In navigating the updated Firefox, I accidentally got onto "full screen." How do I get out of this so that I can restore my toolbars?

In order to see even the minimal tool bars, I must "toggle" my mouse up and down. I want the tool bars to stay on the screen all the time. How do I make this happen?

Hit '''F11'''.
