Im not trying to Make an in-app Purchas in CLASH OF CLANS App .. but My in-app Purchase is not getting through i get error message your Transaction is not been processes Try to contact us at Apple Support..
i am Able to buy a new app from app-store but in-app no..   .. Please HELP!!!! i cannot contact apple as it doesn't give support in my country ..

    There must be some issue with your account or credit card. Not necessarily anything to fret over, but until you contact iTunes support, you may be dead in the water trying to download content.

  • In APP Purchases not working

    I recently got a new phone and set it up! i got to buy an IAP and it says "Your purchase could not be completed, for assistance contact iTunes support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww and the game notification says cannot connect to itunes store. ive already went to the mentioned address for help and could not find anything! ive made a statement with apple but those take so long.
    Things ive done:
    Tried signing out and back in = not working still
    Changed payment information = not working still
    ive tried just about everything and nothing seems to work! hopefully i can get my answer here!

    Yes. But that's not the issue.
    The dialogue screen of "do you want" comes up, but when I click it, the "waiting for..." screen/dialogue/spinning "ball" stays on and nothing happens.

  • In-App purchase not working + Charged twice.

    I have purchased a few in-app items on my iPad Mini for the Pokédex for IOS I have been sent a receipt and was charged twice for it, the purchase for the in-app item will not download and continue to say "Error - Cannot connect to iTunes store." I have tried signing out of my Apple account through Settings>iTunes & App Stores, and sign in, It still does not work. I've tried turning my iPad on and off, as well as restoring the purchases, and yet no avail. Any advice/solutions would be much appreciated, thanks.

  • Itunes purchased not working

    i recently updated to 10.4 and before the purchased was working fine, but now it just shows the different tabs for music, apps, etc. and doesn't load anything to download. or the grid.

    I have solved the issue!
    There are a bunch of problems with the home.js. I will let whoever is responsible for this to fix the rest. It is pretty sad that this was released like this. It looks to be a copy and past from other extras, and then they tried to add a pretty background video, and failed horribly.
    Look for the following in the home.js file
    homeController.viewWillAppear = function() {
              if (!IS_APPLE_TV && videoLoaded == false) {
                        var new_elem = document.createElement("video");
    Change it to:
    homeController.viewWillAppear = function() {
              if (!IS_APPLE_TV && videoLoaded == false) {
                        document.getElementById("mm_div").style.top = "0px";
                        var new_elem = document.createElement("video");
    Essentially the problem is iTunes does not support, or can't handle the following:
    document.getElementById("loopVideo").play();
    Which would never allow the conditional to work for bringing up the menu. If I had more time to fix the nice display issue I would, but there are people who get paid to do this, and I paid for this movie.

    What do you mean by 'downloading'? - does it show in Settings>iCloud? It's additional space on the iCloud server, not additional memory on your iPad.

  • In-App purchases not working on iPad.

    I've checked all my Resrections, synced my iPad and made sure all updates were current and made sure all games were updated. Every time I try to buy an in-app purchase it just shows loading until I turn the game off. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not sure if it's my wi-fi (even though it shows a full signal) or is something wrong w/my IPad. My current ISO is 5.1.1

    Many applications you download from the App's/iTunes store, and not created by Apple, and therefore Apple would not have the troubleshooting steps or instructions for this application.

    Last month I got my pre-paid master card to use it on the app store, it worked at first but then the next week after i used it last, I couldn't buy anything from the Appstore nor I could get any in-app purchases. I got a itunes card but that didnt work.

    Go into Settings > General > International > Language and choose British English, then hit the Done button. The screen will go black with a comment about Language Settings. Be Patient, especially if you have a lot of apps. Let it run it's course and Then open the App Store again. Voila! Upgrade list is back. And it stuck when i changed back to plain English. He doesn't know why. I don't either. But I am now a happy camper. Worked on my 3rd gen iPad and iPad Mini.

    So I am totally addicted to the game Crossme Color. My mom said she would let me use some of her iTunes money to get the premium version. So I logged into her account and tried to buy it. At first it was saying a bunch of bs about payment options and security questions. Then once my mom fixed all that it kept asking me if I still wanted to buy it. I kept clicking buy and coming up with other stuff, then the last time it asked me if I still wanted to buy it, it froze and now when I go into the app and try and get the premium version it says it is unable to be purchased. Anyone know how I am able to fix this at all??

    What "up with other stuff" was it asking for?

    You are not alone Nick, the same has happened to me. I reported the problem through the app, but can only wait and see if either 1: I receive a reply explaining the problem or 2: TomTom/Apple recognise the problem and provide an update to fix it.
    Im a bit confused as to who's responsibility it is. A failing of TomTom subscription system, or Apples download issue.
