In-built chat app is not working in Nokia X2-01
Hi! I am having a great problem because chat application gives no response, when i activated chat on my shortcut keys it gives error "Application not found" or "invalid application". I have restored my mobile, still no effect.
I have a problem with chat too, it tells me I need to update the chat to get the latest service but whenever I do it always gives the message "cannot connect to network" how do I get it to connect to the network so it will work? Every other internet application works fine, just not chat.

Have you tried to use Nokia Suite and check if there's any software update available for your phone? If there's none try to re-install the software of your handset.

Chat App not working on Nokia C3-00
I have purchased a Nokia C3-00 3 weeks ago and I found that Nokia Messaging App is not working well.
Whenever I try changing my online status in Gtalk or Yahoo! IM, the app hangs and screen gets garbled..I cannot go to home screen without a restart. My Chat version is 2.0.29
And along with this garbled screen, my chat status is shown as online even if i have shut down chat app.
Even an update is not helping. I tried a partial restore phone to factory settings but even that failed.
Please help me solving this problem.Hi,
I tested this issue with my C3-00 phone, sw version 8.63 and chat sw version is 2.0.22.
Chat function works fine with me and i have Ovi chat account and it works well.
So can you check your phone sw version and maybe update needed.

It can be also that chat functionality is not supported by some countries or operator.
So i suggest you contact in your local area Nokia Contact Center.

I have the same problem. I contacted magic jack, and after more than an hour of waiting, here is the final part of our discussion, before I had to leave to go to work:
Me: the magic jack app has worked fine for months unregistered. Never had a problem before. I must go to work now. I will leave the chat box open. if you could, send me a list of possible fixes and I will try to apply them when I get back. Please write in detail. Is there a way that I can get in touch and get a senior rep on right away to handle my problem when I get back, or do I hae to wait again when I call next time?

So, it would seem that either there is a problem that they don't know about, or else magic jack is trying to force everyone to not choose option 3 on the opening screen, the one which allows you to continue to make a call without registering.

I realize that installing apps is not the problem. Installing another app from the app store is a recommended troubleshooting tip from Apple if all of the third party apps will not open. It resets your iTunes authorization when you install the app because you have to enter your password.
If you didn't install another app try it. Read this support article as well.

Try this as well. Quit all apps, reset the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then see if the apps will launch. -
Most of the default Mac Apps does not work after Mavericks Upgrade
Hi, I did everything, but nothing has brought me out of this misery .
I Updated Maverick just 2 days after its release. Had no problems, other then slow Finder. I restarted my iMac last week, and got caught with these issues, known to me, not sure what all bugs are there.
All these apps does not work: App Store, TextEdit, Preview, Terminal, iBooks, Maps, Calendar, Contacts, Mail, etc
I do not know how to do a clean install, as I had upgraded from Snow Leopord to Mountain Lion and to Maverick using App Store, which does not open at all.

The standard function I am using, PRGN_READ_USERS_FOR_ONE_AGR, does not identify that there is a problem and neather can it be identified through the table AGR_USERS.

What is "wrong" with your Apple ID?
Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod. -

I kept getting reminders to update my iphone to v6, so I did so and I am not happy! It deleted all of my apps, so then I had to reload them. Now many of the apps do not work - when I try to open them they keep asking for my apple ID and PW and when I enter this it just goes away and never opens. Anyone else had this issue?
Happened to me once awhile back. The exact same thing. What I did to get everything working again was open up itunes on PC and click on "Apps" section (not the one in your iphone section, but the one in the "Libraries" section near the top). Then proceed to totally delete all of the apps that aren't working (if it asks if you want to send to recycle bin click yes). Re-sync phone, which will remove them from the phone. And, finally, re-install them. It was a pain, but the only thing that worked. Hope it works for you. Good luck!

The Reminders App does not work on Yosemite (10.10.1) with two iCloud accounts. It seems like when there are two iCloud accounts connected in Yosemite (10.10.1) the plist file for Reminders disappears.
I have tried restarting Reminders; restarting the mac; starting the mac in recovery mode to repair the disk and disk permissions; and starting the mac in recovery mode and reinstalling OSX.Yes sharing Reminders list works. The problem is, I have one shared iCloud account with a colleague (shared calendar, Reminders and email). It makes it easier to run our business with a single shared iCloud account...I know it's not the typical usage.

FIX:
1. You need Time Machine
2. Go to folder /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/
3. Copy AppleCamera.plugin to good place (usb memory stick is the best place).
4. Go to Time machine in date that skype work fine.
5. Change AppleCamera.plugin with file from Time Machine
6. Restart system, Now skype need to work with camera.
