In NodeList how to read the ERRTAB values

How to Read the NodeList ? I have an error table it has Type and message fields....
NodeList list = document.getElementsByTagName("ERRTAB");

I assume you are using XML DOM inside Java mapping. Once you got the Nodelist object initialised, get the length of the node list and run in a for loop for each Node that it has.

I have 2 custom fields which are of type dropdown list on Accounts(CRMM_ACCOUNT) PCUI application details tab.I need to read the selected value of first dropdown list item,based on that second dropdown list will be populated.
I know where to populate the dropdown list box,it is in FILL_DROPDOWN_LISTBOX.
I dont know how to trap the selection made on dropdown list.

Hello,
Check what is done in standard for the fielf REGION which is inked to the country.
Otherwise, you can do the following :
- in field group customizing, for field 1, flag the 'send request' flag. So, when you change the value in this field via the dropdown, the MAC methods are immediately called.
- Put the new value in a global variable (GV).
- in the fill_dropdown_listbox method, get the value from this GV and based on it, filter the values for the dropdown of field 2.

How to read the tag values sent by PCo to MII transaction

Hi everybody,
I have an Agent created inside PCo and its listening to a data server. I have also created a notification object which triggers my MII Transaction (after certain condition is getting fulfilled).
Now, I want to pass certain values from PCo to MII using the notification object. For this I have tried 2 options:
1. I defined one input parameter in transaction of type 'XML'. But this did not work. When I used 'Tracer' to check the received values, it showed empty.
2. Since XML variable did not work, I tried with 'String' variable. It worked but the entire input data was in 'String' format.
Actually I used XML_Saver to save the string and given filename as '.xml'. When I opened that xml file, it was looking like this:

Considering the above 2nd option, how can I extract the particular 'Tag' values from XML string. Since the string is not in the format of 'Rowset/Row/Row', I cannot specifically assign/map those tag values to any other variable inside MII transaction.

in the Transaction SU01 when i clicks on the Profile , the Tree List is appearing in the hierarchy. i want to read the values. how can i approach that?
i can able to get the profiles from the FM 'BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL' . so i had the profile with me, then how can i read the Hierarchal list for that Profile?

I would normally use FM 'HR_ASR_WDA_GET_EMPLOYEE' to read mem id MSS01 but this doesn't exist in ECC5.

How to read the current value of hyperlink java bean in multiple record,

I have used a java bean for a multi-record block item. On When-new form-instance I m using fbean package as follows
FBean.Register_Bean(hHyperlink,1,'oracle.forms.demos.beans.Hyperlink');
FBean.Invoke(hHyperlink,1,'setURL','Abc_Entry');
FBean.Invoke(hHyperlink,1,'setLabel','Abc Document');

You can see that I am using the number 1 which is hardcoded,for which I will replace with a incremental loop and remove it. Now when I m using the When-Custom-Item-Event, I want to read the URL for the current instance.
I m using
vcEventData := Fbean.Invoke_Char('CONTROL.HYPERLINK',2,'getURL');
to get the second record value , where in I want to avoid the hardcoded 2 or 1

I am trying to access an image on DocumentMall and I am passing the following URL to login to DocumentMall in my ABAP program.

This will inturn return the Session ID as shown below.

How are you calling it? Using HTTP_CLIENT? If so, use the methods of the response object to get the header or body fields.

I got your requirement. I really dont know the scenario your working on but its possible to do it. There is no direct way to do so, but complexity is in getting to know the Keys dynamically from interface.

How to read the default value for a Registry Key

I am trying to use webutil 1.0.2 Client_win_api_environment.read_registry to read the client registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.xls, but the function is raising no_data_found. I can read the registry key in Regedit. I am logged on as myself as a non-admin NT user.
P.S: The Client_win_api_environment.read_registry can actually read HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\FORMS90_PATH because FORMS90_PATH is a registry ENTRY, whereas .xls in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.xls is a KEY, but I still need the DEFAULT value of the key and it does NOT seem to work with client_win_api_environment.read_registry
My platform: Windows NT 4, Developer 9i 9.0.2.12.2, Oracle database 9.2.0.4.0, Oracle 9iDS

Hi Manohar,
You have to give Distribution Key "1" in the Plannner Profile as well as if you take a column for Distribution Key seperately in your Planning Layout for Cost Element Planning, in the Excel file, you can give Distribution Key as "1" in the respective column. When you upload the data through Excel, the system will take the DKey as "1" only.

I am creating my first Table Control Screen. Basically I have to create a screen (102) with a table control which has 2 fields: A_QTY, B_QTY and 2 Buttons: SAVE, EXIT.
When Clicked on 'SAVE' the data (MATNR) from a previous screen (101) and the data (A_QTY, B_QTY) from the new screen (102) should be saved into a Z-table.
Internal table t_data has 3 fields.
MATNR
A_QTY
B_QTY.
Table Control TC_RACK was declared like this:
controls tc_rack type tableview using screen 0102.
I/0 Fields:
A_QTY type ZQTY.
B_QTY type ZQTY.
The screen Flow Logic:
process before output.
module status_0102.
loop at t_data into w_data with control tc_rack.
endloop.
process after input.
module exit_0102 at exit-command.
loop at tc_rack.
endloop.
module user_command_0102.
module status_0102output.
set pf-status 'STATUS_102'.

You should use
DATA: lv_name(30) TYPE c.
FIELD-SYMBOLS: <QTY> type ZQTY.
GET CURSOR FIELD lv_name.   "Get the field name in table control
check sy-subrc = 0.
assign (lv_name) to <QTY>. "Here you get the value in <QTY>
check sy-subrc = 0.
Also use <your table control>-current_line to get the table index uo're currently on.
Hint: Do not use GET CURSOR LINE if you want to get table index since this gives you the line relative to dialog screen

I am confused since the subject and your question seem conflicting.
However, the process of reading a scale and none scale FieldPoint
channel in LabVIEW is basically the same. You will create a scaled
channel in MAX and then use the FieldPoint Read and Write VIs and

as u can see in my block diagram(attached), i can use statistic to read the RMS value for the data but i cant's use it on the FFT Spectrum (mag-Phase).vi .

To read the 'Input help with fixed values' of domain , you can use the function module : HR_P_GET_FIXED_VALUE_TEXT.
iIf you enter the domain name, you will find the fixed values entered in the domain.
These values are stored in a table DD07L(DD zero 7 L). Here the values are stored based on domain name.
See if it works for you.

I know that we could make "modified" transformer for special purpose (with Vsec=5V for example). But, instead of make a new transformer, it might be more easier if we could know how to read the value of those transformer. For example, NLT_PQ_4_120 or NLT_PQ_4_10. To be narrowed, what is the meaning of 4_120 and 4_10 ?

To understand the models you mentioned you need to understand XSPICE. I suggest you use the virtual transformer instead because it is easy to change the turn ratio, you can double clicking on the component and enter what ever ratio you want. This component is found by selecting the menu PlaceàComponent
