Unless you have backed up your iCal data, there is no way to retrieve the now missing data. To easily back up your calendar data, simply choose the Back up Database… option under the File menu in iCal.

Once you've done that, press the Reset Sync Data… button, choose Calendars from the drop down menu and pick the option to replace the data on your Macintosh with data stored on the .Mac servers.

He has invoices in folders for both, and wants to set up the Mac like this:
When he writes from one email address and attaches documents - he want the Mac always to go to the corresponding folder for that company of his. Same for the other email address...

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether your problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Shut down your computer, wait 30 seconds, and then hold down the shift key while pressing the power button.
When you see the gray Apple logo, release the shift key.
If you are prompted to log in, type your password, and then hold down the shift key again as you click Log in.
*Note: If FileVault is enabled under OS X 10.7 or later, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode. Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Yes. As you edit each one, you will get a dialog asking whether you want to change all or just the current one.

I'm using xterm and /bin/zsh, but it looks ugly. It's a white background with a black text. On debian, I use to right click and hit preferences and went from there. But when I right click it just highlights the shell. How can I customize background color, change font, etc?

If I was you, I would go through each thing listed and figure out each one. Understanding each element is essential.

Can we customize the column name in filter view?

When i select filter view and select an option from the drop down, it shows the name of the column and not the variable set in the prompt.
I want to customize that name so that it does not show the column name,shows the name given by us instead.

You can't customize the filter view, play around with the narrative view instead.

So I am thinking to add smth like a link in the page for the mailto function. I was asked to send an email notification to the top management whenever there's smth new added approved.

So, it's too short when define the meaning.

You can add each adjustment to the default set from the gears-icon in the adjustment brick.

How can We Customize Format of the output of "PO Output for Communication" Program.
Executable is "POXPOPDF" Execution File name is "PoGenerateDocumentCP" which is a java program.
"PO Output for Communication Program" is used to generate DRAFT PO details in pdf Format to go with Workflow Notification for PO Approval.

Infact we need to Change Format/data of the pdf file wich comes with Workflow Notification PO "Response Required for PO Approval".
I the pdf file attached is generated by "PO Output for Communication" Concurrent Program.
Executable is "POXPOPDF" Execution File name is "PoGenerateDocumentCP" which is a java program.
This prgram uses the following files to generate pdf output of draft PO output.
DATA FILE:
PO_STANDARD_PO.xml
PO_STANDARD_PO.xsd
TEMPLATE:
PO_STANDARD_XSLFO.xsl
I need to know any visual layout editor available to change contents/layout/data of this pdf.

Can I customize the ranges of time captured in my browsing history?

Under history can I customize the span of time covered in my browsing history? For example, my History menu now shows "Today", "This Month", "November", and "October". I would like it to say each of the days for the past week instead of just Today. For example, on Monday the list would say "Today" followed by "Sunday", "Saturday", "Friday", "Thursday", "Wednesday" and "Tuesday". Then it would have "Last Week" followed by "Last Month".

I know that you need to be an Enterprise user to have completely customized storefronts, but how much can you customize Professional user storefronts? What do they look like? Most magazines I've seen are Enterprise level

With a Professional account, you cannot customize the storefront. If you create a subscription app, you can specify subscription tiles and indicate with subscription durations are available, but that's about it.

Ical can't add events to Exchange only if I change the time zone

Hi, I recently update my MacBook from Snow Leopard to Lion (10.7.3) and I was using iCal with Exchange in my organization without any problem, but now I cannot add events, I get a message saying that iCal can't add the evento to Exchange, and it gives me 3 options Cancel, Restore or Redo.
I search in the forums for this message but none has come to a posible solutions, but I found a discution that someone enable the time zone support and specifies a diferent time zone in the event and "voila" it fixes the problem, the events now are added to Exchange; but obviously this turnaround is not good because the meetings you have to mention the difference in the time to get a meeting done.
Anyone knows how to report this situation to Apple Support?

Sorry I do not write to give solutions, only to mention I have the same problem. Additionally, I can share that for the same Exchange account server I can register new events from my iPhone and my iPad. In both instances, events are uploaded to the server and appear in my MacBook's iCal.
