or u could just goto the Search tab and do it that way as well.
u can install it from searching the app and searching it throu ur icloud, doesnt matter what path u choose. once u buy it, u buy it with that itunes account and its free to reinstall it.
u will not get charge twice installing the same app and the apps that have adds on u can remove withn app purchase.

remove ads once from Graffitti Ball. remove the app and reinstall it u will get adds again. goto remove the ads again, it will ask u are u sure to purchase remove ads, selct yes, it will look into ur itunes account for adfree graffiti ball and it will say u recently payed for remove ads, would u like to install it, select yes, no charges made, the ads are removed

I have a lot of "garbage" apps that i want to delete from the purshased list in the app store(iphone) in the update menu, now my list is huge (a lot of garbage free apps i have installed in the past), now if i want to search a deleted but purchased app i have to see ALL THE ENDLESS LIST !!

Did you have iOS beta software installed on your iPad ? If you did then as try asking in the developer forums.
If not then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and logging out of your account and then log back in and see if that fixes it.
If it doesn't then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Ok i don't know if it is just me but i just recently got my new ipod and i cannot restore any of my in app purchases. such as extra content for jetpack joy ride or angry birds, plants vs zombies and so on.
i got to purshase an in app item as usal i press on buy when the pop up shows and then it just sits there for like 10-20 min and tells me an error "error connecting to itunes store" like ***!
how do i fix this? i have good internet connection i can still update and get the app's them selves just no in in-game content within them....
i have 0 restrictions i have that disabled.

Maybe:

Can I restore a free app after updating to OS 6

I updated my Iphone to OS 6. I lost all my 'free' apps. After searching around I did find several of the apps at the APP Store -> Update -> Purshased and was able to re-install . I still cannot find and restore Photo Sort which means I lost all the photos stored in Photo Sort. Any help ?

Unfortunately, there are free and then there are "free". In the short time I've had the i5, have been able to acquire interesting and useful apps at no cost that are not there anymore. The freeness has expired or the maker used them as enticement for their priced products and have discontinued their distribution. I hope that the copy of the apps that iTunes keeps will allow me to recover them should the need arise, but when updates and other nasty things occur, the reliability of that safety net comes into doubt.

I thought the App Store wouldn't let you because of the age of the computer. Sorry if I alarmed you.

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
