side it prints that way. How can I select this option from the printing menu? Thanks

Here's an educated guess.  I'm not familiar with your specific printer, but I would try this:
When you prepare to print something, you should see a menu like this:
Click the button that says "Safari" in this illustration and see if it says "Output Settings" down below.  My guess is you'll be able to choose Recto Verso down there.

  • Recto verso print result very strange

    Hi !
First of all I want describe my configuration....
We are a  town with a lan  of  more than 50 printers and 200 computer.
We have an domain controler and since few month  a print server on a Windows Server 2008 R2 datacenter is .
On the print server each printers is setup with a 64bits drivers and we install each printers on Windows 7 64bits by GPO.
On all our park we have only 2 printers who present this problem for the moment.
One Hp Color laserjet 3505 and one Hp laserjet 4250 black and white.
    Now the problem:
Since few day now when a user who have access to this printers print document with an odd number of page  recto verso in 2 copy  the last page of the document who normaly exit of the printer in recto mode 2 time exit now one time in recto verso.
So i f i have a document of 5 page recto verso in 2 copy  the printer print page 1-2 in recto verso on 2 sheets, page 3-4 in recto verso too on two sheets and  only one copy of page 5 in recto verso mode,  where each side of the sheets present the page 5 contents.
I have make many test with different documents and computer, if I select one of this printers to make a recto verso job in 2 copy or more I obtain the same result.
I have check with jetadmin and the firmware of the lan card and the printers is at the last version for each printers.
I have try to flash again the 3505 color, maybe than the brain of the printer was  crazy...
After the last firmware flash the printer have reboot and I have make a test. One document of 5 pages ... Miracle ! all the documents is print correctly in 2 copy recto verso... 2 minutes after one user print a document in recto verso of more than 5 pages the last one exit from the print with the same pattern...
So the flash of the firmware in the printer have resolve my bug for 2 minutes just enough to print one document correctly.
    Any helps is welcome !

You need to include blank pages. I've never ever used Print Booklet (my experience is firmly rooted in traditional offset printing so I find ID's booklet option ... "a nice cutesy try") but I imagine Print Blank Spreads may also be necessary. However, it should be very unusual to have entire spreads blank.
From your story it's not really clear how many pages (including cover etc.) you have. If it's not a multiple of 4, InDesign will ALWAYS pad it with blank pages. That  is the only way to print as booklet.

  • Printing "recto/verso" with ReportBuilder 3.0

    Hello,
I'd like to print a report in "recto/verso" on a A4DIN format, I mean in both sides. The recto side contains a classic Invoice format, the other side contains the "the general terms" with some variables like the Enterprise name and so on.
Is this posible?, and if yes how?
The printer is a HP Laserjet

I for one, waited several months for the 3.0 to come thinking Apple would include a wifi method of printing from the iphone. Imagine my disappointment. For my purposes, the update was underwhelming. I was doing landscape with 2.21 by starting up in that position.
I was aware of the printing apps available, but considered this to be something the iPhone should do much like the cut, copy and paste (finally).
I still have trepidation buying an app simply because typically they aren't as robust as an Apple program that is able to handle a broad range of configurations.
I do applaud Apple for creating the app community, hoping computing can regain the ground lost by the Gates dominance.
For now, can anyone recommend a printing app for the iPhone that may be as functional as BeamMe for instance?

  • I can't print recto verso with eprint Officejet Pro 8500A

Is it possible to print recto verso via eprint?

    Hello filipv,
Any documents you send to ePrint will print as formatted, so there is no way to print in recto verso unless the document has already been formatted for it before being sent to the printer.
If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!

  • Dans indesign CS5.5 - Pagination recto verso et modifications

    Bonjour,

  • Keep recto/verso page placement when printing 'Multiple' pages on single sheet

    Dear All,
my book is designed for duplex printing. Every chapter starts on recto (odd) page.
When I need to print it for proofreading in the multiple mode (2 pages on single sheet), pages do not follow the original intent as the first page is placed on the verso page (left half of the sheet), not recto one (right half). I couldn't find any option to place the first page on the recto 'side' in the Print dialog.
My current workaround is to place one blank page at the beginning of my PDF file.
But I'd like to avoid this manual step in the future. Is there a more efficient way?
Btw, it would be nice to add a single option for this into the Print dialog. It could be handy for everyone.
What is the best place for such kind of feature request?
    Thanks, Jan

  • How to create a recto verso photo?

hi everybody, sorry for my english :s
i like to know how can i paste 2 photo, one on ahead and the other to the back.
The aim is to create a 3D card.
    Thank for your help!!

you don't merge anything.  you make it look like the card's reverse is being revealed as the rotation moves past 90 (or -90).  until the card's face is at 90 (or -90), the reverse doesn't event need to be added to the display.  when it is added, the face is removed.

  • InDesign - Document particulier

    Bonjour,

http://www.code-knacker.de/papierdin.htm.

Dommage !
    Bonne soirée,

  • How to Print Multiples time the same psf on one sheet

  • I am having problems exporting to PDF using InDesign for Mac.

    Hi all!
I just started using the Creative Suite on Mac and have run into a couple problems. One is that when I set up a document in InDesign using "Facing Pages" and then export to PDF, the document exports each set of "Facing Pages" as one singular spread (my 20 page InDesign document becomes a 10 page PDF). Once it is a PDF, there are no page break lines in the center of the spread to indicate that they are two separate pages, and when I try to set up viewing preferences in Acrobat (single or double page), it too recogrnizes each spread as a single page.
When I used to do this in InDesign using Windows, whether I exported to PDF or printed to PDF from a document set up with "Facing Pages," each page would still be considered separate once converted to PDF (20 page InDesign docment becomes a 20 page PDF).
This also leads me to my next question : I see that on Mac, there is no option for printing to PDF, but I notice a quality difference specifically when it comes to linework (vector information) that has been "placed" in the document from Illustrator. Is there any way to achieve the quality of printing to PDF on Mac?
    Thank you in advance!
    Gabby

Hi Bob, I just tried your suggestion, but the interactive PDF is in spreads by default, no way to change the setting. When I choose to view by single page in Acrobat, it displays a single spread.
When I choose to view by spreads, it displays 4 pages, two spreads. That's the topic of this whole discussion, I believe. I do own CS 6 at home, however my employer supplied me with CS 5.5. And I have very little, if any, influence on purchasing.
So, I have no good way to make an interactive PDF (with differing recto/verso headers and footers), that is accessible and shows the correct header/footer. It's either single pages (with one header/footer), or recto/verso headers/footers but PDF only as a spread, as well as I can tell.
Unless you know something else I can do...
    Best, Marilyn

  • Most efficient way to globally shift page content

    Hi folks,
I decided to start my InDesign career with something nice and simple: a 326-pp book divided into 57 sections.  I just got my first POD proof back, and it all looks good – except that I would like to shift everything down the page by a pica or a quarter of an inch.
The master page setup in my book is not the most efficient.  I have an A-master in each story document (= chapter = section) with nothing on it but a single column with margin settings. Then I have two chapter title page masters (recto & verso) and two body text masters (recto & verso).  I can modify the masters on my sync source story document, but when I try to sync the changes through the other story documents, I get erroneous placement of headers, and I lose the story- (i.e., chapter-) specific title text (which is entered in the title master pages).
I have been looking for a global fix. I tried adjusting the top margin in the A-master page, but the margin doesn't seem to push page elements down.  Another possibility is to set up a global crop routine in Acrobat (my final output is PDF), and then add the material chopped from the bottom back to the top (also in Acrobat).  I'd like to find some way of pulling off the necessary shift in InDesign, however.  I have a gut feeling it's possible, but a search of the InDesign Help material hasn't turned up anything yet.
    Any thoughts?
    TIA

"Use the AdjustLayout.jsx, a sample script that ships with InDesign. Go the the Scripts Panel and find it there and double-click it,"
    Neat.
The Acrobat crop is the way to make this happen in a hurry, but I had a good time playing with the Script Panel. Thanks for letting me know about it.
