In app purchases ask me to contact iTunes support 5th time

I make regular in app purchases, unfortunately, also regularly, I am being told once a week to contact itunes support. The problem lies in the 4 day period of awaiting for iTunes support to acknowledge my problem and another 3-4 days (more if the week end period takes place) of waiting for the problem to be fixed, refreshing my email page ignorantly. I feel very poorly treated and very uncomfortable with the constant failure of my account only regarding in app purchases and furthermore with the very poor quality of the support. Deeply regretting the purchase of an iPhone 5.

In case this applies, you must have a credit or debit card on file in order to utilize In-App purchases. In-App purchases cannot be made from the balance of a redeemed iTunes gift card.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.
