i want to share multipal document files in a single e-mail... I need help..

This is an basic feature every office app should have.
but in numbers app this basic function is missing
just imagine in number app we can not attach or share 2 files in a single email

How can I change a Microsoft Word document file into a picture or jpeg file? I am wanting to make the image I created my background on my macbook pro.

After I had the document image the way I wanted it, I saved it as a web page and went from there. Below are the steps starting after I did the "save as" option in Word:
1) Select "Save As Web Page". I changed the location from documents to pictures when the window came up to save it as a web page.
2) Go to "Finder" on you main screen, or if it's on your main toolbar at the bottom.
3) Click on the "Pictures" tab and find the file you just re-saved as a web page. (I included "web page" or something similar in the new title so I could easily find the correct file I was looking for)
4) Open the correct file and then "right click" on the actual image. (Use 2 fingers to do so on a Mac)
5) Select 'Use Image As Desktop Picture", and voilà! The personally created image, or whatever it is that you wanted, is now your background.
**One problem I encountered while doing this is that the image would show up like it was right-aligned in relation to the whole screen. The only way I could figure how to fix this was to go back to the very original document in Word, (the one before it was saved as a web page), and move everything over to the left.
I hope this helps someone else who was as frustrated as I was with something that I thought would have been very simple to do! If you have any tips or suggestions of your own, please feel free to share. : )

You may be able to default to DOC, but have not tried same.

How to download the attachment text to local file.

Hi Xperts,
My requirement is at the time of workitem execution, Approver can write the attachment with the reason for Rejection.
Now, I need to down load that attachment content to local file and then that content needs to be updated in the PO Header changes.
I can able to get the attachment files' title, size and everything from the DB Table SOOD. But there is no Attachment's content is getting updated in that table.
Will you pls let me know how to download the content of the attachment to a local file from the sap.

By using the Function Module SAP_WAPI_GET_ATTACHMENTS, we can get the Object id of the attachment, but not the content of the Attachment.
But, my requirement is to get the content of the attachment.

We have a issue regarding to view attachment that was attached to Fi document.
Document was posted on last year and some mail attachment attached to that document.
We are able to view the attachment because it is archived.

There is no standard procedure for change of BSEG table. You could develop your own using CHANGE_DOCUMENT function module.

I have attached pdf the file to the ESS and written the code in webdynrpo. How can I get the file attachment in MSS through Workflow? This attachment should be displayed in the User Decision Activity. Could any one Help me on this issue....?

Hi,
1. From WebDynpro applicaiton once you create a PDF in the application you can get back the Xstring of PDF into the context of the workflow,
2. Now pass this xstring to workflow container. I assume you might be starting the workflow from Webdynpro application.
4. Create class method or a BOR and include a method. From that method do the respective coding that is mentioned in the document.
3. Once you have the PDF xstring in the workflow container you can attach the PDF document to user decision step as mentioned in the [document|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/60ff6ad3-729b-2b10-6582-fedc82680a29]

BizTalk:How to share customized pipeline with more than one BizTalk Application

I have a new BizTalk application which will use a customize generic pipeline . This pipeline has been used in an existing BizTalk application.
When I use BizTalk Server Administration to add this pipeline assembly as a resource for a new BizTalk application, it shows error message: "this biztalk assembley has already in store and is either associated with another application or another type".
My questions is how to share the generic pipeline component with many BizTalk application?

If you plan on using the deployed pipeline across multiple applications in BizTalk you have two options:
1) The Current Application (in BizTalk Server Administration Console) should have the other application [where the pipeline
is deployed] as reference.
right click the "Current Application" and select "Properties"
on the "Properties" page, left hand side, select "References"
On the right-hand side, use "Add" to add the "Other Application" as a reference.

Doing so will ensure that ALL resources (maps, schemas, orchestrations, send ports, receive locations, rules, etc.) deployed
for "Other Application" are available/reprehensible in "Current Application".
2) Create a common BizTalk application on BizTalk Admin Console and add your custom pipeline assembly in that new application
as a resource. With this, you don't need any other application to be started apart from this common application. Any other application who wants to use this pipeline will refer this common application.

How come I cannot attach a text edit file?

Hi,
I created a TextEdit file and I also included several photos within the document. The document is an RTF file "with attachments". I want to e-mail this to a friend. When I go to send it, the document is grayed out and will not allow me to select it. I am fairly certain that by placing .jpgs into the document I have created this problem. Is there a way to do a "save as" so that I can e-mail my document?

Hi I wonder if you could help me with the same problem. At first all the files in my directories could be uploaded. Now I can't even attach the smallest .pages files - surely all files should normally be able to be attached to a Safari emails unless they're massive jpg files.

I have recently purchased an iphone 4,I need to know how to transfer my files from laptop to iphone, i have downloaded iTunes but can not add my iphone, basically I dont know if there is anything else i should do to be able to connect my laptop to iphone so that i can easily transfer files.

Try using the App PDF Reader Lite, I downloaded from the iTunes App store, it is free and works. Not only for PDF but Doc, page, etc.

I have 3 of my mail accounts synced in my iphone. While i have an option of sending an image, excel, pdf or word document by attaching them in mail using docstogo, i would want to attach word documents, excels & pdfs while replying to my official or personal mails.
Is there a way it can be done using the native mail application or should i download some other application for it.

Something doesnt quite sound right here, firstly an iPhone isnt a media storage device so you cant simply move files to it, you need to use an App such as Documentd to Go or cloud storage such as Drop Box or Sky drive to store the documents then you will be able to View them from your phone.
Emailing them is another option and this works fine for all the people i know, for pdf, excel, word and txt documents and most common files but again this is view only.
Apple have their our apps, Pages, Numbers etc which also uses the cloud to store the documents which can then be accessed from any ios device or mac etc.
Finally as mentioned above, music and video's are managed through iTunes, using Apple products means you need to use the tools offerred by Apple to get best use of the device, thats just the way it is with Apple.

Anyone knows how to send a attach with more than 255 characters in 4.6c ?

i´m tring to send a email with attach , my problem is that i have a itab with 2500 characters per line,
and the FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1' have the structure SOLISTI1 thats supports only 255 char. i tried to converto to PDF and XLS ,but when i open the attach only appers the first 255 char in each line only. any ideia for that issue?

How do I save an email as document/file?

I need to save an email as a document/file for business. When I right click the email, I am not given the option to do so. I also tried to drag it into the finder, but didn't work. I'm a recent convert to the Apple world. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You can also copy and paste the text of the message into a Word Processiing program.
Also in the email program I use, Thunderbird, there is an option to save an email as a Text fFile. Not sure about what email program you are using. If it's Mac Mail that may not be an option.
