In BW what is meaning of AWG (where used list using AWG)

Hi Gurus
In BW what is meaning of AWG (where used list using <u>AWG</u>)

Hi Raja,
The acronym AWG is not related to BW.
In CO area this AWG could be the probable value for the Controlling Areas.
In R/3, laws that govern export of goods from a country are called legal regulations
AWG is one of the Legal Regulations in Germany.
Some more examples of  Legal Regulations in Germany are
• Foreign Trade Law (AWG - Außenwirtschaftsgesetz)
• Foreign Trade Regulation (AWV - Außenwirtschaftsverordnung)
• Law for the Regulation of Military Arms (KWKG - Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetz)
Hope this clarified your doubt.

Sreedhar

Hyperion EIS is an Integration framework to Manage all the models and mapping rules to build the essbase cube.
It provides the users to drill into the level of detail beyond the essbase.
It is an intermediate layer between relational schema and essbase.
Once the rlational schema is built and ready, we will create a logical olap model based on the relational schema and next we should develop Met outline(Rules to load dimensions and data).

  • Fault msg? where it is used?

What is Fault msg? where it is used?

    Hi Aravind,
Fault message are the message type thats get created by default when u create a namespace in ur SWCV.
Fault messages are used to propogate / send back the error maessage to the calling application. This is used when there is a failue and the sending system needs to know what the error was. This is more of catching Application Errors.
Also please go through the link below to get the details for fault messages...
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/5d/a45c3cff8ca92be10000000a114084/content.htm
fault message is a message that describes an application-specific error situation
we have standardised fault message in XI.
Fault message types are designed for application-specific errors that occur on the inbound side and that are reported back to the sender or persisted in monitoring.
In the synchronous case, when an application-specific error occurs on the inbound side, instead of sending a response message back to the sender, the application can send a fault message to handle the error.
The fault message of the application for an asynchronous ABAP server proxy is persisted for monitoring. In the case asynchronous of Java server proxies, the fault message is part of a negative application acknowledgement
Application-specific means that the application on the inbound side triggers the error itself because, for example, the request message did not contain sufficient information

  • Short dump with Where-used list

    Hi All,
I'm making some research on specific InfoObjects, and in some cases I want to know where are they being used, but when I try to use the icon for "Where-used list using Data Warehouse" I end up with an error, a short dump.
    Message class is: RSQBW
    Trigger Location of Runtime Error:
    Program: CL_RSQ_ISET_SERVICE===========CP
    Include: CL_RSQ_ISET_SERVICE===========CM016
    Row: 136
    Module Type: (METHOD)
    Module Name: EXTEND_FIELD_BUFFER
Does any one can help me to understand why is this going on and how to solve this?
    Thank you!!
    Miriam

    Hi Miriam
In the short dump you should also see the name of the infoset in question.
You probably have to adjust the infoset in transaction RSISET and they try to run the where used list again.
    Best Regards,
    Vincent

  • Where-used list for queries restricted by characteristic value

    Hi SDN Community
I came across this useful documentation on how to track down a query which is restricted to a certain hierarchy
    Queries that use a hierarchy
Is it possible to track down queries from a given characteristic value.
eg. ID = 355 from InfoObject ZIDMEASP, represents Production Measure ID.
    Thank you.
    Simon

    Hi  SDN community,
So far i have had this response from SAP OSS Message but require this as a consulting issue.
Is it such that anyone is aware of the way to tract down queries from restricted value,
    Thank you.
    25.10.2007 - 10:54:51 CET    SAP    Reply
    Dear Simon,
You can track down the query from a characteristic as per the following
    steps, eg.
    - Tr_cd: RSD1
    - eg. input ZIDMEASP to Infoobject
    - click on "Where-used list using AWB"
    - find out which InfoCube, InfoSet, ODS Object etc. are using
    infoobject ZIDMEASP
    - open bex analyzer, in the "Select query" screen, search with the
InfoCube/InfoSet/ODS Object one by one under "InfoAreas", then you
can see which query is using them

  • What is mean by Referential Integrity? Where do we use it and Why..?

    Hi All,
Can anybody tell me, What is mean by Referential Integrity? Where do we use it and Why..?
    Regards,
    Kiran Telkar

    Dear Kiran Telkar ,
you might be knowing that generally refrential integrity is concerned with nothing but primary key and foriegn key relationship. Generally we use to check uniqueness of records.
In sap we use it during flexible updation...to check the data records of transaction data and master data.
In other words, to check before loading of data, that whether loading will be properly or not.
we will check(tick) the option in the maintainance of the
    <b>infosource--> communication structure</b>
it will be better if you clearly mention your problem, if further help is needed.
    hope this will help you.

  • Where is a list of error codes? but have no idea what it means.

I get errors followed by some code number. Example: an unexpected error occurred -1857 [24]. So what if you don't know what it means. Also, if you are expecting an error, what is the message?

The only thing the MacErrors.h file shows for the "-1857" error is "drag was not accepted by receiver"--which probably isn't very helpful. You have a copy of the MacErrors list in your /System/Library folder, do a Command-F search on "MacErrors.h" which is buried many folders deep inside /System/Library/Frameworks. If you have Xcode installed it will open in Xcode. Otherwise you can open it with TextEdit and resave it as a plain text file in your Documents folder for handy reference.

  • My Mac is doing strange things: delaying between users, mouse flickering and bouncing, gets stuck with rainbow wheel flickering. I ran the appel hardware test and it detected an error: 4MOT/4/40000003:HDD-1233 Does anybody know what that means? HELP!

My imac is doing strange things:
-delaying between users: when closing session it goes to blue, then takes a while to appear users signin box, and then wont recognize mouse command to enter until a couple of minutes later... then everything seems alright until....
-it gets stuck between things, the rainbow wheel appears and its just delays there forever....
-and every now and then the mouse starts flickering and bouncing wildly onscreen.
I ran the appel hardware test and it detected an error:
    4MOT/4/40000003:HDD-1233
Does anybody know what that means? HELP!

WZZZ answered about where to get iStat. And do check the SMART status. If it is an overheating problem due to a fan or logic board problem, your hard drive is possibly cooking itself to death. If so it isn't a faulty hard drive even though the hard drive might fail. So assuming it's a temperature problem, even if you are able to repair things on the disk with software, that is working on symptoms, not causes. I could be wrong however.
RE: AppleCare: Your iMac came with one year of AppleCare (Apple's warranty program), but within the first year you can buy 2 more years. You have to extend by the one year anniversary of purchase of the computer. Your 10,1 is too old to still be in the first year, and since you asked what it was, I'm sure you don't have it. Bottom line meaning is that whatever this problem turns out to be, you'll have to pay for it. Unless there is something like this. It is for 2011 iMacs with certain Seagate drives. You can put in your serial number for fun, but it looks like yours is too old. Lastly, some people have had Apple help them anyway if it is just out of warranty, but many have not. Your machine is one of these. Type in 10,1 in the search box. Is there an Apple Store near you? Just b/c it's out of warranty doesn't mean you shouldn't have it looked at by Apple. But no one here can say at all what Apple will or will not do.
Hope you get it taken care of!

  • After downloading the latest version of iTunes and updating my iPhone everytime I turn on my computer I get a message that reads: AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found. Does anybody know what this means?

After downloading the latest version of iTunes and updating my iPhone, everytime I turn on my computer I receive a message that reads: "AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQlite.dll" Help! Does anybody know what this means and how I can fix it? Thanks.

Yes.  I just solved the problem on my PC.  Here goes...
Issue:  My Windows7 computer was producing the pop up box with the error text as you described.
The Problem: You have another application on your computer that uses the like named .DLL file... in this case a DLL supporting SQLite on your local PC.
    Solution:
    1.  You need to use the Windows File search feature to look for the name "SQLite".  This will quickly locate the offending DLL in the other application.
    2. Decide which program you like the most, in my case "Mobile Me", and uninstall the offending application.
    3.  Uninstall Mobile Me.
    4.  Restart your PC.
    5.  Reinstall Mobile Me.
    6.  Mobile Me should sync at this point, but if not, restart the PC once again.
In my case, the offending program was my Aptana Studio development application.  I had recently the SQLite3 database to my Ruby On Rails configuration...
This is where the file was located:
    C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Aptana Studio 2.0\plugins\com.aptana.radrails.sqlite3.win32_3.5.7.1278709071\vendor\SQLite3.d ll
    I hope this helps,
    Ron
