Was the download of the File Manager application successful? If so, an icon for the application should have been added to your Home Screen.
Make sure you swipe to the left/right until you find the newly downloaded application.
If you dislike that specific File Manager, you may download and test different file manager applications from the link that Philipp provided.

Video calling of any kind not functioning? iPhone 4

My girlfriend and I have been trying for literally months now to figure out how to make video calls go through on our iPhone 4s. Before anyone gives the (obvious) answer, yes, we have added each other to our contact lists (on all video apps we've tried). We've mainly been using Skype for voice calls, but when attempting to do video calls we discovered that not only Skype, but every other app we have is dysfunctional. Our Skype apps are both completely up to date and the same versions. We are both connected to WiFi and have access to media features. We've attempted using both front and back cameras. We have tried uninstalling/reinstalling our apps, rebooting iPhones, restoring iPhones, using jailbroken and non-jailbroken OS, pretty much every combination of things we can think of.
We can talk just fine using voice calling features on apps, both iPhone to iPhone and iPhone to PC (when available). Voice call is flawless, works every single time, regardless of the platforms or OS versions or anything.
However, when attempting to use the video call features, we can both see our own camera views on our own screens, but the person we're calling simply gets a solid black screen. There's still voice and sound, just no video display at all. We've tried it between iPhones and iPhone to PC, all we get is a black screen if the iPhone camera is being used.
Video calling did work ONE time, just recently, from my iPhone to her computer (using Skype). She was able to see everything and hear things like it should work. After I hung up and attempted to video call again while she was on her iPhone, though, it was back to the black screen and no video. So, video from iPhone to PC worked once and then never again for no reason apparent to us.
Other video call apps we've tried, like the built-in FaceTime, ooVoo, and some others have also failed to work, showing only a black screen. So, this is apparently an issue with the iPhones themselves, but hopefully someone here would know a working solution.

It will help if you say whether you're on a Mac or PC.
Other people who have reported this error have resolved it by unsyncing music, then resyncing. Some have found that resyncing an album at a time helps

Hi!
I am rather new to Java ME and have a question: is it possible to initiate a phone and/or video call from within a java application? I found here some posts where it says it (might) work with a call to platformRequest() . Does this work, and if it does, is this a wellknown API or just vendor specific?
I would really appreciate some feedback and if you could share some lines of example code it would be just - wow :)

You can initiate a phone call using platformRequest(String URL) where the URL is of the form tel:<number>. But this method is only available in MIDP 2.0.

Smart tv to Smart tv video calls

In reading through some reviews online I noticed a post stating that a user was unable to initiate calls between two smart tvs. I was unable to locate more topics/discussions about others encountering the same issues. I wanted to ask the community if others experience similar issues or if this is an isolated incident. I have 3 households, all have 2013 or newer Samsung smart tvs and (assuming tv to tv is possible) they will have the Samsung VG-ST4000 tv cameras. Why does my ZTE open c Firefox OS smart phone forget the wlan settings and does not ring the alarm?

Sometimes it is even enough to go outside to the waste bin to let my smartphone forget the settings for the wireless lan. When I return I have to enter the - not so short - code from my wlan router again. After that the internet connection is running as it should.
Additionally the alarm clock does not work, I can set alarms as I like, setting the volume to the max and activate also the vibration alarm but nothing happens when the preset time is arrived, even when the alarm clock is shown on the screen the whole time. Is my phone broken? Or is it a bug in my Firefox OS installation?
Where does Firefox OS store these values for wlan connection and alarm times? Is there an internal database that is maybe corrupted?

Do you have more information regarding the alarm clock issues that you encounter? This may be very helpful to our engineering teams investigating. Please be aware that ZTE is the manufacturer of your device, and only they are able to release an update.

Chrome and Firefox only display phone version of Muse website and not the desktop content

My website workeffects.com was working properly a couple of weeks ago - desktop, tablet and phone. For some reason, now the desktop version only appears when it's viewed in Safari --- Chrome and Firefox only display the phone version of the site.
Please help. I have clients that need to see the desktop version.
I have Creative Cloud and everything is up to date on the software.

There is nothing whatsoever misleading about how FactTime is described by Apple. It works EXACTY as stated. If you are mislead, it's due to your inadequate reading comprehension or lack of effort reading what Apple actually said.
There is no "international" standard for cell phone video calling. Most other phones use proprietary systems or 3rd party apps such as Skype (which also works on iPhones). FaceTime is on WiFi internet connections only because all carriers have refused to allow it on their cell networks due to the huge number of iPhones. The FaceTime standard is open source and other manufacturers are free to implement it, but have refused so far.

Video calling on nokia N95

I am using the Nokia N95 on a Canadian network,Fido/Rogers. I have the 3g service activated,but when i try to make a video call it says network not supported.
I have another phone brand and it works fine,does not work with the N95

If you have an original N95, then it does not support the North American WCDMA (3G) frequencies and thus cannot do video calls in North America.
For that, you'd need the recently released N95 for North America.
