In Dreamweaver CS6, the Plus (+) button in the Server Behaviors panel is greyed out. How do I make it operational?

I am trying to restrict access to a page by redirecting unauthorized users to another page. The Adobe manual instructs me to:
Open the page you want to protect.
In the Server Behaviors panel (Window > Server Behaviors), click the Plus button and select User Authentication > Restrict Access To Page from the pop‑up menu.
I opened the page and went to the Server Behaviors panel.
Unfortunately, the Plus button is greyed out and not operational. How do I make the Plus button operational so that I can then select User Authentication, etc?

You can't apply server behaviors to pages that don't contain (or are specified to be when they are created) server scripting. That means they must have the proper filename extension, e.g., filename.php or filename.aspx/

Clicking on the plus button in the environment multi-intruments

Clicking on the plus button in the environment multi-intruments creates aux in unpredictable places..
This is very annoying, because every way I create an aux strip I have to go around environment to search it, and if you have many many object (as I have) you can waste some time to find it...
It would be better if any created aux appeared near the main instrument...
Would it be so difficult for programmers?

There are some big differences if using say a webi report.
I just tested on XIR2 SP4 and back forward worked fine with CR drilldown, using the sample reports.
Could be a report design issue or something wrong with your deployment, maybe even a browser setting (not sure as I don't work reporting issues too often).
You can wait to see if someone else has run into this or open a message with support to have an engineer take a look.

iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

I've tried and tried to change the clock source to eliminate pops and clicks in audio output and input but I just can't change the clock source because it's greyed out - how can I make it changeable?

Have you seen the steps and specifics (analog vs. digital inputs) discussed in:
• "Soundtrack Pro: Setting the correct clock source for your audio interface."
• "Logic Pro/Express: Digital input not available."
Providing more specifics concerning your exact recording configuration may enable the audio gurus who answer questions here to give you additional assistance. You may also want to try your question on the Discussions for either of Apple's Soundtrack or Logic products, as those contributors are most familiar with audio set-up issues.

The iTunes app cannot disappear ... it may be on a different screen.
Regardless, you can force it to your home screen by doing:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout

My calendar isn't working on my iPad. I can't add any event. Someone said there is a "plus" button in the lower right corner and I have none.

I have tried to add events on my calendar app (the one already on my iPad when I got it) and I can't figure out how to add event. A friend said there should be a "plus" button on the lower right corner and I have none.

Was able to fix it. Just enable iCloud via your settings on your ipad. For some reason that allows Calendar to work properly. Just another way Apple is trying to make you use ALL of their products, rather than just one...

Thanks for the suggestion. Sadly, that did not fix it. I changed the sync setting as you described, but I still don't get my older events. I have turned my IOS devices off and on again too. One more piece of information, the only events I see for October are recurring events. Either one day events like birthdays set to repeat every year, or events within the month that spanned more than one day. No one time events or appointments are showing.

Go to settings -> iCloud and turn calendar on. This should hopefully resolve your issue

My home screen is gigantic. As a result I cannot see the keypad for entering in my passcode. Somehow, everything on my home screen has expanded to gigantic size. I've tried to reset the phone by holding the home button and the on off button...

My home screen is gigantic… So much so that 1/200 of the normal screen display now fills up the entire screen. As a result, I cannot even see my keypad to enter in my passcode. My iCloud is apparently 20gb and I have 6gb left. I'm attaching a screen shot. Any thoughts on how I can make available some more storage?

Hi. I have not used Roxio Jam for quite a long time and I just wanted to make a few CDs. Jam used to work easily and well. I have a problem. I can't drag and drop iTunes music files anymore and, now I have to import music one song at a time by using the "+" or "-" buttons on the bottom. What is going on? I trashed the preferences file and restarted Jam to no avail. I also have selected that Jam should open files with iTunes in the Jam preferences. I have a G5 DP 2Ghz PPC machine with OS 10.4.11, iTunes 9.2.1 and Quicktime's version is 7.6.4. I have 2 GB of RAM and the machine has dual 1.25 Ghz. processors plus a 500 GB HD. Can anybody give me any suggestions?

I found an solution.
Uninstalling AirParrot as well as the two offending AirParrotDriver.kext and APExtFramebuffer.kext files in System>Library>Extensions was the fix. All problems disappeared.
