In MM03, missing space in Barcode

Dear ABAPERS,
I have an issue with MM03 in which the user is executing in the following way to get the barcode.
MM03 > Enter material number > Basic data 1 and continue > goto additional data > click on tab Additional EANS
In this Additional EANS we have a column EAN/UPC which contains some values like +E5514516787, and this value gives us the barcode.
Now the requirement is to maintain space in barcode.
How could we achieve this ?

They are executing a t-code which gives barcode printout
will send the t-code once I get from fucntional.

Hierarchy function could not complete coz of missing space

Hi All,
Iam having a issue "<b>Hierarchy function could not complete because of missing space</b>" when iam expanding a hierarchy( with 37k lines) in report, rest of the hierarchies( with 34k, 36k lines) are fine.
Even that hierarchy in question working fine after i refresh query, its giving that problem after few refreshes again.
Can any body please advice me why this one happening like this.

A couple of things I would check here :
Try the same thing using the web and see if the behaviour is the same. This is to elimate that the excel is causing the problem. Second try to observe the system activity in both cases, when its working fine and the other when its not refreshing properly. Hierarchies do tend to take time in reporting depending on the data.
Also check the cache settings and temp table space. You can work with basis to see if the temp table space needs to be extended.
In addition, have multiple users try running the report and check how the hierarchy is behaving.

Sent emails missing spaces

Hi i am currently using Apple Mail 2.1.3 to send and receive emails. Pretty much since the day i have been using this all my clients have complained that when they receive emails sent from me a lot of the words are joined together and missing spaces. But looking in my sent box they look fine to me.
having tested this a bit further in my office i am the only mac user but my colleagues use a PC and have no problem with sent emails.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hi i changed the font to a standard default (arial) but no suck luck still. I can't have plain text emails as company policy to have a coloured footer.
Here is an example of how one of my clients received an email i sent them. Again most of my clients have this problem with me.

Manage Storage (Missing space 2.18gb)

I have missing storage in the cloud....
When I go to Documents & Data it shows
Backup 0 (I deleted all backups)
Mail (209 kb)
Under documents & Data it shows (Unknown) for amount of space used.
I have 2.18gb used and can find it or clear it out???

Missing Spaces and Time Machine dock icons (Tiger to Snow Leopard upgrade)

I noticed on my MacBook (Leopard to Snow Leopard upgrade) that it has icons for Spaces and Time Machine in the dock to the left of the divider. These are missing from the dock on my iMac that I upgraded from Tiger to Snow Leopard. They are both System Preferences with no option for adding to the dock in the Preferences and the Preference icon in "Show All" in System Preferences is not selectable. I located them in System/Library/PreferencesPane but dragging the preference pane file to the dock doesn't work. I did a Show Package Content but did not see anything in the folder that could be dragged like an application. I can put it on the right with the stacks but is there a way to add a Preference to the dock on the application side?

Time Machine is in your Applications folder and Spaces is in your Applications/Utilities folder. You can drag them to the dock from there.

Missing space after partitioning

When I was partitioning the hard drive to install Windows, the Disk Utility changed the size of the partition to all the space left. I cancelled the partition, but now my hard drive is missing that space. Is there a way to fix this without completely wiping my hard drive?

Here's the screenshot of my partition. I'm able to adjust the Macintosh HD partion to make it as small as the blue area, but that's as far as it goes. Earlier today before partitioning, I had roughly 300 GB free, now I'm down to about 85 GB.

Missing "space" glyph BBox in FontFile where to search for it

I'm trying to determin text location, I'm almost precise but...
In Simple, Type1 font:
- In FontFile "space" glyph BBox is [0 0 0 0]
- In Widths array it is 0 (for char with index 32)
- No missing width entry in Font dictionary
Any ideas how to make this happen?

As far as I found out it's not a subset.
Is there a default glyph sizes? Like master font for all fonts?

Hard Drive Missing Space

Okay-so I just noticed that my hard drive has just 33.85 GB of space available for use.
The drive's capacity (after formatting etc) is 111.35GB
So, finder is telling me that 77.51 GB of hard drive is IN USE-okay, fine & dandy.
Problem is that using OmniDiscSweeper and Disc Inventory both show a max of 48GB IN USE which should leave 63GB available FOR USE, not 33. Both programs include/account for HIDDEN files.
So where is this mysterious 30ish GB of hard drive being used?
Trash has been emptied and even when I manually add up files in finder, I don't find the space either.
Permissions have been verified, the disk itself has been check for errors-nothing.
Sleepimage takes up just one gig so it's not there and it's not in the swapfile either.
There are no extra partitions (which is clear anyway since it shows 111 capacity).
I've searched for an answer all over the web but all I'm seeing is that people suggest looking at the hidden files (which are already accounted for by DiscSweeper) OR that it has to do with the byte conversion (1,000 vs 1,024) but that would only account for a percentage nowhere near 50%.
That's quite a bit of hard drive to be missing. Suggestions? I'd like to have that 30ish gb back.

Welcome to the Apple discussions.
I've used WhatSize to look at hidden files and total files. Maybe try it to see if it pulls anything different. You need to use a version before 4.0 as the vendor crippled the program in demo mode. This one is 3.9: http://www.free-mac-software.com/whatsize/

Missing Space - T-410

Hello,
I think I'm missing 50GB of space on my 275GB C drive. I scanned my drive using ThinkVantage Toolbox's Drive Space Manager, and 50 GB was not scanned at all due to access restrictions of some kind. I thought that Recovery and Rescue was to blame but RnR reports that no backups have been created. Any idea on what's causing this? Please see the link down below for the visual.

Whatsize not finding missing space!

I'm missing about 27GB's of space on my HD. Tried Wahtsize but after adding up what it gives me it still is missing all that space. Any other ideas to try???

No I have only one account for it. I was doing a back-up to my maxtor external and about halfway through I went to check something and noticed it in the finder. Shut the computer down a few times and tried other programs to look for the space but they all come up with the same thing.

Missing space bar

from time to time both my iPad Mini and iPhone 4S the space bar on the virtual keyboard goes missing. I've tried to power cycle and reset the phone but the problem persists.

The keyboard is contextual.
Meaning when it thinks you might need or spaces are allowed, the space bar appears.
In areas like your browsers address bar, you won't have a pace bar since URLs do not contain spaces.

ZFS/ZPool reports incorrect sizes? Missing space?

I am currently setting up a ZFS Fileserver comprised of 750 GB drives, but I am confused about what zfs list and zpool list report for sizes.

I've searched all over for things like zfs overhead or reserved space but I can't find anything (except for the zfs reservation property, which is set to "none").
Can anyone shed some light on this?

698.63 - 696 = 2.63, not 13.
The percentage is about 4/10 of one percent (2.63/698.63 = .0037---). Move the decimal place two to the right for a percentage value.
Scaling 2.63 (lost) to 12 drives ~= 31 GB.

Copying text without missing spaces

I get a finacial newspaper via pdf. Sometimes I like to send articles to a relative. When I copy the text out of Acrobat Pro (8-X) and into either an e-mail or a text editor often some spaces are missing. Also every line in the pdf ends in a <cr>, so reformating for a wider text column doesn't work. HOWEVER if I use Preview, part of Mac OS-X, NEITHER of these problems happen! Is there anyway to get Acrobat to act more like Preview, is there some sort of setting?
FYI: I use Acrobat instead of Preview because I can set that highlighting text also generates comments at the end of the document, so its easy to go through those and click to find my highlights, maybe it would be easier to get Preview to do that.

Not something that Oracle Text does as standard, but it might be able to help you, simply by processing a lot of "good" text to produce a candidate list of words for use in a function like yours.
You don't want "issue" split into "is" and "sue". OK, what do you want to do with "all I want to do is sue them"? Do you want that as "issue" or "is sue"? If you're expecting the system to work it out, forget it. You'd need some context-aware language software, and Oracle does not have anything suitable for that.

I think the problem may be that you have "ignoreWhitespace" on the XML object set to true, so the spaces at the start and end of elements are being removed. Try setting it to false.

Missing spaces between words after importing Word document into RoboHelp HTML version 8

I created a 400+ page document in Word 2007 and imported it into RoboHelp 8 (HTML, not RoboHelp for Word). In many places, the space between a bold word and a non-bold word is no longer there. I would like to avoid having to go through the entire RH document to replace the spaces manually. Did I import incorrectly?

Looks perfect, works terribly...
Things to consider:
Chances are, the different treatments of the space are due to whether the space was included in the bolding of the word in MS Word.
Additionally, since Word files contain much underlying binary code (macros and such), your security settings might or might not be playing well with the Word stuff.
Are you importing the Word file from a network location, or from your local machine? Network traffic might be partially impacting the import, too.
Bottom line? You'll probably need to clear all formatting in the Word file and redo the formatting properly. To test this, cut a couple of pages into a new Word file, clear and redo the formatting in Word, import the Word file into another RH project, and see what results you get.
To clear the formatting:
Select text.
On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Clear Formatting.
Redo the formatting, being careful to not format the spaces.
