You cannot downgrade your software. The only way you can downgrade your software is by jailbreaking your device (which can be risky if you dont know what your doing). Remember if you are downgrading by jailbreaking it will void your warranty with Apple - and you could run the risk of disabling your device.
However, im not too sure about the YouTube problem, my only guess is that since it is not an original app that comes with the iOS software.

Quick answer if you let iTunes manage your music: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Start iTunes with the option (shift on Windows) key held down and guide it to the new location of the library.
An alternative which is really not what you should have to do, or the way it is intended to be done, if you properly manage your computer and backups:

Sync transfer is one way, computer to device, matching the device content to the content on the computer (except purchased content as mentioned above). Do not regard your i-device as a reliable unique storage for your media. It is not a backup device and everything is structured around you maintaining your media on a computer which is itself backed up.

No. The "heavy" version requires using ActiveX controls and Windows services. No way to run those on an iPad.

Just installed sage crm and to integrate with email it requires the use of Internet Explorer, is there a way round this?

Most of the office use mozilla but we have just moved our database and office management to Sage CRM. In order to integrate the browser with CRM and transfer emails diary etc from CRM to outlook we have to use Internet explorer. Is there any good reason for this and is there a way round.

When you are the Family Sharing organizer, purchases are billed to your account unless the family member making purchases has an iTunes Gift Card or iTunes credit on their account. The attached article has more information on how this process works.

What I may suggest in your situation would be to discontinue the Family Sharing and use iCloud calendar sharing. Using this method keeps your accounts separate but allows you to still share your calendar.

I have set up a preflight command to flag up any text below 5pt as an error, which works fine. It doesn't flag up text at 5pt - only below... Great! However, if I have some text set also set at 5pt, yet rotated vertically, it flags it up as below 5pt. Has anyone else had experience with this, and if so, is there a work around? Thanks!

If you still have the contacts in your Outlook Client, I suggest you setup the Microsoft Account(Windows Live) in Outlook via Exchange ActiveSync, then move the contacts to the contacts folder of the Microsoft Account, let it sync, then all will be done,
you don't have to export and import the .csv file any more.

Hehe thanks for that, but I'm coming at this from the angle of not having a mouse to do that. I realise the obvious answer then is to plug one in, but I'm hoping there's another, keyboard-based way to do this.

I am tryin to set up a new 5S but it is stuck on the apple logo. Is there a way round this?

I have just bought a 5S. I have opted for the restore form icloud backup but it is now stuck at the logo screen with no movement on the status bar for over 2 hours. I have tried holding down the home button and the power button and restarting from there but it gets stuck earlier on in the process!

This is happening to me, too, on one of our new company phones. I tried resetting but it is still hanging on the Apple logo with progress bar not advancing. I would assume connecting to iTunes to restore to factory would be the next step to try?

You can only use one account at a time in iTunes. Indeed if you try switching accounts you may well find you are unable to switch back for 90 days.

In that case you'll have to use a 3rd party software to get everything off of your phone and onto your computer. Google: iPad/iPhone/iPod to Computer Transfer. You have to pay for it but it's really worth it. You get free updates for life. I've used it several times.

Did you recently deauthorize a bunch of computers? You can only deauthorize all once year.

The only way to do what you want is to log into your wife's iTunes Store account on your iPad. Doing this will lock you out of your account for 90 days.

If you refresh the page and start over, the problem doesn't happen. But on the first page load it always seems to happen.
Here is a link to the module I am working with. If you let the video play for a couple seconds on the first slide, and then click a navigation link to another slide, you will still hear the audio from the first slide playing.
