In a prior photoshop cc version there were filters that could used as a effect(not a layer) that are NOT available now? why ?

Ok no one has been able to help me so far this is it. I NEVER had these problems with photoshop CS6 extended edition!
The best i can do to describe the dissappearing filters( from iteratrions of Photoshop CC for the last year to now) and pattern overlays were called marble, stones and concretes. where can aI find a list of pattern overlays?

I have an Apple Account registered in the U.S & no credit card linked (since im under 18). I always use my Aunt's account because I buy in-app purchases and other stuffs in the app store, I also used her account to download the app I play but she changed her password and gifted me a gift card to redeem in my own apple ID...
But whenever I wanted to buy something from the game it asks for her password and not mine, I changed the logged in apple account in the iTunes & Apple Store hoping not to re-install the app because I achieved so much in the game..

No, all apps are tied to the account that downloaded them, so only that account will be able to make in-app purchases within them - you would need to delete the game (which would also delete your progress/settings in it) and buy/download it with your account to be able to make in-app purchases with your own account.

So I am unclear, did you purchase these songs or import them from a cd?
If you imported them and still have the CD try importing them again and see if they work the delete the others.
Or if you purchased from itunes re-dowwnload and see if they work. Maybe they are corrupted files and this should resove it.

Yes, do not set it to automatic sync, and if these albums are purchases in iTunes, then you need to transfer them to your iTunes library. If you attempt to sync the device the music sync is one way, only from the library to the device. If this is music you did not purchase, but is on the iPod, you will need to get some 3rd party software to extract it from the iPod to put in the library. Touchcopy from Wide Angle Software is one choice. I have used it before and it does a lot more than music, and it works on both the Windows and Mac platforms.

Actually, in my case, turning off Time Machine didn't work. I had the same problem. We definitely traced it to Time Machine. The "Fix" was this: plugged in and designated different external HD as Backup volume. Then unplugged it and plugged in the original disc (after testing in in a different machine) and now the computer recognized it and error message stopped popping up. The Apple tech was as puzzled as I as to why this worked, but perhaps, forcing the machine to re-recognize it (or maybe even, gettting it recognized by a different machine first) somehow worked some magic.

In addition.. Focusrite have stated they will not be releasing a 64bit version of Liquid Mix as they consider it outdated software these days.... even though at one point a limited release beta version had a 64bit AU version included but it was so unstable it was rapidly dropped...
However the 32bit to 64bit bridge plugin 32 Lives, states it will handle and 'convert' the Stereo version of Liquid Mix to 64bit but not the Mono version... within LPX

There is not going to be an ideal solution. Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, and Puffin work on some sites (but judging by their reviews not all). Also a number of websites (especially news sites) have their own apps in the app store which might let you get some of the content that you want.

Recently when clicking on Safari, it refused to open saying there were some components damaged. It was suggested I backup, remove OSX and reinstall. Now all I get is white screen and apple logo when starting. What to do?l

I Have an iMac desktop purchased in 2010 with OS X 6.1.6 and Snow Leapard. Recently after starting up, I was not able to open Safari. I checked for updates and all was well. I tried again and got a message saying Safari could not be opened because some components were damaged. After using Disk utilities to try and repair, it was suggested I uninstall OS X and reinstall from the disk. I did not at the time because I wanted to backup some info to a USB drive. But now when I startup all I get is the white screen and Apple logo and the loading symbol. What happened and How can Imfix it? I am not very tech savvy and don't know where to turn!

At 3AM, within seconds, there were two attempts at using an "incorrect password" with my AppleID. The message from Apple was that it was probably a harmeless error. Seconds later, the third attempt worked, and that was the last my email has worked.Next???

At 3AM, there was one attempt at entering my AppleID password, which failed per the email message. A few seconds later, a second attempt failed and the email message from Apple was that it was probably a mistake caused by someone entering a wrong keystroke when trying to enter their own password. Well,, a few seconds later, the message was that I had successfully changed my password. Great.
Yes, it was a full twelve hours later that I saw this, since 3AM is a perfect time to hijack anyone, and I did do what it said about changing my password. But I want to know how someone changed my password at 3AM and had total access to my whole computer. My security is the highest Apple has.
Mostly, that was the LAST email I've gotten. I can't bring email online. I can't do anything.
I am mostly computer ignorant, which is why my daughter made me get an Apple in the first place. I love Apple. Any ideas at all the damage done? This seems like a big hole in Apple email. Well if someone got access to your AppleID, they didn't get access to your computer, however, there is some information such as you iCloud information that they may have gotten access to. If you changed your pasword back to something else, then they won't have access to it anymore either. I'm not sure what is going on though because I have been getting a lot of those emails on my work AppleID that I have to have for work because I need to keep their phone seperate from all of my personal equipment. It's just strange though that in the past few days I've been getting like 5 or 6 of those emails stating that an attempt was made to change my pasword a day.

I just tried to import photos and took a screen shot of the import settings. Does anyone see any problem with the destination settings? I think that after I took the online course on LR, all I did was uncheck the Into Subfolder: Lightroom Trial.

The iphone is not a storage/backup device. It simply mirrors the selected content of the computer to which it is synced.
Again, the photo sync is one way.
Did you fail to maintain a backup copy of your old computer?
Not good. You can e-mail the photos from your iphone. You do not need to have phoe service for this. The iphone uses wi-fi. The photos will never be of the original quality, as they are reduced when synced to iphone.
