In Gmail, some pics or text won't load, but they wil in IE....

It happens every now and again, not consistantly.

It is possible that you clicked "Block Images" in the right-click context menu while saving an image.

* You can see the permissions for the domain in the current tab in Tools > Page Info > Permissions
* You can see all exceptions in Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions
You can use these steps to check if images are blocked:
* Open the web page that has the images missing in a browser tab.
* Click the website favicon ([[Site Identity Button]]) on the left end of the location bar.
* Click the "More Information" button to open the "Page Info" window with the Security tab selected (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info").
* Go to the <i>Media</i> tab of the "Tools > Page Info" window.
* Select the first image link and scroll down through the list with the Down arrow key.
* If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

Go back to iTunes, select the Music tab, uncheck the 'sync music; button, then hit apply.

Right after upgrading to Mountain Lion on my MacBook Pro, some websites on Firefox won't load videos and some look like html (or something like that).

I've used Firefox for a while on my MacBook Pro (about 1.5 years old) and it's worked great. Should be fully updated too. Immediately after I upgraded my OS to Mountain Lion, some websites wouldn't load correctly (looked like html or something). Also some websites like YouTube show video fine, but then at least one other website doesn't show the video window at all, much less play it. Safari doesn't have that problem. Any ideas?

Did you try turning off power nap?

Pictures that are sent to me both using iMessage and texts won't load on my iPhone

I have received many pictures from other phones, both iPhones and other non iPhones. iMessage and standard text messages have both contained pictures. However when I want to view the pictures, I cannot. When I click on the pictures it takes me to a black screen that says its loading but it never finishes. I have now figured out to save the picture then enter the photos app to look at the picture. Php page won't load but will in while testing

I have created a php page that connects to a db. While in
dreamweaver I can test the page and see the db content but can't
view the contents of the page if I got to the page via the website
www.mysite.com/testpage.php.
I have uploaded the connection files and the test file with
dependent files but the page won't load. Also I noticed that using
virtual for the php command doesn't work so I use include <?php
instead.
Since I can see the db contents via testing the page but
can't when viewing the page via www.mysite.com/testpage.php.
Can someone help shead some light on this??
UPDATE..
I removed the following from the PHP file and I was able to
get the page to load...
So what doctype should I be using??

Dreamweaver uses virtual() if you have set your site
definition to use
site root relative links. Unfortunately, virtual() is
supported only by
Apache, so the fact that it doesn't work indicates that your

This morning we resolved a problem that prevented Flash Player installations from completing for some of our Macintosh users.
If you encountered this problem, please delete any previously downloaded Flash Player installer and either:
Download the installer again from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer, OR
Download the stand-alone installer posted at the bottom of the http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-mac.html in the ‘Still having problems’ section.
If the behaviour reproduces, please clear the browser's cache and try downloading again.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

Images won't load or they load with errors.

I bought a new pc a couple of weeks ago, since then images won't load properly or simply won't load. Most of the time it happens with images hosted on imgur.com but happened a couple of times with other hosts too.
It seems to be a Firefox problem, because images are well displayed on Chrome & IE. Also it's odd because sometimes I cannot see an image, but if I try a few hours later I can view them perfectly.

I tried disabling all addons, but I still got errors. I'm using Firefox 28.0 on Win7 Ultimate SP1 x64.

Resetting Firefox seemed to be the only solution, worked fine.

What does it mean if I get blank text messages from someone but they are not coming from number they appear and disappear they are not coming over the network also emails have been moved around, has my phone been hacked?

I Have been getting blank texts from a number, but the person who owns the niumber is not sending them, they appear then disappear, they are not coming over the network, they come even though number has been black listed, also emails have been moved, I believe by someone who is cyberstalking me but don't know how to prove it, what can I do ?

When a Mac is "registered" for iMessages account with an Apple ID the Serial Number of the Mac is used to create an Auth Token as it is called for the Messages app that allows that Mac to work.
I would guess a similar process of linking the Number of the iPhone to a Hardware fact about the device is also in place.
I would contact Apple Support and check with them. (you might need to speak to a Level 2 person as Level 1 people are script led and try to fit everything into Software or Hardware categories where as sorting and Apple ID (which the Number is in this case) is normally Free).

I can't text just one person, but they can text me?

Summary:
My mate can text me (I get his texts), I can text him (It sends) but he doesn't receive my texts.
He can call me, but I couldn't call him(Fixed by adding an extra digit? [AAA BBBBBB B]) So now, I'm calling an incorrect number, but he gets the call?
Also, iMessage works fine, and so does internet messaging (Facebook, Whatsapp)???
I have tried disabling iMessage, clearing his contact, he hasn't blocked me on his phone, tried hard and soft reset, updated to the latest iOS too...
Also, we're both on the same network, Three Ireland, and we both have iPhones (iPhone 5 and iPhone 6)
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Do you have other contacts on the same provider? Without any problems?
Best bet would be to contact the provider to find out about the call and text issues.

Some of my text won't send

I have a Iphone 3 GS on the orange network. I have a problem with 3 of my contacts, i can recieve calls and text from them, i can call them but not send text to them, anyone know why?

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your phone. We certainly want you to be able to utilze all your phones functions completly. Now is this issue with iMessage or text messaging overall? Can you try to reset your network settings by going to settings>general>reset>reset network settings. Also if people are having issues reaching you we may need to look into connection issues with your phone getting service. Have you been able to pinpoint specific times when the issue happens i.e work, home, in car? Please keep us updated on the issue.

FireFox isn't working right on my Mac. Sometimes it won't load at all( says server not found) and sometimes pics and video won't load. If I switch to IE or safari it works fine.

I just got a Mac ( I have always had a pc) and I loaded the most update version of Firefox on it. Many times during the day I will go to a website and it will get a "Server not found" message. I can't refresh the page and fix it, but if I go to IE or Safari the webpage shows up fine. It's not just the webpage cause it is never the same one and it can happen to any site. Also when using Firefox there are many times when I go to a page and not all the pics load or if there is a video on the page the video doesn't load. Again if I then go to IE or safari everything is there and works fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled FireFox and nothing changed. I cleared my cache, cookie, history and still nothing. I love firefox so this is really frustrating. Any help please.

Did you ever fix this, because I am having the same problem

MacBook with 10.6.6 using Firefox 3.6.13. Parts of many websites not loading properly, from banking to Google searches. I'll see some of the text on the page, but most is missing.

Example: I do a Google search using the word 'Firefox' and see most of the Google upper left corner details but no info or URLs actually load so no searching can be done.
If I copy and paste a chunk of the page, I do see the text that should be visible, but is not.
Is there a way of sharing screen grabs? Easier than describing this.

No I'm not using NoScript, but I'm pleased to report that the problem got resolved by deleting the original bookmark, logging in again, opening Google calendar, then bookmarking it again.
