In-Design question. How to I install my existing program to my new computer?

HI,
I purchased CS6 for the In-Design in Sept '12 and installed it in Oct '12. I have a new computer and it will not read the files. How do I install it to my new computer. I have my WIN Serial Number if that helps.

Also, I had to install the software twice on my same computer before because I had to reboot the computer. I don't know if this affects the limit.

You are allowed to have two activated installations so there should not be a problem having working installations on the two machines. If by chance you have somehow tied up two activations for the one machine you can have Adobe support help resolve that thru chat.

If you downloaded Aperture 3 from the Apple Store and not the AppStore, then you cannot download it from the AppStore to your other mac. You need the original installer disk image you downloaded. If you did not keep that, download the Trial installer - you can unlock it with your registration key.

Download the Aperture 3.1 Trial.
Open the Aperture Trial disc image.
Double-click the "Aperture Trial.mpkg" file.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install Aperture.
After the installation completes, choose Software Update from the Apple () menu.
Install the Aperture 3.4 update from the list of available updates.
Note: If you are using OS X Mountain Lion v10.8.2 or later, you may receive an alert stating that Aperture is from an unidentified developer. This can occur when you try to install Aperture from DVD or the trial download. See OS X Mountain Lion: The app is from an unidentified developer for details on how to successfully install Aperture in this situation.

Which Adobe software in specific are you referring too? If you choose the download option at the time of purchase you may be able to download the software by following the directions listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006208?tstart=0&promoid=KBHJQ.

Just move the install file over to the new system and install it. Be aware that AA 9 may not be compatible with your new OS. If you are successful with the install, be sure to do the updates to work on the new OS. AA 9 will run on Win 7, but it is questionable on Win 8. I am not sure about the various MAC OSs.
