In-apps items purchased problem.

Purchased an in-game item for over 100$ but i didn't receive the item, i reported a problem with my order for over 48hrs, but no-one care, they even go ahead email me the bill. What is going on with the customer service ? What i should do now?

    The message implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the payment for your last purchase, so you owe iTunes for it - until it's paid off you won't be able to download anything else from the store, including app updates. If you go into the payment details screen on your account is there any message shown ?
    What are you trying to use as your payment method, credit card, debit card ... ? Debit cards don't seem to be still accepted in all countries, and even where they are it appears that not all work. Also pre-paid cards won't work.
    For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If the card that you currently have on your account isn't being accepted, then do you have a different card that you could try or are iTunes gift cards available in your country (they are not available in all and they are country-specific, they can only be used in their country of issue) - if they are then you could potentially use them as your payment method.

    I bought some in game gems for Skylanders, right as I hit submit, I got disconnected.  I got back in and didn't have any items show up so I went through the process again and this time it worked.  The next morning I found 2 seperate order confirmation e-mails and a check of my bank account shows 2 charges but I only ever received one of the batches of gems.  I tried going through the website to contact customer support billing, but it kept redirecting me back to the website.  How do I get the itmes I paid for but never received?

    What the message says.  In iTunes g the the Store tab in ther upper part of the screen and then clink on Authorize this computer.

    Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill ? If it's not then that might be the reason that you are getting the security code error : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
    And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

    Whether you can re-download music depends upon what country that you are in (and whether it remains in the store). If you don't have a Music section in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for re-downloading it, then do you not have you library on your computer's iTunes or on your backup of your downloads ? If not then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download

    Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID.

    There is no way to remove items from the purchased list on the iPad.
    You can send a photo from the mail app by tapping and holding down in the body of the email and select - Insert Photo or Video - from the black options bar that will pop up.

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
    If you have a problem with an app that the developer can't/won't help you with then you will need to contact iTunes Support, either as described on the page that you posted from, or via the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem
