In app purchase help?

I had the problem where I couldn't install or download anything from the App Store, due to confirming a in app purchase when I had no money in my bank account at the time of purchase. I have resolved this issue and paid the fees for these purchases, but they haven't showed up in the app that I had purchased them on. The app it happened to was The Smurfs Village, and there was 3 purchases. Any help? I'm on the iPad 3rd gen. Thanks, Charlotte

You may either contact the app's developers or itunes store support:

The developers may be able to help you get the in-game items back. iTunes store support can't do that but may provide a refund.

I tried to purchase a replenishable in app purchase, and it's saying "please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction". Do I have to wait a certain amount of time to try to purchase it again, or does it have something to do with my credit/debit card? And does anyone know how I can contact professional support to get this taken care of? Any answers would be much appreciated, and I thank you in advance

Also, when I tried to change iMessage I got a message that if I deleted my id (which seemed to be the only way to get my husband's I'd there), I would not be able to receive iMessages on any device.

I would just follow the instructions from this article to give your unused 4s to your spouse. Since you have already started using your 5s, you will still be receiving iMessages on that phone and will have no need to receive them on a device that has been replaced. I bought an iTunes gift card to purchase certain things in my favorite app. Well when I try to buy things inside the game it does not give me the option to approve the purchase and it never shows up. I have reset the app, I have deleted the app and downloaded again, I have turned my ipod off and on, I have made sure all updates are up to date and nothing has changed. I saw a similar question like mine and the answer was that you have to have a credit card linked to your iTunes account to make in app purchases and I was thinking they were right until I talked to a few friends who cancelled their credit cards and took them off of the account and can still make in app purchases so that can't be the issues. Can someone please help me this is driving me crazy I have talked to iTunes support but they weren't much support.

i recently purchased an in app purchase which is showing up on my itunes account as a purchased but has not shown up on my ipod touch 4th gen. (think it was due to losing my wifi connection during download).
i went into problem solving on the itunes store to rectify the issue to discover that i needed to go via my app store on my ipod to purchase history, which on the ipod touch 4th gen is supposidly at the bottom of downloads... after trying this i discovered that i have no option to go into purchases as this does not exist on my downloads options nor does it exist anywhere on my ipod version of the app store?? can someone please help?? im miffed. :s

I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.

The recommended solution for most families is to share the same Apple ID for iTunes and App Store purchases, so you can share your purchases, but us different IDs for iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud. With this arrangement, each person can automatically download purchases made on the shared ID (by turning this feature on in Settings>iTunes & App Stores), while keeping their FaceTime calls, text messages and iCloud data (including photo stream) separated. There is no requirement that the ID you use for purchasing be the same as the ID you use for these other services.

This is happening to me also but only with certain apps. The message I get with the apps that won't update is "Update Unavailable with This Apple ID. This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled".

You've logged into your account and viewed your purchase history and there aren't any error messages shown (e.g. 'problem with a previous purchase'), and you haven't got any purchases due (e.g. pre-orders and/or subscriptions) : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information ?

Icloud storage has nothing at all to do with the storage on your iphone.
Icoud storage is on a server somwewhere, not on your iphone.
You need to delete content from your iphone

Playing War of the Fallen and made 4 seperate in app purchases over a period of 4 days my credit card was charged each time but the purchases have not downloaded. I have reported it to ITUNES with no response!!!! Everytime I try to use the in app link to Zynga Support the website never loads, what should i do?
