In App Purchases cancellation

Hi team..
my kids were playing on a game on their iPad and bought one pack of coins on a game called [Fun Run]. when i checked my mailbox later i have found more than twenty email from iTunes notifying me of multiple purchases took place over the value of 500 US$ on the same game. I'm not sure if this is a fraud by the game or my kids actually clicked many times on the buy icon. but, regardless, this amount is huge and ridiculous and unfair. thus, i humbly request your team to cancel these purchases and refund the amount.

    my nephew was over for a visit and he started playing with my ipad. Since this is not happening regularly I didn't activate restrictions on this device. After I downloaded this game for him the password remained active. Within this period he managed to perform an In-app purchase (he cannot even read) of $99.90.
    I failed to contact the app developer. I failed to get apple support (issue cannot be helped at the current moment, try again later)
    Does anybody know if there is a way to cancel this purchase other than blocking the transaction on my credit card?

    My 5 year old did the same thing!  In the new iOS6, it automatically fills in your password.  I hope someone has an answer!!

    I recently downloaded TripIt. When I tried to figure out the things accidently click on a link and take me to purchase the service with no price displayed. I thought it was free. It actually did purchase one year of TripIt Pro Services for $48.95. How can I cancel this service. Is anyone done it before?     Apple's official policy is purchases are final.  You can contact customer service and ask about a refund but there is no standard procedure.

    You should perhaps disable features on your phone that simplify making purchases so as to make purchasing items a more focussed procedure.

  • In-app purchase dialogue - cancel gets stuck.

    I am testing my in-app purchases, it will start by saying:
    "Connecting to App Store"
    Then a dialogue will come up:
    "you've already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free."
    At this point if you press "Cancel" it will go show the "Connecting to App Store" message and loop here from then on?
    Any ideas how I can disconnect the connection at this point?

  • Canceling failed in-app purchase?

    Details on the situation:
         I went to purchase something in-app, but I was failing to connect to apple. An hour later I was able to confirm the purchase, and the purchase went through succesfully.
         Now every time I open the app, it requests my Apple ID password. I've put it in multiple times and I've clicked cancel many times, but it continues to ask for the password. No transactions are being made (thankfully) and yet it keeps asking for my Apple ID password.
         I've checked the in-app purchases section of the app, and it says "transaction in progress," but nothing happens when I input my password.
    Now to the main point:
         How can I cancel in-app purchases that are labeled "in progress"? And I mean permanently. I'm tired of clicking 'cancel' every time I open the app and the window pops up. If you want to refer to this dormant / failed transaction in-app purchase more easily, just call it a pseudo-purchase.
              *I'm not looking to reverse a purchase or get a refund, I'm simply looking to stop the "Confirm or Cancel" window from popping up for no reason.

    How can I cancel an in-app monthly messaging service that I used to subscribe to? I've deleted my account from the app, deleted the app from my phone, yet I'm still charged the monthly messaging "pro" feature, for $10/mo.     I inadvertently selected an in-app purchase for $7.40 with a $5 balance on my card that of course was declined.  I want to cancel that purchase but now can't get into the app because there is now an update.  I can't update because of the declined purchase.  Is there a way to cancel it?

    Because it was declined, it's still looking for the $7.40.  I could put more money on my card, but I don't want to complete the purchase.  And since the App Store is waiting for the declined amount, I can't update any of my free apps because it needs to have $1 available.
