In iTunes 10.5.3.3, iPhone is no longer connecting

Brief outline is that I have recently updated to iTunes 10.5.3.3 and my iPhone no longer syncs. I have tried the following:
Reinstalling iTunes
Different USB ports
Different USB cables
Restarting windows (each time I have reinstalled iTunes)
Connecting my iPhone to another PC with a previous version of iTunes (Which was successful in prompting an update)
I have also followed the following link for indepth support: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538
I have even wiped my phone using iCloud

    Okay, I am back with an old problem that I had with iTunes 9.0. iTunes will not see my iPhone if I am connected to the internet. If I turn off the WiFi, I am fine. Is there a fix for this? I found the following (see below) on 1 website and did all of them already. I don't have # 3, so I did not have to try that one thing.
    Run through this series of potential fixes, which will solve sync issues for most users:
    1. Reinstall iTunes. In some cases this issue can be resolved by completely removing then reinstalling iTunes as described in this Apple Knowledge Base article.
    2. Remove third-party backup software. If you’ve installed software for an external hard drive or another device, it may include an automatic backup utility that recognizes the iPad as a storage device, interfering with the normal sync process. Try uninstalling any such software then re-syncing your iPad.
    3. Remove iToner. It appears that the presence of Ambrosia Software’ iToner software may cause problems with syncing the iPad. Navigate to ~/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins and/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins (the Library folders inside your user folder and at the root level of your startup drive) and look for a file called iTonerSupport.bundle. Remove it, then restart, and check to see if iPad syncing occurs more quickly.
    4. Delete iTunes .plist. Delete the following file
    ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.itunes.plist then restart

    try deleting these preference files

    •C:\Documents and Settings\Your Username Here\Local Settings\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes

    It sounds like you're not able to sync your iPhone to iTunes wirelessly, or Bluetooth connections are not working as expected. 
    The iPhone syncs wirelessly to iTunes using a Wi-Fi connection. If you haven't been able to sync wirelessly since updating to iOS 8.1.2, you can use the steps in this article to check your sync settings in iTunes:

  • Iphone 5 no longer connects to my PC after last update OS8.1

    Firstly I am not a "tech" expert and really do not understand the whole lingo etc - in fact I find it VERY overwhelming whenever I have an issue that needs to be solved with all the massive volume of technical jargon thrown around and end up being totally lost and frustrated - so if there is anyone who can help that will be just wonderful.
    I have an I-phone 5 and a Toshiba PC which runs Windows 7 - easy so far.
    I use my phone for a small business (otherwise I wouldn't have one at all) and when I go to do quotes I take photos and then downloaded them to my PC for future reference (I have ALWAYS been able to do this by simply plugging my phone into a free USB port (always use the same one for all devices) and away we go all works great.
    HOWEVER, since the last 2 updates my Iphone will no longer connect to my PC.  After the first one was botched (the one that was recalled quickly) and OS8.1 (which I know have) - whenever I do this exact same procedure my Iphone does no longer appear.
    How do I make it work again - the simple, easy, straightforward way that it used to (I guess that since the Apple thing has now been "improved" and made "better and easier" for me it will be impossible to do?

    Iphone 5 no longer connects to wifi. Finds network, password correct but then ' cannot connect to network'. Connected to network till today, connects to other networks. Other iphone 5's are able to connect to this network. Please help?
    I have turned the phone on and off and reset the network settings. I have also turned the wifi switch on and off.

    Call Apple support or take it to an Apple store for evaluation. If it is defective they will replace it.

    Problem solved!! I finally managed to pair the SE HCB-100 car kit speakerphone with the 3GS. I surfed the SE web site and it mentioned resetting the speakerphone. Tried it on 'one color ID' but it didn't work so I did it on all 'color IDs' and left it on reset mode when it 'accidentally' was picked up by my 3GS while searching!!! Found 'headset' and then recognised it as HCB-100. One happy guy for the holidays!!!

    I have just upgraded my itunes to 10.3 64 bit but since the upgrade my itunes no longer connects to my phone, its fine with my ipod classic, I;m using the iphone 3gs 32 g.     It's possible that the iTunes software didn't update properly.   Try the specific steps below for the iPhone first:

    If the issue is not resolved, you may need to uninstall iTunes and all of it's components, and reinstall the latest version as explained in this article:

I have looked at most communities and almost none answer my questions, I have restarted my computer a billion times and I have a brand new USB Cord, the only thing I have done is updated iTunes.     I just bought my husband a new iPhone 5s and successfully connected it to our home wifi; however, now my iPhone 5 won't connect.  All other home devices will connect without an issue. I've tried Reseting the Network Setting on my iPhone and that does not work.  It first gives me a message that states it is "unable" to connect to the network, then when I try again, it says the password is incorrect (and it is not).  I'ver tried turning my router off and on again as well.  Is there a way to just set an IP address maybe?

    Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.
    If this does not help, setting it up as new device would be the next step:
