In iCloud How to change wrong Apple ID?

Hi,
Have an Iphone 5C with uptodate 7.1.1 When I go into Settings , then iCloud, the Apple ID is wrong and Greyed out so I cant put
the correct Apple ID into the iphone. How do I change the Apple ID in the icloud settings???

You do so by deleting the account: Settings>iCloud...scroll down..."Delete Account".

Why would you not be able to use your existing Apple ID and iTunes account on a new laptop? If you authorized the computer - you should be able to use your existing account - unless you already had 5 computers authorized with the existing ID - and that was why iTunes would not accept the ID. However, I'm sure that you would have received a popup message from iTunes telling you that you had reached the limit.
I just received a new MBP and my daughter did as well. My entire family shares an Apple ID and we had no issues at all with my Apple ID and iTunes on our new computers and I did not have to sign up for a new account. Did you even try the old ID?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

Sorry to ask but... are you absolutely certain you have entered your Apple ID and account password correctly?
If you use the same Apple ID for iCloud and the iTunes store, see if you are able to log into the iTunes store from either your computer or your iPod.

You might want to keep the same Apple ID you used for your iPhone 4S on your new iPhone 5S. As deggie pointed out you can access the purchased made with that Apple ID on the new device.
If you are getting the "Your Apple ID is disable" it might be because you entered the wrong password many times and for security reasons Apple disables your account until proper validation. You could visit iforgot.apple.com and reset your password to make sure you can use it.
