Google Chrome does not have any issues and Safari at least downloads the file to be manually opened.
Any ideas?

I was able to locate a support article for the error you mentioned. The following steps may help you get your device back to working order:
iOS: Restore errors 4005, 4013, and 4014 - Apple Support
You may see one of these messages if the device unexpectedly disconnects during the update or restore or iTunes couldn't tell the device to go to the restore state.
The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4005).

Try these steps to resolve the issue:
Install the latest version of iTunes.
Restart your computer.

Currently in DFU Mode, connected to my Lenovo (Windows OS) laptop.
Now the itunes asked for:

I'm not sure whether rentals appear on your purchase history, but try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If it doesn't appear there (or if that process doesn't work, it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes), then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -

I did disable the security (AVG and Zone Alarm) when I tried on my own PC. My wife's laptop which eventually got it working also uses AVG and Zone Alarm but on an XP O/S whereas my PC is Vista - maybe this is why.

Check under App Store/Purchases for your purchase. Install it from there again. ... Hopefully you did buy this from Apple's App Store, right!

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)Check under App Store/Purchases for your purchase. Install it from there again. ... Hopefully you did buy this from Apple's App Store, right!

Google login does not work anymore - 5 months of data lost!? unknown error
Hi,
I've been using lifelog with the smartband 10 since end of june now - so I'm quite familiar with how it should work.
Since like 5 days when entering lifelog it asks me to sign in. This is not normal but it has done this like 3 times in the past already but no problem it just recharged my data from the server.
Now when I'm selecting my google account I get a white screen with a circular charging icon and after like a minute Unknown error.
At this point I did not have updated any application on my phone or changed whatsoever. Afterwards of course I updated/deleted/reinstalled lifelog but it still doesnt work.
I was able to create a new Sony account and it will enter lifelog but I dont want to lose all my data on my google account! Email on this account works fine.
Please help... I'm desperate :-(Anyone?
