Check on your server to see what maiul options are selected.  If your mail account is set to "download all attachments automatically", that may be an option you want to de-select.

    1) Check the date/time of the .jsp compared to the .class generated for it.
              You could have a mismatch between the clocks on multiple machines.
              2) Delete the temp deployments directory to force WebLogic to rebuild
              those.

  • Safari acts like Flash and Java are not installed, even though they are

    Even though I have the latest versions installed, websites viewed in Safari tell me that I need Flash and/or Java. I have searched the forums and tried every suggestion, with no fix:
    • Uninstall and re-install Flash
    • Re-install Java
    • Delete the Flash player cache (~ > Library > Caches > Adobe > Flash Player)
    • Repair permissions on the hard drive
    Flash and Java were both working fine until the 10.6.5 upgrade. Flash and Java both work in Firefox and Chrome on the same machine. (Everything is the latest version.)
    If anyone has a solution that will actually restore the use of Flash (don't really care about Java), that would be awesome! Thanks in advance for your help!

    Then launch Disk Utility. Applications / Utilities then repair disk permissions.

  • Extension icons/menus are not visible even though the extensions are enabled. How to fix?

    Extensions do not work as they should when enabled. They do not show up in their designated places (status bar, next to address bar, right-click menu). This applies to all extensions. I have disabled, re-enabled, and messed with the options. Nothing seems to work. Is there any way to fix this?
    I have tried changing the settings in about:config, but that has no effect, either.

    You can delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox [[Profiles|profile folder]] to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required.

    If you see disabled extensions that are not compatible on the next start in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the "Find Updates" button to do a compatibility check.

  • The opened web pages are not correct even though the address in the link roperty is correct. The web page opens a blank page and says "Done"

    When I search for a web sites, it gives a list of connected web site.
    If I click a particular web site, it immediately opens a blank page and says"done" at the bottom of the page. The opened web address is wrong even though the link property shows the correct address.

  • Self tuning threads are not releasing even though server running fine.

    One of the cluster instance is running fine and serving the requests with good response but there self tuning threads are not releasing .I am not seeing any stuck threads in logs and no errors. why threads are not releasing.How we can troubleshoot this issue.   • Mail window will not open, even though app is running in the toolbar

    Hi all,   when I click on the mail app in my toolbar, the app is running as it has the little grey dot underneath and is displaying that I have unread emails ... no window will pop up though so I can't actually get into the mailbox at all!
    I am running on OS X Yosemite 10.10.2    Mail version 8.2 and my MacBook Pro (mid 2012) is not showing that any updates are due.

    Please take these steps to delete the Mail "sandbox" folders.
    Step 1
    Back up all data.
    Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail
    Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
              Services ▹ Reveal
    from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If it does, move the selected folder—not just its contents—to the Desktop. Leave the Finder window open for now.
    Restart the computer. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. Any custom stationery that you created may be lost. Ask for instructions if you want to preserve that data. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window.
    Caution: If you change any of the contents of the sandbox, but leave the folder itself in place, Mail may crash or not launch at all. Deleting the whole sandbox will cause it to be rebuilt automatically.
    Step 2
    If Step 1 doesn't solve the problem, repeat with this line:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.MailServiceAgent
    *If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination  command-C. In the Finder, select
              Go ▹ Go to Folder...
    from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.

  • Mail accounts are not showing up in Mail

    I recently migrated my 2011 MBP to a 2013 MBP.  I had Mavericks installed on both computers.  Everything works fine except that I can't add other mail accounts.  I put in my primary email (a GoDaddy account) and my local cable account (Time Warner).  When I added my Exchange, iCloud, and Gmail accounts, I do not get any inboxes for them in Apple Mail.  I deleted all the accounts, added them back through either mail prefs or accounts, I deleted plist, I restarted in safe mode and ran diagnostics, yada yada.  I only get my GoDaddy and Time Warner inboxes eventhough the accounts pane in system prefs says they're all there.  Interestingly, I do get calendar information from my exchange account.  Also, these mailboxes are still working perfectly fine on my older laptop.  Any ideas?

    This is occurring because the 'Administrators' role does not have permission to 'Manage Email Accounts'. If you're able to, log into the admin console > Site Settings > User Roles > Administrators > Permissions, and assign 'Manage Email Accounts' to this role.
    If you can't update the permissions, let me know and I will do this on your behalf.

  • Mail Rules Are Not Being Saved After Mail Is Close & Opended

    I am using Mail 3.6 with 10.5.8 on a Macbook Pro. I have set up mail rules so that an email from a specific person's email address goes to two places: 1) Move to a folder on .Mac & 2) the Inbox on the Mail app. Upon first setting this up it works. BUT when closing and opening the program or waking up the computer from a sleep status the rule disappears and the Rule Preference window shows that email message is now going only to the .Mac folder & none to the Inbox!
    I spent a lot of time with Tech Support via telephone and even ended up reinstalling (A&I) OS 10.5 (plus updates); this was done on the tech's theory that Mail was corrupt on the root level. HOWEVER, that was not the solution as the problem still exists with the reinstalled OS.
    Can someone from Apple's tech support who has knowledge of this issue please help?

    if there is an incident or case number involved in the issue you
    have experienced with corrective actions taken so far in your
    communications with Tech Support(?) by phone, be certain a
    reference is made to that conversation, for proper follow-ups.

    There may be some other issue, perhaps relating to hardware
    or something else, that may bear looking into. Have you seen
    a result of the system log files and reports, such as Console
    generates from the computer in action? There may be a clue
    in those almost cryptic reports. Also, you have a hardware test
    on bootable partition in the original system install disc; that's a
    specific test version for your computer, an Apple Hardware Test.
    Boot instructions are on the disc's label. Run it in a repeat-loop.
    Is there any third-party software installed later on, which could
    result in complications or conflicts with the Mac's Mail app?
    The problem, if not software, could be hardware. Or a logic error.
    If you have AppleCare coverage in effect on the computer, that
    is the call to make; and keep track of your incident/case number.

    Try going into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > select the account > account name , tap on SMTP (under the 'Outgoing Mail Server' heading) and then tap on your Primary Server and try entering your email account and password and see if you can then send emails

  • Deleted attachments are not removed from Content Server

    We have setup Content Server to store business documents and create attachments in documents in CO. Both types are stored ok and can be opened without any problems. After deleting them though, they disappear from the Attachment List but when looking in CS, attachments created on the document still exist in CS. Stored business documents on the other hand are removed properly.
    Looking at statistics in CSADMIN shows that the deletion of the created attachment does not increment the "delete" counter.
    Any ideas on why the created attachments are not removed from CS upon deletion?

    We have solved this issue now. By design, the attachments are not removed directly from the content server upon deletion; Instead you will need to run report RSBCS_REORG to completely remove them from the Content Server.

    First of all, try another port on your computer. Some ports are not connected direct to the motherboard and do not recognize the iPod as well as those that are. Reset the iPod each time you connect it to another port.
    Still no joy, see these.

    iPod does not appear in iTunes.
    Fast user switching in Windows XP is not supported.

    I was not complete clear.
    Since you never changed the settings in the advanced section of iTunes preferecnes, you have to chech that your music is really in the location setted in the folders reported in the advanced section.  If not you have 2 ways: reset the position of this folders or in the actual disk organisation or in the pointing on the preferences.
    If you press the reset button you just give to itunes its default setting as for the position of the music files: probably this will be a good choice if you have never changed any default preference.
    But before I would check the folders and see if the songs are really there
    In my iTune I have this, and I believe it is the default.
