In App Purchased Refund

Last few month, i have make in app purchase , all total amount is around 2500 euro in a online game , but recently i reliazed that , the online game is hiding or locking some item in the game , so even how much u spend u can't get the item . And the game is online based , and cause lag all the time , even the app is not stable cashing all the time too . Many of player is complainted too . Is it possible to get refund full amount or even not full amount ? I fine with the develop if they wanna close or cancel my game user ID for processe the refunding . Anyone can answer my question ?

We are not psychic... You don't tell us what country's store you are using or even what the app is...
Go to the App store in iTunes. Find the page for the app, and click the link for the developers web site.

    You're the developers of the app aren't you?  If so, leverage your developer support resources and find out. It's doubtful anyone here would know as these are just user to user forums.

    To try and stop it happening again, you should be able to turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and (depending upon what iOS version that you have on your iPad) you might also be able to set 'Require Password' to 'Immediately' on the Restrictions (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered)

    I paid for an app which provides additional templates for Pages for iPad including envelopes of various sizes.  When I downloaded and opened the app I found all the envelope templates were for U.S. standard sizes.  As I live in England and use European standard envelopes, this was useless to me.  The developer confirmed they did not cover European sizes and that this was not stated on his app site, and suggested I apply for a refund from the iTunes Store.  I did this via the 'report a problem' facility but the instant response was that they had noted the problem but suggested contacting the developer, which, of course, I had already done so.  As I'd reported on this app purchase, I found I could not go further on the iTunes Store site.
    If anyone can tell me how to reapply for a refund I'd be grateful.

    Hi,
    In March of 2014 we got an email about submitting a refund request for the in-app purchases my 11 year old made in 2012 for coins and such on several free apps.
    The email contained a link to submit the refund which we used. The date for submitting the refund request is 04/15/2015.
    I only submitted a partial list since there is no way to copy and past the order numbers from the purchase history.
    In August I attempted to use the link again to submit the remaining order numbers and the link does not function any more.
    I have submitted multiple emails and the responses have been cordial but unhelpful.
    After finally submitting the remainder of the order numbers I was told that I had already received a refund and would need to deny charges with the credit card company!
    Has anyone else had this experience and found a more straight forward solution?

    If you don't want it to happen again then, if you haven't already done so, turn off in app purchases on the iPod via Settings > General > Restrictions

    I got billed twice for the same in-app iphone purchase of the iPhone App "53 Languages-Pronounciation" option).  The link from within iTunes to "report a problem" does not work.
    It does not even work after asking for my iTunes account login.
    This seems like Apple is making it very hard to get refunds.  Anyone able to send me to the proper link to fill-out a request for refund and report an order screw-up?

  • In app purchase refund never recieved?

    Hi guys. I can't remember exactly when, it was a little over a week ago, I accidently bought two 20$ gem things in clash of clans. I didnt mean to at the time. I sent in both refund requests about 9 days ago. I recieved a confirmation for both from Apple saying that a representive would be with me in 48 hours or less. That was on Tuesday. It's well over 48 hours now and I'm getting kind of nervous o_O what should I do? Sorry if not in the right area to post either. I'm on my iPhone now and it's kind of hard to type it out   anything will be appreciated.

    The app took over $35 from my account and there is no way this was authorized.  Please advise on how I can recover these funds.

    They did the same thing to me on 12/24/11. Apple overcharged me 3 times my purchase amount and have caused my bank account to be overdrawn!
    I called my bank to make a statement of unauthorized charges AND filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Apple provided no way to contact a live rep and the email reps have been useless...so they left me no other option.
    I think they do this to their customers very often. It is extremely dishonest.
    I actually posted the above info on this discussion community earlier today...and Apple deleted it! If that isn't an admission of guilt, I don't know what is.
    But seriously...best of luck.

    You can contact iTunes and ASK for a refund. Then make make an exception to their all sale are final policy.

    In the future set the restrictions so that in-app purchases are prohibited and that a password is always required.
