In app purchase fail, money gone but no purchase

Hi, so I just done an in app purchase and was not given my purchase, but the credit from my iTunes was taken. Is there anyway I can fix this or get a receipt to send to the app creator in hopes of getting my purchase?

I did that.  Clicking "report a problem" doesn't bring me to the screens shown on your link; it opens the Apple Support website.  That's how i got here to ask the question.
