In ios 8 will i get a notification to let me allow or deny access to restricted websites?

I know that in ios8 you will be able to choose if you want your child to install an app, remotely on the parents iPhone. will this also apply to websites? at the current state parental controls blocks almost every website. It would be better if the parental controls were improved in Safari or i would be able to get a notification on my iPhone with a prompt to allow the website or not.

That would be difficult to answer. Only Apple could explain what is going to happen with that, and since iOS 8 has not been released to the public yet, it would be speculation on what it might or might not do and that is not allowed on the forum. If you really do not have enough space on your HDD for a backup of your iPad, you do not have enough space at all. Free up at least 15% of your HDD, in any case more than 0.8GB for the iPad update.
Make backups on an external disk.
After freeing up enough space, try again.

Thanks Bob, I don't know why but it all of a sudden worked a few days later. It's a mystery but at least problem solved.

No, but cellular data will be used at whatever international roaming rate you carrier charges for data in whatever country.
Exchanging iMessages requires the same thing as email - an available internet connection. SMS/MMS is completely separate from iMessage.

I went back to iOS 7 and my backup file is restoring but when its done nothing is on my phone still and only takes 11-15 minutes to restore the backup instead of taking 25+ minutes like usual so I guess the backup is corrupted. How can I fix this?
