In CC01, why can I not add object types

Greetings experts.
We need to add an object type to the list which shows on CC01(2 etc) . The New Entries button is greyed out. Can anyone point me to the reason, or what I need to do to make it active?

Hi,
Define a profile in OS59. In the profile under Object type profile (detail) section, click on new entries & select the object types from the list as per your need & then save as a custom profile.
Use this profile on the initial screen of CC01 & then go to Object Types, you should find the object types which you need.

Is your iPod configured to sync audiobooks? To check, plug your iPod in and when it appears in iTunes locate it's audibooks tab and make sure it is set to them.

Why can you not insert Objects in List in natural order?

This is a more theoretically question:
I need a dynamic structure to sample informations in a natural order ( by implementing the Comparable-Interface). Set and Map offers natural order but I can't use them (Set-elements are unique and I don't want to implement a <key><value> relationsship for Map).
Are there others solutions than to add the elements in a List in natural order hand made?

Here's a Collection implementation that ensures all elements are allways ordered.
It can be improved for speed, and maybe functionality, but the important thing is that it doesn't break the Collection interface and it's simple.
Have a look and maybe base your implementation on this one.

Why can I not add my Iphone 5s to my itunes devices on my windows 8 laptop?

I just bought myself my first iphone, the 5s. When I went to add it to itunes to add music to it, it doesn't come up no matter how many times I plug it in and take it out. I have reinstalled itunes and everything. I have tried my old ipofd touch and itunes is not recognising that either. it isn't finding any devices.
I want to do this so I can delete some of the apps that came with the phone, eg stocks as I am a girl in college who is not interested in that type of app. Another question I have is how to I get rid of the music from icloud that has been put onto my iphone as I don't want it on there. I only want specific music on my phone. Please help me, my stress levels are begining to go through the roof!

Why can I not add certain "files to iPhone because iTunes match enable on this iPhone?"

I have some files on my computer I tried to transfer to my iPhone 3GS. They are mp3s of talks/lectures. No copyright issues. But iTunes tells me that they cannot be added because I have iTunes match enabled on that phone. Any ideas?

iTunes says these files are not eligible for iCloud. So I can't upload them. They are not songs. I've turned iTunes Match off both on my computer and my iPhone. Still cannot add them to my iPhone. Not sure what to do beyond this.

What iOS device are you using, and what is the iOS version? As a brute-force approach, have you tried rebooting the iOS device to see if that clears this? (Press and hold the off button until the power down slider appears, and slide that. Once the spinner disappears and the iOS device display is dark, press and hold the power button to power iup. Now try Safari again.)
If you're using OS X and the plus sign that can be present in Safari, what OS X version are you using?

Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

Why can I not add columns?

I've been creating a spreadsheet that will contain data spread over a year but I cannot now add columns to the right or left, no matter where I am in teh SS. I can add rows. I wondered, but cannot discover, if there is a max number of columns per SS? I'm up to IU, yet without restriction on rows, which is currently 434.
I can, and have, started a continuation on another sheet but that will cause a lot of faffing around.
Any ideas?

I would, actually, not think 365 would be the max. 255 fits into an 8-bit number type. the next "size up" is 16-bit which would allow 65535 column but I suspect there is some other limitation that comes into play.
What about transposing your table so that days go down(in rows)?

Best I can tell it's either because that wouldn't work on the iPad, or they haven't enabled it.
Select a Photo (or Photos) in the Photo Stream and click the + button on the toolbar. You can then choose which Albums to Add it to.

Why can I not add a system in Raid Admin, my raid is not being recognized

I was able to see it a few days ago but now it will not connect, I need to check one of my drives which I am pretty sure needs to be replaced. amber light is on and when I checked it the other day it showed a degraded array and drive 2 was not being recognized. could the cables from the xserve to the raid be bad?

The XServe RAID uses the ethernet connection for all administration. Make sure the ethernet links are active and that you're in the same subnet (or at least somewhere the XServe RAID can route to).
Did you manually configure the network ports or leave them as DHCP?
If DHCP it's possible that the controller's IP address has changed, in which case you'll need to be on the same local subnet to locate the RAID.

Are the System Preferences unlocked? You need admin access to edit these settings, click the lock if it is closed to block the preferences with the admin username & password.
Is the DNS entry grey? That means it is provided by the router in a 'DHCP option'. You should still be able to specify others, click the 'Advanced' button, select the DNS tab & click + to add an entry.
