In app purchase not received

I made three in-app purchases through The Sims Free Play and My iTunes account was debited successfully $15.99, $15.99 and $6.49 but I have not received the purchases through the game. I am extremely frustrated and can't seem to get any answer as to where my in-app purchases are.

    No need to apologize, I actually found the phrase "If your iPad ever craps the bed" amusing under the circumstances
    I checked the list of installed apps like you suggested (Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Show all apps) but this problem app is not in the list. I have also swiped down on the home screen to search for it, but again it does not show.
    While it has not let me download the app (and I just tried it again) it has helped me to eliminate a few things from the list of what to try, and I can definitely conclude that it has not downloaded.
    I guess I need to fire up my PC and download it / sync my iPad.

    What is the full message it's giving you? One thing you can check is if you have restrictions set on your iphone go into Settings > General > Restrictions  and scroll down to "In-app Purchases" and make sure that is turned on.

  • TS1424 iPhone in-app purchase not credited but charged.

    I was charged 3 times for an in-app purchase for Bejeweled Blitz and received an error 2 of the 3 times for the purchase from my iPhone, so I was not aware that I was charged 3 times until I checked my iTunes account today.  I was only credited from Bejewled Blitz with one charge of $1.99 for 270,000 coins.  I need $1.99 times 2 credited back from them or the points added (270,000 coins for $1.99).

    You are not alone Nick, the same has happened to me. I reported the problem through the app, but can only wait and see if either 1: I receive a reply explaining the problem or 2: TomTom/Apple recognise the problem and provide an update to fix it.
    Im a bit confused as to who's responsibility it is. A failing of TomTom subscription system, or Apples download issue.

    I purchased 500 LP for sims free play and never received them! The purchase went through, I contacted them and never received an email... I want my money back or the 500 LP's.
