Based on the description, the context menu for the flagged contact doen't work in Outlook. I am tring to rerpoduce this issue however failed.
I suggest that you check the state of the add-in first to see wether the add-in was loaded successfully.

Ever since I downloaded the Acrobat Pro 11.0.09, the PDF Maker has not worked, but instead causes MS Word 2013 to crash. I cannot find the cause or the solution.
forumnotifierOK I will try to elaborate this time with pictures so it is clear what I am asking and what the issue I am facing is.
The specific option I want to be able to use from within the Adobe Acrobat Pro user interface is
File\Create\Batch Create Multiple Files
When I select that menu item a floating tool bar thing pops up that I can drag and drop files onto.
If I drag excel or powerpoint documents onto it and press OK it converts them fine. If I drag MS word documents into it the documents appear in the list but when I click OK it says no files processed.
In the process of troubleshooting I also tried using the Add Files button. That is when I discovered that MS word documents (*.doc, *.docx) are not showing up in the list of supported file types.
The same thing happens when I try converting a single file using the File\Create\Create PDF From File menu item. Just like above the MS word documents do not show up in the list of supported file types.
Looking in my registry entries as suggested by the article linked to by one of the posters above I can see both *.doc and *.docx types registered in the correct place.
Unless I can use the batch convert command as intended by the time my trial period runs out in 13 days I cannot justify buying this software. If converting the documents one at a time was acceptable I would just use Save As PDF from within MS Word which works just fine. I need the batch convert function so I can convert my whole library of word documents to PDF at once.
Any further assistance greatly appreciated!

When I open Firefox, the bookmark menu is a little tab in the upper left corner. If I go to view and un-click bookmark menu and then view, click it, the standard menu bar shows up. The Back and Forward buttons don't work. The navigation window does not show the URL of the current page. When opening, the home page does not come up. The wheel click works on the bookmark bar, but not within a page. The menu (file, edit, etc) does not work after the first page. Version 8 worked well. When I upgraded to version 9, all this trouble started. I backed up to version 8, but the problem persists.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

Outlook-2 different entries for the same person (but not the same email)
i was asked to switch from outlook 2007 to outlook 2013 as a trial.
For some reason, I get two different entries for the same person (but not the same email), one which is the name as normal and one where the name has ' around it. In the below example:
I have 24 emails sent to Ciaran and then a further 14 sent to 'Ciaran'
The email address for both is exactly the same and it does not seem to matter if I create a new email or reply to an incoming one.
I switched back to Outlook 2007 and the issue is still the same.
any suggestions?I would say that there is no way to prevent Outlook from doing it, it dependents on how the sender formatted the sending address, not the recipient who replies.
To fix this:
Open the message and double click the address and view source
Just replace the generated Display As with the Display As you want

I have a macbook pro 10.8.5 and the Application Safari will not open no matter what i do, I try to open the menu of Safari but it won't let me either, the mouse will just be loading. Each time i open it, it says "Application Not Responding" and I try opening it in my Finder and it'll say "The Application 'Safari' cannot be opened." and below that it'll say "-1712" Please help? I updated Firefox and now it will not open at all. The hourglass shows that it's working but then nothing. I went to add/remove and removed mozilla and reinstalled it and still the same thing. It worked fine before I updated. Now I can't even remove the program at all. Why is this happening?

Last summer I bought a music album from iTunes. I've already transferred all my purchases from my units, but somehow iTunes wants me to pay for the same album again. When I try to add it to my wish list it simply tells me that I've already bought that item.
And I've already tried to search for downloadable purchases.
So fact is established, I've purchased this album before but iTunes does not recognize it.

I can copy and paste the email responses if necessary or desired, and if it's fixed already this is a moot point anyway, but basically they kept asking me for the order numbers for the two songs I already bought from the specific album I was trying to complete, which I eventually gave them - along with telling them multiple times that the Complete My Album feature wasn't working for ANY album. They gave me two free song codes to compensate me for the two songs I bought, and then told me to go and buy the album at full price, but the ENTIRE TIME they COMPLETELY ignored that I was telling them that this wasn't an issue with one album but was a larger, seemingly systematic issue that other people were experiencing. Even after I got the song codes I emailed them back and said AGAIN that this wasn't an isolated feature, and they just sent me the link to the apple Feedback page (http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html) and told me to submit my complaint there. So, technically, my issue was never really "resolved," in that they never fixed the Complete My Album feature that I am aware of - or even acknowledged that anything needed fixing, but I haven't tested it since Sunday.
If it's working for you, then hopefully they fixed it! I've noticed they've updated to 10.4.1, but the notes don't indicate they're fixing anything about the Complete My Album feature, so I don't know. -
he menu button of the ipod touch (4th generation) is not working and the service center of ipod is asking us to pay for the fixation of the said item even though it's still on warranty. this is the case number 215866894. And the service center said that they don't cover that center part of the ipod so they're asking us money before they can fix it. We bought the ipod last december 8, 2010 and we brought it to the service center last april, 2011 here in the philippines. And until now they're not fixing it because they're asking us to pay half the price of the item which is 8,040 pesos..

I just verified that i have an early 2011 Macbook Pro and the airplay icon does not appear. i also have a 2013 Macbook Pro which shows the airplay icon. do i need to enable airplay on my early 2011 or is there an update that is needed? Confused.
To check your model go to About This Mac (by clicking on the Apple icon, top left) and then select more info. If you wish to use mirroring you will need one from 2011 or later running OSX 10.8 or later. The alternative would be to use 3rd party software like Airparrot.

It is peculiar, that Chrome, Safari, and Skype can access FB, but not the iPhoto uploader.
Do you see any error messages/ diagnostics in the Console Window, when you try to connect to Facebook?
Launch a Console window from Applications > Utilities and clear the Console Window. Then try to upload. Are there any new messages?
And also launch a Terminal and have a look, if "facebook.com" is properly resolved:

If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data, then reinstall the OS.* You don't need to erase the startup volume, and you won't need the backup unless something goes wrong. If the system was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you may need the Apple ID and password you used.
If you use FileVault 2, then before running the Installer you must launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the FileVault startup volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name.) It will be nested below another icon with the same name. Click the Unlock button in the toolbar and enter your login password when prompted. Then quit Disk Utility to be returned to the main Recovery screen.
There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
If you installed the Java runtime distributed by Apple and still need it, you'll have to reinstall it. The same goes for Xcode. All other data will be preserved.
