In MIRO,more than one PO with different vendors than also system is posting

Dear All,
When in MIRO, vendor invoice is posting with reference to more than one PO's and if vendors are different in PO's then also system is posting vendor invoice and in this case, system is considering vendor of first mentioned PO and posting the document. This is error found to be in factory business process and need to be controlled immediately, otherwise any repercussions can be faced in future.
Can anyone advice how to control this.

Hi,
The system will take over the invoicing party from the first PO and
ignore the invoice party from other POs.
You can see it in Detail tab in MIRo (or in MIR4). This is standard funktionality.

I have a free books account and later applied for a paid books account.
This required setting up a new Apple ID and not using the same email or passwords.
So they are two totally separate accounts - on my computer.
That part is not a problem for you and your father.
The other aspect is both will need to open an iTunes Connect account for each ID.
I dont see delivery as a problem.
The part I am not sure about in your case is iTunes - as I only have me as usuer on the computer its never been an issue, but there is a Family sharing option available.
The previous post is the best starting point as you will both need separate accounts.

If you want in Single column different value for different Rows based on same Key Figure, you can create Structure where you can define different logic for each row but using same key figure.
If you want to use different Key figures then you should have to Restricted Key Figure and for any calculation you can use calculated Key figure.

Yes for iTunes....started a new account and when I try to sign in to the store it gives me a message that this id hasn't been used and would you like to review at which time then it tells me your request cannot be completed and to check date on computer and the cookies well the date is correct and not sure what or how to alter the cookies..I turned firewall off and tried that but still no luck...also deleted temp cookies and still having problems..I have been trying to fix this for days and just about to give up any ideas

Sap is allowing Miro more then one time against the GRN. We have done miro twice and it is still open for miro. In normal case after doing miro SAP shows zero value and qty in grn field in miro screen.
i want to ristrict his .

Option-1:Use T.Code:OMRM & maintain the message M8 -081 as error,Quantities invoiced greater than goods receipt quantity as error [maintain GR-based IV in the PO item level ]
Option-2:Use T.code: OMRM & Maintain the message M8 -087 - Invoice quantity greater than PO quantity [item without GR] as error.

Wifi sync 2 iPhones in one iTunes with different Apple-ID's. My Phone will show up in iTunes, my wife's wont. After plugging my wife's phone into my Win 8.1 pc and check Sync over wifi, I hit the eject button, could this be the reason? Or might it be the different Apple-ID's? If the answer is the first, is there any way tohave iTunes forgetmy wife's phone so I can addit from scratch?

I know this, but thats in the past now sadly. The question is: Why wont my wife's iPhone show up in iTunes via wifi?
Is it because I pushed the eject button? And if so, is there any way I can make iTunes forget my wife's iPhone and *** it from scratch again?

I'm creating a new component in Ultiboard - a 100 pin connector. This connector (Hirose) has 4 rows of 25 pins. Alternate rows are staggered. I'm trying to name each pin with it's appropiate name: A1, A2, A3 ....A50. Then B1, B2, B3 .....B50.
When I change the VALUE or NUMBER attribute, I get the DRC error message:
This action cannot be completed because the resulting Object would have more then one attribute with the tag :VALUE
Please remove one of the attributes and try again.
Okay, so I've tried deleting the tag and now I can't name the pin at all.
What am I missing?

You should be in the footprint editor to edit the pin name. Select tools>>Database>>Database Manager, highlight the component in your database and click on the Edit icon. In the footprint editor, double click on the pad and a SMT or THT pin Properties dialog appears, select the Attributes tab and highlight the Number row, press the change button and you should be able to change the pin name.

Oracle installation on more than 1 system

Is there any way to install oracle on more than 1 systems simultaneously? Please let me know if there is any.

I am assuming what you want to do is "clone" your ORACLE_HOME on one server to all the others.
Have been doing this since 9i to make an exact copy of ORACLE_HOME in prod for use in test, uat or devt.
The advantage is even you patches get carried over exactly as-is.
From what you have said, this is the first-time install on all servers so it will be a bit easier.
Some prerequisites for this to work easily and smoothly on all hosts you want to install on:
1. Set the oracle user and its dba, oinstall groups to use the same uid and gid respectively.
2. Configure Solaris packages, kernel parameters and oracle user permissions/limits as stated in the installation guide.
3. Setup a common directory structure for ORACLE_BASE (which should not be the same as the login /home/oracle directory)
such as /u00/app/oracle and ORACLE_HOME such as /u00/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1
4. Configure a common inventory directory (usually $ORACLE_BASE/oraInventory)
- this will be copied over also from the first to the other nodes.
5. Configure the .profile of the Oracle user as needed by the install docs (and customize as you wish)
6. Configure a common way of transferring files across the nodes either by:
a. setting up rsh/rcp or ssh/scp equivalence - e.g. you can copy a file as oracle on one server to the other with no password
prompt and the permissions are easily preserved - I use ssh usually and the steps are:
a) generate a key: ssh-keygen - t rsa (just press enter for prompts)
b) copy the $HOME/.ssh/id_rsa.pub to a new file authorized_keys
c) you will later copy authorized_keys to each other node other than the first so that the first server can "push" a file
to them from the first server
b. configure a NAS for NFS or simply setup the first server as a NFS server
7. Configure a directory readable/writable for Oracle to contain files to push to other servers such as /u00/tmp
First, proceed with installation of the software on the first node and apply patches, if any, that you want.
Create a test database if you want to confirm that it works and maybe run netca if needed to make a prototype tnsnames.ora
(you need to setup a listener independently per server).
Then, do a tar cvzf /u00/tmp/ohome.gz $ORACLE_HOME. Also copy into /u00/tmp $ORACLE_BASE/oraInventory, /etc/oraInst.loc
(this may be /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc for Solaris) and and /etc/oratab (if any).
Then, on each server other than the first:
1. Copy over the .profile from the first server
2. Copy over ohome.gz either from NFS or else by doing scp from the first server
3. Extract the ORACLE_HOME by tar xvzf /u00/tmp/ohome/gz
4. Copy oraInventory to $ORACLE_BASE/oraInventory
5. Copy /etc/oraInst.loc and /etc/oratab
You should now be able to run everything on the new server when you login as oracle.
As a post install, you can also relink the executables such as the Oracle binary by:
1. cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib
2. make -f ins_rdbms.mk ioracle
You can also refer to Metalink note 559304.1 and 565009.1
By using same oracle user id and group across nodes, you avoid the complication and need for Metalink note 558478.1.

Netinstall more than 1 system at a time

I am having issues booting more than 1 system at a time to netinstall. Once netinstall is going, I can then boot another machine to netinstall. Is there a way to boot all of my machines at once and then begin the netinstall process?

Or you can use ARD. There you set up all computers to boot from the netinstall image and then tell them all to reboot. 5 mouse clicks maximum!
With 20 computers and a 16 GB netinstall image it took about 3h to install all computers. The slowest needing 3h was a G4 1GB machine, the fastest was a G5 with GigEth which took 30 mins.

I clone my library to a portable drive using SyncToy 2.1, a free tool from MS. I run this both at home & work so that I essentially have three identical copies of my library for backup redundacy, any of which I can use to update my iPods and my iPhone. I use iTunes Folder Watch occasionaly in case I've managed to download, for example, a podcast at one location but overwrite the library with a newer copy updated at the other. It can be done but you need to take considerable care...

Is it possible to process many PO's for the same vendor with different payment terms (PO has got diff. pymnt terms) thru MIRO. Vendor has sent invoice clubbing diff. PO's.

Hi,
There are different payment terms in financial accounting, sales & Purchasing.When you then enter a business transaction, the application in question will use the key specified in its area of the master record.
For exmple, in vendor master we have 2 payment terms one is at Company code level and the other one is at purchase organisation level.
I hope in PO, the payemnt terms will be picked up from the purchasing view, and in invoice payment term will be picked up from the company code level.
Since Payment term is at header level in invoice, it is not possible to have different payment terms for single invoice.
Also in terms of finance its not possible to have different payment terms for single vendor.

Requesting more than 10 system roles in SMSY for one landscape

Hi everyone
We are looking to have the possibility to create more than 10 customer defined system roles in SMSY for one landscape. The current limitation prevents us to fully take advantage of our multi-client landscape designed to accept a dev path and a data load path at the same time as a testing path. For one data load server, we might have up to 9 or 10 different clients being used. This permits us to manage several cycles of data loads at a single time.
Has anyone else ever requested to have more than 10 customer defined system roles per landscape created?

One application with different laguages

I want to develop one application which can be used in more than one language.
can any one help me how to do that. I have tried to do that with the *.xlf file. Is there any other approch.

Hi Swathi,
Internationalization (I18N) thru *.xlf files is the approach.
The concept is you have language specific xlf files (texts in that particular language) created.
During build & create archive, corresponding .properties files are created from these xlf files (1-1 mapping) and are packed into the archive (ear file).
When you deploy, this archive having the .properties files is deployed on the SAP WAS.
Now depending on locale, the required .properties file is read at Web Dynpro runtime & texts in that language are shown to user.
Summarizing: *.xlf files - Design Time SAP concept & .properties files - WD Runtime usage
