I have this exact problem. I have 3 email addresses on my mac and I can select one, and the email still be sent through another account and I won't know it until I get a reply for that email in one of the other accounts.

Both ipads have the same apple id and password. iTunes synced everything from my iPad to my wife's iPad. Now we have two identical iPads looking like mine. Updates do not normally require any kind of password access. It is more likely your machine's security is asking for you to allow things to be updated.

trying to rent movie from Apple TV. Message states a valid address is necessary to purchase. We have purchased about 15 show in the last month along. Any suggestion on how to update valid email address.
I got the same error and can't get it to work. My email and home address have not changed in the 3 years I've been using this device, my credit card info is up to date and my most recent rental was 2 days ago yet I get the error message on both the Apple TV and in iTunes. I don't understand what the issue is, nothing is invalid.

If the same website is opening each time you launch a browser (Safari?) hold down the shift key as you launch to prevent previous pages from opening.
Have a look at your settings in Safari > Preferences. Especially General and Privacy.
Reset Safari to remove cookies and other stored data.

Hi. My new computer had Acrobat on it. Suddenly, I was unable to open any PDF's. and then I tried to update and was forwarded to the Adobe site that said I had to buy a monthly subscription. I do not have the physical box with a serial number and was going to buy the one advertised on the website until I discovered it's only for students and teachers, which I am not. What should I do next as I need to use PDFs on a daily basis. Thanks! I would like to be able to download this and pay online. Possible? I currently have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. == either after I last updated to 3.6.6 or .7 or reset my inernet exploerer values to defaultI had same problem where Firefox 3.6.8 would not start or open. Spent many hours trying different things to fix it. Uninstall of previous version and reinstall did not make any difference. Finally, after uninstalling Firefox, I searched for Firefox folders and files on my computer, deleted and removed all Firefox folders and files - deleted anything and everything related to Firefox so that it will be as if I was going to download Firefox for the first time ever. Then, using another browser, I downloaded Firefox 3.6.8 and installed it. It could be that some Add-Ons or something else from the older version of Firefox or profile was interfering with the new one. It was easier to delete remove everything and install all over again clean than to figure out which part was causing the problem.
Keep in mind, when you delete all Firefox folders and files from your computer, you are deleting all your bookmarks and all your Add-ons. If you want to keep those bookmarks, you might want to save the URLs someplace safe to bookmark them again before deleting them. You need to re-install the Add-ons also. Upon installation, it asks if you want to import bookmarks and settings from another browser or settings you might have. I imported them from my other browser. Now, Firefox works. I also installed up-to-date Add-ons.
I hope this helps. Always keep more than one browser functioning on your computer, just in case one fails. -

My drive failed on my iMac and I had to get a new drive but now my iTunes music is gone including all the CD's I added to iTunes, and all of my custom Playlists. All of that stuff is still on my iPhone 4, but how do I get it all onto my iMac again?
